Real Cheezy burger and fries straight out of a ghost kitchen in Thousand Oaks. The only way to experience this gem is thru a delivery service. Being a huge Guy Fieri fan I had to test out his burger. This is a welcome treat to Thousand Oaks which does not offer a whole lot of fun. The burger was mighty in size. Fresh ground beef pounded by hand and cooked leaving a medium pink center. Topped with very oozy melted cheese Pretty sure it was a strong sharp cheddar. It also had lettuce, onions, pickles and tomatoes. Somewhere in the mix of it was a Donkey Sauce. I really did not taste the sauce. I felt the burger was missing something. Like bacon and maybe a little bit of ketchup. Pretty good burger for $11.99 Fries!! High 5 to the fries. That was where the party was at. They reminded me of those old school Carls Jr fries back in the day, but thicker. They were super yummy. Delivery was fast. I saw a commercial the other day with Guy talking about the Flavor Town Kitchen, looked good. So this past Saturday I ordered a couple of the chicken sandwiches and fries. They arrived on time, the packaging was great but the Chicken sandwich was really bad. The pickles, onion and tomato was sliced so thin you could see through them, 1 tomato slice and 5 pickle slices with 2 strings of an onion, really. Half the chicken was crisp, the bun soaked up a lot but It was cold and soggy from the sauce. I only ate 1/2 my trash ate the rest. The fries we're the only good part but at 5.00 per order for a small to medium size is just wrong. So, 40.00 for soggy sandwiches and fries this was a really bad experience. read more

I love Guy Fieri, and when my bf told me that we could get food from Flavortown Kitchen I went as soon as I could. I got the bourbon wings, fries, Cajun pasta, and whiskey chocolate cake. The wings and fries were my favorite foods. The ranch that it came with was also very creamy and had a great thick mouthfeel. The Cajun pasta was good, and very flavorful but it wasn't AMAZING. The chocolate cake was tasty, but I was a little disappointed with the presentation. It looked a lot bigger than it was in pictures on the website. Also mine came in a puddle of melted frosting and was leaning to the side. I also didn't understand why the slice was half the size of the container it came in, it really makes it seem like you're missing something. Would I come back? Guy did his usual hit and miss job. The food quite frankly is not the reason to go there. For the life of me I don't know why I'd hunt for them in this busy shopping center. Save you money. The food was an explosion of flavor. It was like a hot tub party of flavortown in my mouth and everyone was invited. The funkalicious mac n cheese burger was money. Everything was money. The juicy patty was smothered with greasy slices of real stars and strips American bacon. It had hints of cheddar that were so sharp it could cut glass. All in all, the burger was lights-out delicious. And the fries. Shut the front door. Fries were totally legit. Spices were off the hook. Wow just wow!!! I was hesitant to try this place as it's new and no reviews but boy am I glad I gave it a shot! Amazing veggie burger, awesome patty and buns! We also got the french fries which were dynamite and fried pickles. I don't even have words it was that bomb! U could even put those bad boy fried pickles on the burgers...I don't know if I could handle how good that would be! Only thing this place is missing was no napkins in the bag :( cmon guys! I had high expectations as his restaurant in the Burbank Airport was delicious. But my family and I were very disappointed with our food tonight. The Chicken Guy Classic had the thinnest chicken patty I've ever seen. The fried pickles were burnt with an extremely crunchy outside and almost non-existent chewy pickles on the inside. I'm not particularly impressed with the veggie burger. It fell apart very easily and lacked flavor; it was as if the cook forgot that the veggie burger was on the menu and panic blended a bunch of lentils to smash into patty form. Which, truthfully, would have been fine, if only the lentils had seasoning. I give this restaurant three stars because the food, while unimpressive, was edible. We ordered the Real Cheezy burger and fries. Although the flavor end portions were wonderful the food was Luke warm when it arrived. We are about 15 minutes from the Thousand Oaks locations and it would have been nice to see the burgers wrapped in foil rather than paper to hold in the heat. We had to reheat both products. If you offer delivery only then you need to figure out a way to get the product to customers hot. We were so disappointed: Placed our order at 1:09pm, wasn't ready until 2:18 pm. Items were missing from the order, we are a crossed the street and picked it up - several items in the order were cold, the burger had about 6 mac & cheese noodles and the bun was huge compared to the burger.
