My first time having Cane's, it's very good chicken but I like Dave's Hot Chicken more. Would go back though and faster service than Dave's.

I ordered 4 chicken fingers, twice on the last 10 days. No soda, no toast, and no fries. Both times I asked for extra sauce, and said if there is an up charge, NO PROBLEM, I will gladly pay. So.... I drive 5 miles home to enjoy dinner. I open the container and the first time there is no sauce, the second time there is one sauce. NOT THE TWO THAT I REQUESTED, And OFFERED TO PAY EXTRA. The people working the drive thru are DUMBER than DIRT!!! The high school gene pool is very lacking. No reason to screw this up!!!!! Will not go back to Raising Cains again. read more

Food is ok the chicken has no flavor without the sauce but with the sauce it's really good, coleslaw ok and fries ok. The service was really good and the food is hot and fresh. The ambiance is a cool clean place for you and the family to enjoy a quick and good lunch or dinner. read more

The food was great, fries salted perfectly, and nice staff once we approached the counter and while eating. One note: while waiting in line, the cashier did yell back (in a negative way) to a coworker more than once and and all customers could hear. read more

I visited one of the newest Raising Cane's locations. The customer service was stellar and I could see how hard working the employees were. I tried the box combo which consisted of 4 chicken tenders, crinkle fries, coleslaw, garlic toast and we can't forget about the Cane's sauce. Everything was hot, crispy and fresh which was perfectly washed down by a sweet tea. I am very excited for this new location and I am happy they've expanded their business. read more

Ok, I'm doing this just to say I did it. They built a new Raising Cane's just down the street from us. All the young people are telling me I should try it. They assured me I will like it. I have eaten my share of fast-food in my time. There's certainly a time and place for it. But that was in my younger years. So, I was driving by Cane's today and hadn't had lunch yet. I decided to give them a try. I must say, it is a nice, new building; kept neat and attractive. The parking lot is easy to enter and maneuver as is the building. The young people behind the counter were friendly and efficient and knew their job. I took a quick look at the menu board above their heads and low-and-behold I could understand it all at a glance. It was simple and to the point. Not covered with so many nonsensical, unnecessary options that it's impossible to make a decision. I chose a simple box lunch which included 4 chicken tenders, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw and dipping sauce. It was too much for me so I shared 1/2 with my wife. The chicken was no surprise. It was breaded and fried just like every other chicken place. Good but nothing special. Same with the fries. The Texas toast was different. It was a nice addition. And the coleslaw was excellent. Tasty, not too wet, not too dry. The sauce was a pleasant surprise as well. At first glance I thought it was the typical mayo/ketchup blend... but no. It turned out to be mayo and Worcestershire sauce. A very nice combination. I think I've belabored the point sufficiently. All things considered, this was not an unpleasant experience. If you enjoy fast food this is a good option. You should try it and see what you think. read more

Food was just mid the sauce was way too over hyped. food was too expensive. the food was done pretty quickly.

I got my chicken tenders "naked" because I have a dairy allergy. Though do be aware that they might fry the regular tenders in the same fryer with the naked ones. I did feel *slightly* itchy after like there may have been a dairy exposure. I would advise others to ask. The tenders themselves were INCREDIBLY moist and tender on the inside, yet somehow still crunchy on the outside despite lack of breading. They did serve me Texas toast with my order which I'm pretty sure had butter on it so I gave it to my boyfriend. The food itself was incredibly tasty and a much needed indulgence. Staff were very kind. Very friendly and understanding. Overall, the atmosphere and decor is that of most canes establishments, fun, bright, and relaxed. Bathroom was very clean too! read more

1st time going to Raising Cane's. Wanted to take my baby out on a rare treat. Ordered the basket w/ 6 chicken tenders & the Christmas Story bunny toy. My daughter and I loved the food; well made, no issues. I will definitely return & recommend eating in. The lady that took our order & the gentleman that was working the front were extremely friendly, nice, & just wonderful service. Hard to find good service nowadays, but they went out of their way to make it enjoyable. I even went through the drivethru after we eat to pick up more food to eat later; fast and accurate service. This is better than chickfila in terms of service & friendliness. Would recommend & would go again. My baby loved the inside with everything to look at between disco balls to the tree; kid friendly and very clean. read more

I normally go to another location but upon arrival at this location I was pleasantly surprised. As I walked up to the entrance I hear upbeat music as I sang my way into the restaurant. The restaurant was nice and neat, bright and inviting. The young gentleman at the register was very polite. Everyone seemed to be happy to be at work and not uninterested and unmotivated like most fast food places. I never cared for Cane's chicken tenders but I do enjoy their bread and their sauce! I got the four piece tender dinner which included fries, Cole slaw and bread. I shared the tenders with my daughter and ate the fries and bread which were delish. The Cole slaw I can do without. I would def make this my go to location moving forward if I ever have a craving. Also, the lemonade is delish and I realized on this visit that they use pure cane sugar which is a major plus in my book. Manager was very nice and I feel that if they keep whomever is in charge around at this location it will be a customer fav! read more

We have been customers of Raising Cane for 5 years. Although, we live on the Eastside of Cleveland we use drove to Lakewood to get Canes before the one on 615 opened ( both are delicious). Excited about Willoughby opening , the first 2.5-3 weeks the food was as intended. Tonight we went and everything but the bread was overcooked.
