Ok so to be honest I wasn't expecting too much, I'm from Buffalo, NY and we have so many great wing places I didn't think a chain wing restaurant could compare...well I happily ate my words. My wings were cooked just like I requested and were nice and crispy with just the right amount of flavor. I'm not a huge fry eater but I am a sucker for fresh cut fries...the Cajun fries were fabulous. Oh and don't me started on the Cajun corn. .

Tried there 10 pack with 2 sauces and 1 dip the boneless are amazing nice and crunchy and the sauces dont disappoint. Very good values there are alot of combo packs so eating here is affordable. Sauce choices seem a bit short I was kind hopeingfor more variety. The frys are seasoned and rate flaverful. Place is kinda tacky with airplane parrs all over the walls also there is limited seating but didn't really take away from the experience over all I think it's better than buffalo wild wings in my opinion beer choices are decent as well. Lots to choose from. Give it a try today.

I'm upset with myself for not writing a review sooner. I've been getting food from here for a couple years now and it's always hot, fresh, and accurately prepared. Inside of restaurant is always clean. The highlight of this location is the manager/owner! His friendliness and level of customer service that he provides to the customers is outstanding!!!

Finger licking food! Yummy! Best wings and drums I have ever had. Perfectly cooked and flavored.

Solid wings and the fries are amazing. This place does not have the sheer variety of of places like Steak and Lube, but the wings it does make are made very well. Worth a visit. read more

The fries are good and so is the chicken tenders. They also have a small but good choices for drinks. I don't really like any of the wings here but they have good fries. The place (tables and chairs) felt kinda stinky. But the food was ok read more

Food is nowhere near as good as they claim. Why it was voted best wings in Cleveland for 2014 I have no idea! Just mediocre. We tried 5 flavors, with regular wings and boneless wings, the fries and the bread. I'm just not impressed. Not awful by any means, but not great read more

Sam the owner runs a tight ship the wings are crispy and delicious. I stopped here every time I'm close and I'm glad. I recommend the Louisiana rub and the potato salad. The brownies are excellent too. read more

such a friendly staff! i have been here for about 3 years, and lemme tell you, the wings are delicious! the seasoning is savory and crispy, just makes you drool just thinking about it haha. my favorite wings are the bbq wings, and the first time we were here, they gifted us a side of french fries. the side of french fries are absolutely delish, i totally recommend them as well. family and i dont eat here as often as usual but thats because of the busy scheldue read more

Great food the Hawaiian is amazing sweet yet has a under kick and makes a party in your mouth the Cajun is the perfect amount of heat the flavor is on point. You can have these wings whether they are boneless or whole wings you have to have the ranch dressing that taste amazing and the fries that can't be copied in anyway great layer back place and the people inside are always full of smiles read more

This is hands down the best wing joint in the area and my go to when i have a craving for fresh crispy wings. The wings are always crispy even when sauced, the only have a few flavors but that is because they are all amazing and super flavorfull. However my favorites are the Louisiana dry rub, cajun, and garlic parm. However tonight we also had there spicey korea Q and it was a very very good sweet heat. There fries are the best i have ever had, the seasoning they use is so so good its sweet and salty and the fries are skin on so they are nice and crispy. The best part is there family/party packs, we got 40wings with 4 diffrent sauces, a large fry, 2 orders of veggie sticks, 4 dipping sauces, 6 rolls and 2 brownies for $47 which is a great deal! All i can say is if you are craving great flavorfull wings and you are closish by i would recommend wingstop hands down over anyother wing place ( bw3's, quaker steak and lube and anyother pizza place wing). read more

Okay one word: AMAZING! The wings are so delicious and flavorful. My favorite are the BBQ wings. The first time we ate here, they had gifted us a side of heir French fries. Yes the fries are amazing as well( way better than McDonalds)! The staff was wonderful and very kind. We don't eat here often, but that's because of my busy schedule. Love the wings and fries here. There's such a good variety of flavors - my favorites are the garlic parmesan, hot buffalo, smoked bbq and hawaiian. I also really like their ranch and blue cheese dipping sauces. read more

Their wings were flavorless. All the wings tasted exactly the same. We got 3 different flavors and they all tasted the same. The garlic parm wings were not even close to tasting like garlic parm wings. Only went there because we won a gift certificate for them. Will never go back. read more

I just love this place but just to give you a tip if you call your order in double check it before you leave to make sure everything is correct , I cannot begin to tell you how many times they got the order wrong mostly minor things but still you need to check it. One time they forgot to put the fries in, I even asked if they were in the bag before I left and they said yes I failed to check , next time I will do so myself. read more

We had a Wingstop open right around the corner from us and I don't believe I will ever step foot in there again. I felt like that before coming out to this Wingstop location in Mentor, but now that I have experienced just how truly great this food can be when prepared correctly well the 20 minute drive out to Mentor ain't nothing, but a thing. I still don't agree with the no Wet Naps and find it odd that there are no trash receptacles, but that's all corporate. The owner of this particular location what a beautiful human being. Read several reviews here and you will soon learn his name and that Sam is the man. The fries were actually cooked and not all droopy. The wings were succulent. I kid you not succulent. Louisiana Rub take my breath away. I will be returning because I love when food is served the way it was intended and the people serving it treat you like you're real people and not just a number. When me or my family are wanting great wings, this is hands down the place we always order from. We have consistently gotten great food and Sam is always friendly. Wow! I'm so happy! We tried to order from BW3, but they were unwilling to make our wings well done. So, we stepped away from our typical and took a chance on wing stop. This Wingstop on Andrews road exceeds all expectations. I go here once a week while I am at work in the Mentor area because it is just that GOOD! I get the garlic parmesan wings every time and they make my mouth water just by thinking about them on an empty stomach. If you like quality wings, come to this place ASAP and enjoy!! read more
