Wingstop was founded in Garland, Texas in 1994 and has now grown to more than 1,400 locations in this country and they are now even international. They are currently owned by Roark Capital Group which interestingly also owns The Cheesecake Factory, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Culver's, Orange Theory Fitness, and Massage Envy, to name a few. Wingstop specializes in chicken wings with your choice of 13 different sauces. You can also get boneless wings which are chicken breast nuggets along with sides like seasoned fries, Cajun fried corn, and veggie sticks. While Wingstop is not the healthiest of choices I am not adverse to the occasional chicken wing and night off from cooking. A recent T-Mobile T life promotion of buy 10 wings get 10 free brought me here. For every 10 wings they are supposed to throw in an extra wing per company policy. I ordered my 20 wings along the Cajun corn, an order of 2 tenders for $2 because it was Tuesday, and the seasoned fries. T-Mobile made it easy to order through a link they provided on their app. My Wingstop is actually in the same plaza as the T-Mobile store. I paid for my meal online and was happy to see my order was prepared and waiting for me when I arrived. You can also eat in if you prefer. I like that Wingstop allows a different sauce for every 5 wings. I picked the BBQ, Hawaiian, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic Parmesan and received a mix of flats and drumsticks. The wings were fine and especially enjoyed the corn and fries. Taco W. gave the wings two paws up. The tenders were surprisingly large. I saw in an Instagram video that you can buy a dupe of the Cajun corn in Walmart which I intend to check out. I wouldn't make Wingstop part of my regular diet but it was pretty tasty for an inexpensive cheat meal. read more

Would love to give zero stars, but like others said, this is the slowest Wingstop to exist. They take online orders, we choose a time, plan around it, and they don't even start making your order until 20 minutes after you are there. Winn Dixie has a wing bar, Publix has great wings, Buffalo Wild Wings, even right wings plus would be better than this absolute waste of time. Staff is rude, there's literally 10 people in the kitchen- I don't know how they can't keep up. Great place for wings! I usually call my order ahead or order online for faster service. The restaurant is typical of a fast food restaurant, so it can be pretty busy but it is kept clean. The price for meals/combos is pretty comparable to other wing spots so there's no issue there. read more

The Hot: They were breaded a little over breaded and thank heavens they werent saturated in sauce. Not so crunchy but good. The garlic: notice i left out the parmesan because it wasnt on the wings at all. These wings were crispy and dry as if there was no sauce at all on them. They did taste lemony but zero parm on them made them good but not fantastic. I got blue cheese and the carrots and celery sticks to go along with my wings. My go to place to get wings, I love it here! I usually get the same thing when I come here so it's pretty cool that once you give them your number the system pulls up the last order that your purchased. It's always crowded most of time so calling in your order or ordering online is the best thing to do. They have over 10 wing flavors, from spicy to tangy and sweet so the options are endless. I really like the added side options like the Cajun fried corn. On Friday January 7th 2022 at Wing stop location 5413 W. Atlantic Blvd Margate FL 33063, upon arriving to pick up my order I had placed with Wing stop I walked in and absolutely chaos! No masks not one single person wearing mask or hairnet or gloves any GMP sanitary requirements while working with food. I noticed right away and I asked why they weren't wearing masks. The girl that was the "manager" in the picture that I have attached (girl with pink hair) responded that she had her shots and I'm not the CDC and I don't pay her bills or tell her what to do. I immediately ask to be refunded which has yet to be received. I called in the next day to let the manager "leeroy" know what happened with the incident and also ask about my refund but I keep getting told he is not there etc. I will never in my life be returning to this food establishment because of how unprofessionally the employees acted when asked where are the masks and gloves? It shows carelessness about the way they prepare food and I do not want to risk my life of getting sick from a Wing stop employee that is incompetent and unsanitary. I just had a far less than A-OK experience. I may or may not be back. I came here for hoping for a quick pickup after ordering online, and it was anything but quick. The guy manager was super at multi tasking, and seemed to be following the proper protocol for the issue, but it was anything but convenient as a customer. If I don't value my time, nobody else will either. But to be fair he did to an awesome job juggling multiple customers, multiple new employees, changing the printer paper, answering phone, and taking care of my issue. Ordered around 2:40, arrived at 3:10, and the wings were ready, but I wouldn't be allowed to leave with them until 4:00. Not exaggerating at the times, it was definitely over 45 minutes spent there. Over 20 customers arrived after me and they all either ordered, or picked up their order and left way before I could. I watched them make hundreds of wings, while mine sat for 45 minutes, all over gift card confusion. I had a $50 wing-stop gift card. Before I went in, I called the # on the back to verify it had $50. They swiped it, and it said it had a balance, but it had an error in the system. 15-20 minutes into the adventure I asked if I can leave them with the card and they can figure it out on their own time, but he insisted we figure it out before I leave with the wings. No big deal, sounds sketchy to me too to try to leave with the food and I do believe he followed company procedures by doing that (just a guess). My main upset was 20 minutes into it, he disappeared with my gift card. After tech support and calling 3 other gift card support companies, he had to speak with the district manager since nobody else helped. I'm usually a patient person but after 20-25 minutes I was ready to leave without the food and just get out of there with my card. The clock ticked, I asked another employee to check the status and said he'd be back within 5 minutes after speaking with the DM. A total of 45 minutes after arriving and after everyone verified multiple times that the gift card was genuine, and it was just their system, he came back and honored it. Food complaints are the obvious room temp/warm wings which i received almost an hour after they were made. Warm blue cheese and warm cole slaw. Secondly, part of the order was 15 garlic parm wings all-flats, which later they called and said they had to do "mostly flats". I understand 50 or 100 piece orders, but they couldn't accommodate 15 all-flats? Ohh well that was just icing on the cake, there were more frustrating things to worry about. The rest tasted decent, I think he apologized at the end but if I knew that would've happened I definitely would've picked up food from somewhere else. We ordered the meal for 2 so it came with 15 bone-in wings, large fries and 2 drinks. We chose original hot and mango habanero for our two flavors; specifically requesting 9 mango habanero and 6 original hot. Also, we had a coupon for 5 free boneless wings so we wanted to try the Cajun flavor for that. The employee told us it would take 25 minutes. We got our drinks and before sitting down we literally had to clean a table off because it was so dirty! We wiped it down with paper towel, removed the beer bottles and placed the tray on the counter. We waited well over 30+ minutes for our food. I told my boyfriend to go check on it and they told him that it's almost out, but they're waiting on fries. We got our order and the wings were a lukewarm temperature. Unacceptable! The fries are seasoned well and i always drown them in ranch. They make your order in about 16 minutes (they have a timer) from the minute you order.
