Our 1st time to Little Caesar's. The good and bad: First, we called and the place was busy, so it went to a call center. LOSE THE CALL CENTER!! After almost ten minutes on hold, they barely speak English and don't know ANYTHING about the product! How big is the deep-dish? I had to explain twice, I want to know the size, not the number of slices. That's all for the bad. As for the GOOD, while on hold and trying to get the information, we drove to the store, still without answers. At the front counter, LOGAN helped and took our order. Asking the size, he had the answer AND showed us an actual pizza. BTW, the deep-dish is served as TWO separate pizzas, each slightly larger than 6x9". The store is clean and neat, and I was pleasantly surprised to know that some pizzas, wings, and a few other things are always hot and ready for walk-ins. Logan took our order and advised it would take about ten minutes. Accurate. We got the pizzas home, and they were still hot. They were nice and thick, fully covered with tasty tidbits. As we chowed down, the taste was most excellent. Pleasant, fast, tasty and fairly priced, we look forward to coming back soon for perfect pizza. This place is an embarrassment. It is by far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Ordering pizza that takes 35 minutes and to be ignored no class completely and utterly rude and not even apologizing for anything is ridiculous. I will not recommend this place to anybody their whole atmosphere on everything is just blatantly rude and disrespectful. I ordered pizza hereat 6 o'clock and did not get my pizza until almost 7 o'clock and almost an hour after being ignored. Placed my order, waited for the time it said it is ready. Walk in, I pay for it and the person walks away without saying anything. I figured it was not ready and decide to wait, only 25 minutes go by, I'm standing there none one is saying anything to me. Finally I literally had to scream at some dude in the back to get his attention as he's just working with AirPods in to get my order. He goes to the back gets it, and I leave. So not waning to give this so little stars but man not sure what else to do. I had order the day before and already paid. I had my number for the quick pickup and low and behold um there where many people in line. I came in no one had beefed helped and the two workers where both in the back. No one came up to help move the line along. My pizza said that is was ready but not in the mobile order station so I had to wait. I finally after waiting for a few I called them to the register. I told them that I needed my order like 5 min ago. The guy said that they were swamped but one in the front and one in the back when there is a line seems like a better plan. Update: I just want to add that the pizzas are very good and great to feed a family, they are made very well especially for the price but you can see inside and often while waiting I can see the young men texting and then going back to make food, still checking their phone in the middle. Isn't the main purpose of a Little Caesars to serve Hot-N-Ready Pizza? Well, this location doesn't do it very well. I came here to pick up a few pizzas for lunch, and was expecting to be in and out in around five minutes. I don't think that's too much to ask, considering that they should have pizzas ready. Instead, I ordered and then waited for ten minutes for my pizzas. And just so you know, this was at 11:00, so it's not like it was right after lunch hour. If you come here, don't expect quick service. It's likely that they won't have pizzas ready. But the price and pizza do make up for some of the wait. read more

Love the pizza here I normally get it in Camarillo cause that's were I lived but I decided Pick up pizza here for my kids. But when I pick up my pizza it was small i order a stuff crust pizza with pepperoni. I decided to go back and see what happen. Anthony who was awesome in checking my pizza he said he would make me a new one and he did say it was small for that size pizza. He was great and handle the issue right away. Last night we had a cast party after the at Moorpark High School play. I called into the store about 20 minutes before we needed the pizzas around 9:30pm and ordered 12 hot-and-ready pizzas. 6 cheese and 6 peperoni. When we went to pick them up, they had all of the pizzas ready for me and within a couple of minutes they had whipped up 6 orders of crazy bread for me as well! One star because I can't give zero. Pizza is NEVER ready on time even though we arrive after the pick-up time. This has been the case every single time for the past two years and we order every Friday night. I'm not exaggerating. Sometimes we have to wait another 30 minutes meaning they hadn't even prepared our order yet. Tonight was the last straw. We ordered online and was told when to pick it up. Little Caesars Pizza can be a hit or miss. I always ask for double mushroom thin crust. Thin crust is always my fave.. And I always pay for the extra mushroom topping. I think two times they put the double mushroom. I'm not one to make complaints much: And I hate to always go back and have them redo it. But last two times have not had extra. Nor did it tonight. I've had a number of poor experiences here. Last night I was just in and called in an order around 9:45 as I was just getting off work. Overall, Little Caesar's was a big surprise to me. For the insane low price of only $5 for a large pepperoni, I expected little more than a piece of overcooked cardboard sprayed with ketchup, a smattering of processed cheese and 4 or 5 pepperonis. Instead what I got was a full-size large pizza which was as good or better than Domino's or Pizza Hut at a fraction of the price. The liter sodas were extremely cheap as well. I'm not saying it's on par with Toppers or Roundtable, but it's not bad at all if you need a fast pizza fix. Extremely fast, friendly service as well. This is the worst little Caesars I have ever been too. I have been in 4 different times for a hot and ready pizza. Once during a rush hour and 3 times during a really slow period.
