Tried the hot honey rub wings at Wingstop and they did not disappoint. The flavor is a perfect mix of sweet and heat, not overpowering but definitely noticeable with every bite. The seasoning sticks well to the wings, so you get that flavor throughout instead of just on the surface. The wings themselves were cooked right, crispy on the outside and still juicy inside. The hot honey rub has a nice balance where the sweetness hits first and then the heat slowly kicks in, which makes it hard to stop eating them. Definitely one of the better flavors on the menu. You should know what you're getting into with wingstop in terms of the food. I do love the lemon pepper and most flavors are awesome. We ordered online, with a window of 17-21 minutes before it would be ready. On fhe end of was 45 minutes. Hi everyone, I ordered on the Wingstop app my food, the app said the food will be ready around 8:25ish pm. When I got there at 8:20pm, one of the employees told me, 5 more minutes. I got my food closer to 8:45ish pm. People that order later got their food fast. I ordered thru Uber Eats. 6 combo meals. When I received our order, 3 combos were missing. Uber Eats is soo difficult to get a hold of or make a complaint - so I drove to WingStop. (If it was a missing drink or fries, I would just write it off but this was 3 meals!). I told the cashier I ordered thru uber eats but I'm missing 1/2 my order. He got the manager, Yareli. After talking to the cashier, discussing the take out bags and how they are specifically packaged, going thru my receipt and pictures I took, we determined the driver most likely took the food. It's too many missing items and the picture shows the bag was opened. In order to make things right, Yareli replaced the meals at no cost and took a loss. I must say, that she was polite and professional and extremely sorry I had any issues and had to drive to the restaurant. We rarely go to WingStop, as we have found their wings in the past to be greasy. They have more items on their menu and we enjoyed our food tonight. I am especially thankful to Yareli in turning an angry and frustrating situation into a happy dinner for all. We will be back to Wingstop-this location on Erringer because of Yareli. Wings were spot on hot, crispy and enough dipping sauces for the all the wings. All the sides though need a lot of work but I think that is just then menu itself. Fries are soggy, with too much going on. Corn is not fresh and seems like it was put in with the deep fryer. Be nice to have something fresh or not fried like a salad or coleslaw something to counter the hot fatty fried wings. Have gone back a few times since but just the wings for me.
