Went to Buffalo Wild Wings today with my daughter. We were seated immediately by an older gentleman who was very friendly and let us know our server would be with us shortly. Within a minute, he came back and explained that she was busy and offered to take our order himself, which I appreciated. Our food came out in a timely manner and everything tasted good. Unfortunately, the service after that was disappointing. We never received a soda refill until we flagged down a waitress who asked if we wanted one. After saying yes, it took another 7-10 minutes before we got our drinks. During that time, she walked past our table several times and seemed to forget about the refill. The restaurant wasn't busy, and there appeared to be plenty of employees working. However, it didn't seem like anyone was helping each other out. Several employees walked by our table while cleaning nearby tables but never checked to see if we needed anything. Overall, the food was good, but the lack of attention to customers made the experience less enjoyable. Maybe next time I'll go to Wingstop, where at least I can refill my own soda. read more

I thought I posted a review of the Lodi b dubs months ago, but just realized I accidentally did it for the one in Stockton. The Stockton store kind of sucks compared to this one. My fiancé and I come here at least once a month, usually 2 or 3 times, and Scotty the bartender is the freaking best! He knows our drink order so we don't even have to say anything- poof! Like magic, the beverages just appear. The food comes out quick and is always good (spicy garlic and chipotle dry rub are our faves). We always sit at the bar but went a couple weeks ago and it was full so we took a table instead. I wish I remembered our servers name because she was great too! We eat out A LOT, and b dubs here in Lodi is top 2. Scotty solidified that for us but the wings are really good also. Oh, special shout out to their "alcohol of the month." I really don't know if that's what they call it but every month/holiday they feature a new boozy bev. Right now they have Jameson or green tea shots for $4!!!!! Where can you get good food and cheap alcohol paired with great service all under one roof?! I wasn't expecting to love b dubs this much but here we are. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich online with potato wedges as a side. It said it would take a half hour to be ready. So when it was time, I went in, and there were three people there in the doorway. The girl behind the counter was just playing with a tablet. Finally after several minutes someone else came behind the counter and took the first persons order. She began to place a huge order and had a million questions. Meanwhile tablet girl was still ignoring the rest of us. Then a man walked in and went in front of us directly to her and asked for his to go item. Turns out we were all waiting on just picking up our takeout orders. Could have been handled in a matter of seconds. Instead we had to wait several minutes while being ignored. And I'm not exaggerating. By the time I was handed my food seven minutes had passed since I got in line. As far as the sandwich goes, it was ok. I would order it again I guess if I were to go back. Decent sized portion. But they put the mozzarella stick beside the chicken instead of on top or underneath, which made the mozzarella and the chicken fight for space between the buns with every bite. I think slices of cheese would be a better solution for everyone here. So aside from the rude waiting time picking up my order, zero stars for not including my side. No side. They included the extra marinara dipping sauce that I didn't ask for. But no potato wedges. How does an order go out without a side? They weren't busy. As far as I'm concerned they owe me a full new meal for wasting my time and then withholding my side. Also the music is super obnoxious and loud. Service - walked in and noticed several people waiting. There were 2 male hosts but no one greeted. Then they disappeared and just a few minutes later one of them left. We stood there with wait staff looking at us and no greet, the manager finally walked through and looked like he was flustered. He finally asked how many, grabbed some menus and sat us. There wasn't pleasantries or apologies for the wait. Our server was moving around a few tables trying to manage. They seemed understaffed for a busy day with the Finals on. She was friendly and personable and tended to our needs with no issues. I watched the front lobby throughout my visit and greeting didn't get much better. People had to wait for awhile before greeted and seated but no one acknowledged them to let them know to hold tight. Food - onion rings were great. Not overly greasy with just enough seasoning. Wings were good as usual. I ordered the Mac n cheese with bacon and was disappointed. The presentation was decent but it was like they had sat for a while. They weren't creamy and were on the bland side. The wings were expensive so if we visit again I'd come during the week during their specials. The floors could have used some attention. There are TVs all around the restaurant so no bad seat. Look forward to visiting again during football season. read more

