The experience with the employees majority of the time here is always a joke but today one of the Employees was extremely unprofessional I made a phone call at 8:26pm on 8/14! First I got hung up on 3 times. Finally got through and the little girl "Alex" on the phone was mimicking me making fun of the way I talk supposedly and being ridiculously unprofessionally. Not to mention using profanity and I Asked for managers name or owners name they refused I got hung up on. This location is horrible! I placed my order online at least 45 minutes before I got there and still had to wait an hour. From a person who use to work in the food industry some training needs to take place. The cooks were not preparing the food in order and there were so many people in there. honestly, one of the worst semi- fast food joints regarding service i've ever stepped foot in. Definitely the worst wingstop by far. Every time i've given this specific wingstop location my business over the last few months, not only am i greeted with attitude, but the quality of their food and service has declined each time i've entered. The entire staff essentially gets paid to stand around and talk. I Got 72 Teeny Tiny Overcooked, Dry wings w literally 11 Drumsticks and 61 Teeny Wings and NO SAUCE WHATSOEVER... It did make my car stink like hot sauce though, maybe they use Evaporating Sauce? ...6 celery sticks and 2 Carrots (Instead of 3 ORDERS OF VEGGIE STICKS), and 3 watery blue supposedly cheese mini cups! Decided to have wings before our last day before doing low carbs for a little while. We decided on wing stop due to the consistency and value for your dollar. We placed our order over the phone for pickup. The worker took the order and informed us it would be approximately 17 minutes ( so exact) lol!! Well 17 minutes later we arrived at Wingstop and our wings were ready as promised. We took the wings home to further be pleased that everything was just as ordered. I got the Louisiana rub traditional wings and my wife got the lemon pepper. Both were very flavorful, fresh and still hot after the 10 minute drive home. The fries were fresh and hot with the perfect amount of the sugar/ salt season. The only draw back was the blue cheese dressing which was a little loose and flavorless as if someone added water to it to stretch it. Had this dressing many times before and it was never this way. Horrible service!!! So I leave work with a lemon pepper craving. I called this location to place my to go order so that once I arrive it should be ready or atleast almost ready. Well, someone picked up the phone abruptly and says " Please Hold" ! Okay so I'm holding for 19 mins needless to say!! Finally someone comes on the line and disconnects the call. I arrived to the location 5 mins later requesting a manager. Once the Manager identifies himself--Kevon. I told him about my extremely long hold time and that i could hear side chatter about being pulled over by the police...discussing body parts etc. Kevon just had this dumbfounded look on his face. So another employee starting speaking to me and I was able to identify his voice as the one who answered- Charlos. I told him that it was unprofessional and rude-- Yes, still no apology. I normally order from this location and food is not bad. About 10 days ago I ordered some wings, it was late and had them delivered. Wings were overcooked. So dry I could not eat them. I called the store and the young lady stated that I would get a refund in about 10 days that she would leave the receipt for the manager. I waited the 10 days and no refund. I call back today and speak to one of the managers and she informs me that I needed to bring the food back so that they could verify the wings were dry. Said they would not issue a refund. As much as I hate to do it....i'm going to give this visit a low score. We moved to Pompano from Sunrise where we went to Wingstop all the time. We were craving it so we called in an order for pickup (Quarantine rules, pickup, no dine in...etc.). It was a decent sized order for 4 people. We drove to Margate to pick it up and when I went in and stood in line it was CLEAR as day that the two wonderful girls working the front line were wearing masks. Two of the kitchen/food prep area employees were wearing masks. It was also clear that two of the food preppers/people in the tiny food prep area were not wearing masks....not even around their necks. A young man and a middle age woman. Everyone else was but not them and they were right back there in that tiny area. I canceled the order HATING TO DO THAT because who knows who had been coughing, sneezing or just TALKING back there right over those bowls full of wings for the orders. Wingstop is by far my favorite place to go when I'm craving some wings or tenders. I love their hickory smoked bbq flavor. Their fries are the best!!! They have perfect seasoning and when dipped in ranch, it's to die for. My boyfriend is not a fan of ranch but he loves the ranch here. He thinks they might add sugar to it to make it sweet. Could be possible but it really doesn't matter to me. What matters is that it's delicious every time! There's some seating in the restaurant at this location, so you can dine in or take out. You can also call in your order. Keep in mind that they do get really busy around dinner time so you might need to wait a little bit, but it's worth it because they make the food when you order it so it comes out hot. read more

What a shame, i used to rate this place 5 stars. However, one night on 21st of Feb 2018 changed that! I'm a retired, disabled vet, and i was in the Wing Stop in Margate, Florida on the 21st of Feb 2018 at roughly 9pm. I asked the tall man behind the counter if they had military discount and he said "No!" i said, okay i was just checking because you gave it to me before. and he said "no that's impossible, wrong store" i then said no, i know it was you specifically, i'm not crazy, it was you and it was this store. he then began to belittle me and say that it's impossible and i am wrong and he never did it. Look i didn't want a discount, if a place doesn't do it, it doesn't do it. However, it's the attitude this man gave me after i kept saying it was him and it was this store. I was not making this up. My life's ambition isn't to come into Wing Stop's and argue with workers. He had a very condescending attitude and tried to make me feel like he was right and i was wrong. Which, was total opposite of reality. All he had to say was "maybe I did it once sir, but we can't do it anymore."
