Popeyes really nailed it this time. I'm nearly three months pregnant, and when my dad mentioned he had fresh Popeyes for dinner, it triggered a serious craving. If you've been pregnant, you know you can't ignore those cravings, so I set out on a mission to get my hands on some fresh chicken. I walked in, and let me tell you, the food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Plus, the customer service was top-notch. The place was also very clean.

"Popeyes: Where Time Stands Still and Chickens Play Hide and Seek" I embarked on a culinary adventure to Popeyes, hoping for a speedy encounter with crispy goodness. Little did I know, time works in mysterious ways at this chicken sanctuary. The drive-thru oracle predicted a 12-minute wait, but alas, time had other plans, stretching it to a poultry-perplexing 18 minutes. In a bizarre twist, a chicken fast food joint seemed to be practicing its vanishing act--perhaps the chickens were auditioning for a magic show. The perplexity deepened as the line resembled more of a leisurely stroll than a fast food dash, leaving me questioning if I accidentally entered a poultry-themed time warp. As the minutes ticked away, I couldn't help but wonder if the chicken had embarked on a worldwide tour before landing on my tray. The establishment's exclusive "Chicken Travel Club" seemed to be in full swing, unbeknownst to the hungry patrons. If you have to eat - go elsewhere In the end, Popeyes left me with an unforgettable lesson in time management and a mild case of chicken-related existentialism. Here's to hoping their chickens find their way back from their global adventures, and the drive-thru oracle gets a clock that isn't running on chicken time.

Staff while nice, seemed hyper focused on DT, meanwhile FOH was a service fail. Bathroom sketch, so I helped clean it up. Standing at the front register for a couple minutes without being acknowleged, but the DT was 100%. Dining room needed some attention as well, many dirty tables, full garbage bins plus a stack of ceiling tiles on one four top. Outside, some garbage/clothes piled up 8 feet to the left of the front door.

Was very happy with how polite and positive the lady was that helped me I wish I could remember her name to shout her out but thank you the service was great and of course the food was delicious

I ordered through Uber eats. When the food arrived and I opened the bag, seemed like they just threw the fries in and all of my napkins were drenched in grease because if the fries being thrown in. Don't food service put the fries in a container ?? The food was super greasy and stale. First time ordering from here, never again.

Fried shrimp dinner. Mostly just chunks of fried batter.

I called the Lodi Wingstop to ask why, and the person who identified themselves as the manager told me that because they were so busy, they weren't accepting promo codes. We were told our options were to either wait an hour between placing our meals or drive to the Stockton location. What made the situation even worse was the manager's attitude. Instead of trying to help or offering any kind of solution, they were rude, dismissive, and acted like we were inconveniencing them just by asking a question. Customer service goes a long way, and this was one of the worst interactions I've had. If you're going to advertise online promotions, they should either be honored or clearly communicated as unavailable before customers place their orders not after. Very disappointing experience. To make matters worse, we ended up going into the store anyway to place my husband's order. Unfortunately, the poor customer service didn't stop there. The same rude attitude continued, not only toward me but toward several other customers while we were there. It was disappointing to watch people simply asking questions or trying to place orders be treated with such disrespect. Being busy is understandable but there's no excuse for treating customers poorly. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, and sadly, that was completely lacking during our visit.

I ordered 30 wings and asked for them to be well-done and extra crispy. Unfortunately, they weren't made that way. About 20 were cooked but not well-done, and the other 10 (Atomic flavor) were undercooked. When I bit into one, the meat didn't come off the bone and was hard to pull apart. I ended up putting them in the oven myself to finish cooking them. I called the store to let them know. The employee I spoke with was friendly and understanding, which I appreciated. However, the manager told me the only option was to bring the wings back for a refund or replacement. I explained that I don't live in town and was just in the area when I ordered, so driving 20+ minutes back for 10 wings wasn't realistic. What disappointed me most was that there wasn't much acknowledgment or apology about the food being undercooked. A simple "sorry about that" and reassurance it would be looked into would have gone a long way. The situation was disappointing, and I just hope customer service can improve moving forward. Management could definitely benefit from additional customer service training.

I'm sure there's reasons why they don't, won't, can't carry them, but oh well. Getting used to Lodi being kind of a vegan food desert has been a bit challenging. There just aren't a lot of us veggie people here I guess. If you read my reviews you know I'm vegetarian. I review for people who are looking for veggie friendly food as a priority, and I include vegans wherever I can. Anyway now that Bridget W. told me about the Happy Cow app I will probably have more luck. Other than that pretty large gripe, this place is A Ok. Clean, quick service, customer service is adequate, food is made fresh to order, nothing too crazy. There are tvs to watch sports and the bathroom report is a pass with flying colors. It's usually packed full of families. But sorry not sorry, unless I'm not very hungry while out and about with my partner, we're going to pick Buffalo Wild Wings every time because they have cauliflower wings for me. So if someone reading this has any pull, maybe consider having the beyond chicken option that your website implies that all of your locations carry.

If they had a different vegetarian dumpling flavor to choose from for a little variety, that would be awesome, but for now I'm well pleased with what they do have. We have thus far only ordered take out, and have not dined in. I've tried and liked the vegetarian versions of the egg roll, potsticker, dumpling, and steamed bao so far. The bao veggie filling is different than the dumpling filling, and it's very delicious. They have standard Chinese dishes in addition, but I have not ventured far into the rest of the menu. Unfortunately I cannot as of yet share whether any of this, or the dipping sauces are vegan friendly. Hopefully on a future visit I can find out and report. The dishes I have so far mentioned are vegetarian friendly. Not sure on the dipping sauces. Possibly? The price is pretty decent for what you get. One order of bao or dumplings is plenty for two people. They are about $13 each. I like how the takeout containers come in a reusable canvas bag. Ordering over the phone has been smooth each time. So, we keep coming back when the hankering hits, braving what can be a busy parking lot.

Within a minute, he came back and explained that she was busy and offered to take our order himself, which I appreciated. Our food came out in a timely manner and everything tasted good.
