This restaurant continues to go down hill. I'm starting to think corporate doesn't care. There is always a long line because of his long it takes them to get the food cook. If you go through the drive thru there's no point because they make you drive to the front to wait for your food. They told me it's a 15 mins wait but I had to wait an over 25 mins for my food. Dining room needed some attention as well, many dirty tables, full garbage bins plus a stack of ceiling tiles on one four top. Placed an order thru Door Dash for a chicken tender meal, a fried shrimp dinner and some chicken nuggets. Unfortunately, most of the fried shrimp dinner was just fried chunks of batter. The chicken nuggets and tenders weren't a whole lot better, but at least there was chicken in them. The restaurant also forgot the dipping sauce and the drinks when the order was picked up. When me and my family heard about the pickle menu we all were excited and had good expectations. When we had ordered through the drive through they said they had ran out of one of the pickle menu items, and said that they even ran out at the warehouse. We were disappointed but it wasn't a big deal. We ordered our food and got the pickle wings, nuggets, pickle lemonade, and chicken sandwich. When we got home we had seen that they had thrown our food in and the pickle sauce spilled throughout the bag. On the menu it says nothing about the items to be spicy. My mom has heart burn from spiciness and couldn't eat her chicken sandwich due to the amount of spice. We had also ordered the pickle lemonade and OMG it was disgusting. The manager that was there at the time was wonderful and nice. I don't remember but I think her name was Imelda from what I saw on her name tag. She was getting up and helping even when she was on her lunch. The employee working there also complimented her manager saying she's the best manager and she wouldn't work with anyone else but her. The drive thru lady was rude. I was picking up an online order and I went to the drive thru like the app said to do. When I got to the drive thru, she was nice and said they would get it ready and to pull up to the window. When I got to the window, she didn't even remember my name or order! I ordered a 12pc. family dinner with an extra side & a 3pc tender combo. This totaled $74, which was not worth the price. I arrived home & one of my sides was missing & the food wasn't very warm. The large sides is very small for a family meal, which is why I ordered another side which was $8!! If you want good chicken in Lodi go to Richmaids!!
