Bottomless appetizers are back too, for $12.99 you could order 5 options such as large onion rings, mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, chips & salsa and hatch queso. Our server, Ariana was so nice and attentive. Lots of wide screen TV for sports, Typical noise for a sports bar. Really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Simi Valley. We ordered wings when I got home I found multiple feathers still attached to the chicken. This wasn't just one stray feather--we found several throughout the order. The photo speaks for itself. I understand mistakes can happen in a busy kitchen, but this is pretty unacceptable when you're serving food to customers. What made it worse was the lack of response afterward. We reached out to the restaurant twice about the issue and never received a response. At the very least, I expected someone from management to acknowledge the complaint and address what happened. Instead, we were completely ignored. Between the feathers on the wings and the lack of customer service afterward, this was an extremely disappointing experience. When my family and I arrived at BWW the host went fixed up a table in the far corner where no one could see us for about 10 minutes. Mind you the business wasn't even packed there was a lot of empty tables but we got sat at the far corner on the most wobbly table adding an extra seat at the end of the table for my 12yr old, who is now sitting in the way of others passing by. Host never mentioned that our server would be out soon just walked away after she walked us to the wobbly table. My family and sat there waiting for anyone to acknowledge us in the corner of the restaurant, 4 servers passed by none ever asked if we needed some drinks or at least say you running behind you'll be with us in 5-10-15 minutes. Nothing!! My family wanted to leave already after 20 minutes of waiting and no one bothered to come by our table. Staffing is very rude and super bias, they all need better customer service training especially the manager if this is what Marcela's associates are like it's the lack of management skills. I came to this Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday to watch the NBA Western Conference Final game between the Knicks and Pacers, also to do their all you can eat wings with fries. Taleia was my server in the bar area and she was amazing with her customer service. She was attentive with me and kept asking me if I wanted more wings before I even finish my first plate. I got the lemon pepper sauce and medium sauce on my wings that they allowed me to mix it up which they were good. For my next round, I got medium wings again and more fries. I could only eat 16 wings and 2 order of fries until I was fill. They were not busy at all when I was here so I think it helped with the service yesterday. Upon entering, not greeted or directed by anyone, walking around like zombies. Approached the serving area, asked for a table to be wiped off. So sorry to disturb the 4 staff meeting in the beverage prep area. My "waitress" wiped the table, had to ask for it to be dried off, as if I asked for her first born. Today June15th we stopped by for a quick lunch and ordered our usual garlic Parmesan and boy it was spicy and all we asked was to get another order for our kids just for the remaining wings since our kids found them to spicy to eat. Really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Simi Valley today. We arrived at 1 PM to a nearly empty restaurant -- just three tables occupied -- yet service was slow and disconnected from the start. We ordered the unlimited appetizers, but the first round took over 20 minutes to arrive and was served cold. The second round came nearly 30 minutes later, and the portion was tiny, especially for a table of five. "Unlimited" doesn't mean much when the food barely comes out and takes that long. This was during lunch hours, when people are on limited time and need to get back to work -- the delays were unacceptable given how empty the restaurant was. Refills took 10+ minutes, and no one checked on us during the meal. When we asked the server about an allergen, she casually said "I don't think so" and never followed up. That kind of attitude made me seriously question how careful they are with other things. I also clearly requested no ranch on my plate -- emphasized it -- and it still came not only with ranch, but spilled across the plate, soaking into the food. Just careless. For nearly 20 minutes, we watched staff walk past a visible mess on the floor without cleaning it. It wasn't until I took a photo that someone finally addressed it. That said a lot about how little attention was being paid. Toward the end, one staff member did try to help, but it was too late to recover the experience. Great to get a quick bite or hang with friends to watch games, fights, etc. I like all the sauce options they have, mild to very spicy and everything in between. Lately my preference has been Thai Curry, but try them all. I have tried some of their spiciest wings, typically the spice levels are not that bad for me, the spice levels claimed seem much more mild usually, but the one I tried before, can't remember the name (maybe the Blazin' Knockowas very hot; too hot for me, so be warned. This was prior to me changing gears to lower Sodium options. This location is never extremely busy (lunch time), which is great so you don't have to wait, part of the reason I like this location. But hope they are busy enough overall at other times of day to have a healthy bottom line. This location is at the Simi Town Center right off the 118 freeway, so really easy to get to and in and out of. Large parking lot in front, so no worries about parking either. Today's offering, Thai Curry/Desert heat dry rub Bone-in (of course) wings, salad with blue cheese, carrots/celery and a Mountain Dew. Yum! My new go to is naked Tradition wings, (pictures) Salad with oil and vinegar, celery, carrots, no blue cheese and unsweetened iced tea. Why do I even bother giving the place a chance? My wife and I were just there for happy hour and holy crap it was dead. We asked if we could sit in the bar area the first server was friendly enough and said it was fine. However, no sooner did we sit down, this frowny faced, disinterested female server meandered our way not even looking in our direction, proceeded to walk by our table with one fell swoop and without a single word of greeting dropped off two menus and kept on going. When we sat down they sat us near the bar so our server was the bartender which was fine other than having to wait a while to place our order, Was not a big deal since he was having to juggle both the bar and tables. Isaac the bartender is the worst EVER! First off he was talking to group of people outside of the bar area. I turned to look at him to grab his attention after about 5 min of waiting for him to give me service. He then proceeded to ask for my ID which I gave to him. I asked for a modelo, so then he asked another person across from for his ID gave him a beer within 30 seconds while i was still waiting for mines, he then asked a guy about two seats away from the other guy he just served for another round of beer and he gives him his beer. He then offers the lady next to me for another round of beer to which she replies no. He then proceeds to put washed cups away all while my beer is there poured just sitting there and then decides to finally give my beer. We sat there for almost 30 minutes waiting for our order to be taken, we gave our server Keara some grace because she had a couple of tables, but when she came to our table she gave us so much attitude. Came to this location to with my family from outside the states to have a drink but were told we could not drink without a U.S ID. Make that make sense? So I guess tourist are not welcomed here even with a VALID ID. I have been to several restaurant with family from outside of the states and it has never been a problem as long as the ID was valid. I've had but two good experience at this location and the only reason I return is because I have hopes that the food will taste good. My first and second were when dinning in the restaurant. The food came out quick and it was warm and service was good. But the other terrible experiences have been when ordering online. Each time we pick up the fries are so stale and hard. Not crunchy but hard like when you take a bite you need to pull a piece. Wings typically they get the wrong order. The chicken has almost no seasoning. It's not that we arrive late to pick up the food because we don't. We even have to wait longer than what the wait is. If we order different orders of fries some fries have almost nothing inside the box. Like it's so obviously that the type of service is so wrong. Like I can't understand how the service is so ghetto and low. I am so disappointed at this location they need to get it together and work on their orders. They need to go to the way it use to be. It really depends on your preference of wings? I think the wings are a bit too small for the price it's given and the seasonings are still a bit bland. I just don't feel like I'm getting my money's worth here. But I definitely would good if I have a big group and need something that would please everyone.