The place definitely has that sports-bar vibe, lots of TVs, and noise. It actually reminded me a little of my younger days being a "beer babe" hanging out in spots like this. This spot gets poor reviews on average. I came here to have one of their smash burgers. They are awesome for a wing spot. Great crispy edges and great crunch with cheese. We normally frequent a BWW location during the football season. And the Lodi location has been the one that we have been visiting most lately. We tend to get pretty good service here when we do arrive, and we tend to get seated pretty quickly as well. We are also rewards members so we enjoy utilizing that perk as well. We've come here when it's been busy and we've visited when doors just opened at the start of a business day. Overall, it is a location that tends to get a lot of customers whether they are there to enjoy a couple of drinks With their food or just strictly for the drinks and or the food. And each one of our visits has been pretty decent with the service that we have received. We have been coming here for over two years. It's a pretty clean establishment for the most part. There have been a few visits where the restroom could have used a little bit more attention. And there have been a few visits where we noticed a now hiring sign posted in the window. But all in all for the food that we choose to order, which is usually a decent portion of boneless wings with three different flavors and fries and sometimes we'll get there platter that has a little bit of everything on it. We came to watch the UfC fight and was told that it would be a 45 minute wait and that the patio was closed even though there was only one couple seated out there. We went outside to the parking lot and decided to just watch the fights there. We walked across the parking lot to Walmart and grabbed some drinks and got food from a restaurant that was in the same parking lot. As we we were watching the fights from our car with our food and drinks, they started seating people in the patio. I went back inside and asked why we couldn't sit outside but now they were letting people. The hostess said that the manager Rene changed his mind. Stopped in recently as I saw the "Late Night Happy Hour" sign as I drive past daily. First, the drinks that are on sale are very limited. Only domestic beers like Bud and Coors. No craft beers included for happy hour. So I ordered the ONE local craft beer option, Sacramento's New Glory's Ubadank WC IPA, and a 6pc of wings. Half of the wings were super small, and all of them were overcooked. Chicken was dry. The only thing saving it was the traditional sauce. Got there to pick up my order and it wasn't done at the time that they said it would be ready, sat there for about 25 minutes. Still no food asked asked about my food and got the runaround every time, So I asked for a refund and was told that I cannot get a confirmation on a refund. I was in the area last week and there were lots of food options, but this place seemed the least busy and had parking right up front, so that pretty much made my decision for me. Looking back, that was probably not a good way to choose. I haven't eaten at many BWW's, so I sampled a few apps and tried their brisket tacos. It was pretty empty inside and the few people who were there, were enjoying their patio, which seemed nice, but with the warm weather, I decided to make my order to-go. I tried their beer battered onion rings, cheese curds and fried pickles, in addition to my taco order. The tacos were supposed to come with fries, but they forgot to put them in the bag. The tacos themselves had me conflicted; the brisket was melt in your mouth, but it had this overpoweringly sweet sauce on it that was very jarring. Combined with the cheese and tomato, it was just really weird. I have never had a sweet taco (if you don't count choco-tacos lol) and I could not finish them. I think if the meat had been savory, they would have been really good so, it's a shame. I was most disappointed in the pickles though; the batter had no seasoning and they were so bland, I had to dip them in ranch. The rings and curd were ok, but also on the bland side. I don't think I finished a single item tbh. I think this chain/location deserves their current 2 star average rating and I probably won't return. read more

Sat at the bar, waited at least 15 minutes to get served from the bartender.I wasn't happy about it and that was clearly on my face. I also asked the bartender nicely, to change the channel to a game I wanted to watch, waited another 20 minutes for that to happen until I asked a random server who got it done in 2 minutes. BWW is clearly trying to be cheap by not scheduling enough people. We came in 8/31 for a fantasy draft and our waitress was clueless, granted there was maybe 12 other tables? They weren't all hers but she was a deer in head lights. They were out of "high chairs" so I had to have my toddler in my lap. We waited 20 mins for two coors lights and two lemon drops. Before she took orders we told her who was on which tab thinking that would help her out, come check out time the girl couldn't comprehend anything. I think her name was Mia, or Maya? It took an extremely long time to get my takeout order, (common at this location) and part of it was missing when I arrived home.

