Here's my list: -took 30 mins to receive the order -I asked the employee how long will my order take, he "went to check" but instead went to talk to his coworkers. I've gone to Wingstop for years and have usually had a pleasant and good experience. Lately it's been a miss. This time, we ordered a take out, when we got home, we were missing 2 orders of large fries! I called for a resolution, we were treated with zero understanding or empathy, no apology for the mistake. I was told that I could come back and pick it up, and have 42 hrs to do so. No offer for anything for the inconvenience and at make me feel like they cared. The restaurant tables were disgusting, only 3 clean tables in the whole area, chicken bones on the floor, took 30 extra min for my online order, told a guy ahead of me it, "would be 30 min" for his order that was placed 30min before that! The food itself is good and consistant, But.... The inside of thre restaurant is a disaster. The Coke machine has been in varius states of partial functioning for the last year or more. Last time i went in it was out of Die coke, Ginger Ale and Some Fanta flavors before I gave up. About 1/2 the time its out of ice. The staff seem polite and repectful, but maybe they need someone who works just the dining room. there is no call for this amount of lack of cleaning the tables and maybe a mop once in a while. Anytime you come to this wingstop, you should expect to wait an hour for your order. Even if you order online. I'm not sure what happened to this wingstop. They used to have your food ready and hot on time. But the last year or so, that's not the case. Every time I order online, it tells me 21-26 minutes. One star if I could. We've tried to give this location a chance a few times over the years, and every time we do their is an issue with our order. At times, they have given it away and have us wait over an hour for a remake, and tonight, we placed an online order at about 8:45pm thinking that by the time we got there it would be done. We just left with our order at 9:42pm. They said 10 minutes when we got there and we watched people who ordered while we were waiting get their food. My husband went to ask again when it would be done and we watched them check a bag that had been sitting on the counter as long as we had been inside waiting our wings and sandwiches were sitting getting cold while waiting on fires. They said sorry but it should not take an hour for fires when you give people after us their food that had fires as well in front of us will not be coming to this location again. I always come to this location, the cashiers are really friendly and welcoming. i usually order on the weekend but it does get pretty busy on the weekends so I can understand why there are many bad reviews but people do have to understand that it gets pretty busy and you have to order ahead of time, i know it can be frustrating waiting over 30+ min but there are many orders and it's understandable, i've order many times and never had a problem, the food it's tasty and the fries are really good, order is always correct.