Ray the manager is awesome. He helped us with everything we needed and even gave us some good advice!

My husband did 2 tours in Vietnam for the army and then 1 in the marines, so on Veterans day we chose to have lunch at Buffalo hot wings because they honored veterans with a 10 piece chicken nugget or wings with bottomless fries. We stood at the hostess desk for maybe 5 minutes, (because the sign said so), then when an additional 3 parties came thru the door (of maybe 12-15 people)they all ended up waiting patiently with us for another few minutes because I personally went into the bar area (5 endless minutes later) and inquired about if the hostess would be abel to help the now 18 +/- people crowded at the door but was told "oh, it's open seating". Okaaayyy... I went back announced and informed the crowd at the door about my discovery. Waiting at the bar for the bartender to come was about 4-5 minutes (felt like forever) and we ordered the nuggets and extra onion rings to go. We ordered our drinks as we waited and I almost gagged at the spicy bloody Mary I got that seemed to have way to much tobassco in it, but was loaded with ice (like that helped) and not enough vodka to be even noticed... 45 minutes later, our order was brought out to us... The nuggets had no taste since they seemed to have been cooked 3 days ago because the meat (?) Was so dried out and the breading tasted like it had no spices or texture to it. The blue cheese dressing brought those nuggets UP to room temperature so that (i guess) was suppose to help them regarding taste. .The endless cold fries served in a open box, was a disappointment too (surprise-surprise) because if you dropped one of them, then half of the order was gone. I was so hoping that my onion rings were something to talk about. I was expecting crunchy well seasoned rings. Well they were, something to talk about...NOT... Cold. Old. Soggy. Tasteless. Any if these subjects would set me of talking endlessly about them. Greasy, but that's another chapter in itself. I ended up spending $30.00 for this meal and my dog loved every special treat he got from it. (Except the onion rings) The bartender did recognize my husband and his service to our country so kudos for that. read more

As soon as it showed up in the Buffalo Wild Wings bag I knew a bag of crap was just delivered to my doorstep. The only things missing was it wasn't on fire. Burgers were dry had hell. Cooked beyond well done. Fry's were cold. Had to be reheated. An absolute horrible experience. I should have just thrown it away or in the toilet as soon as it arrived. Late post but was here a few days ago with a big party to celebrate a birthday of a friend of mine. Havent been to bww in while but was excited to come here because of their wings and yummy appetizers. When we settled in & got to meet up with our group the waitress was quick to take our drink orders which was appreciated since it was warm out still. Then after almost 40 minutes passed she came back to take our orders. I didn't notice because we were all talking and enjoying the company. After we all had our orders and orders appetizers, it was a little wait for the appetizers but was understandble since we were a big group. The appetizers were on the longer side but were reasonable but the questionable part was after 2 1/2 hours of waiting some of us had our food while others were still waiting because their order was forgotten. I didnt want to be rude and start eating but after a while our party had to go and it was on the edge of 9 o clock and some of our guests had work the next day and our friend who were were celebrating had to wake up at 3 am. It was 40 minutes later when the last person got their food and when we were all about ready to leave after they were finished. And not to mention no refills on our drinks during our outside seating. I know it was a big party and the staff had other tables but it would have been nice to have more help for our friend who we were trying to celebrate. First I'll say we visit here at lest 2 times a week for lunch or a quick cold beer! We are rewards members, but today we had the worst experience that we'll NEVER patronize this location again. The bartender we have never seen before poured a beer with more than an inch of foam, we we called to her attention she said she was new and it was policy. This folks sitting at bar around us also were appalled at her comments. The manager came we explained our dissatisfaction and said we'd never experienced this in all our vist. One of our rehab crew's frequented spots. The wings, burger, sandwiches, fries and beer are always great. We had the Blazing wings each time and have noticed the intensity changes each time.
