Food was good as always, it's fast food after all so nothing out of this world. But it's always consistent and more importantly they always get my order right unlike so many other places. I placed an online order around 10:27 AM. The app still allowed me to place the order for pickup, so I assumed everything was fine. I arrived at exactly 10:40 and marked in the app that I had arrived. When I spoke to the gentleman in the drive-through wearing aviator sunglasses, he wasn't outright rude, but his attitude was very dismissive. What bothered me the most was that when I tried to explain the situation and asked if he could check with someone inside, he simply said he couldn't help me anymore and walked away. It very much felt like, "this is your problem, not mine." Apparently, if you place a pickup order and do not press "I'm here" while you're on the way, there's a chance you won't receive your order even if the app allows you to place it. This was never made clear in the ordering process. I was told I should have selected curbside instead of drive-through, but by the time I arrived it was already too late. For context, I had been up all night at home with two sick kids. I was exhausted, and breakfast was something small we were all looking forward to after a long night. As a mom, sometimes those little things can really make or break your day when you're running on no sleep. What disappointed me most wasn't the policy it was the lack of empathy. I asked to speak to a manager and pulled forward. The girls working the window were not rude, but the overall situation still left me feeling unheard. I was so exhausted trying to explain everything that I actually burst into tears. I do want to be clear that this review is specifically about my drive-through experience. I have gone inside many times and the staff inside has always been wonderful. There is a woman who has worked there for many years who is truly exceptional and always so kind and welcoming. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she is amazing and has always provided great service. I come to this location almost every day and have supported this restaurant as part of our community. I'm not someone who asks for exceptions, but sometimes customer service means recognizing when a situation calls for a little understanding and kindness. Because of how this situation was handled, I will not be returning to this location or any Chick-fil-A. I will also be submitting this experience through the "We Care About You" customer feedback option so they are aware of how this was handled. read more

The food is always hot, fresh and dependable. Order was correct and enough options to meet any tastes. Service is personable and friendly... I appreciate their drive through processes... Very efficient. We didn't go inside this time, but appreciate the cleanliness of the outside of the restaurant and know from past experience that the inside is great for families or groups. On 5/11/25 we came here in the evening, it wasn't too busy so that a plus. Upon entering this restaurant, this place is well lit outside and inside, it is super Clean, highly organized, very attention to details! All the staff are wonderful, very kind and sweet! Upon ordering there was Saranya. Saranya was super kind, caring, sweet, super down to earth, she is very genuine! She has this positive upbeat energy about her. We were debating what to order inside. I felt a great sense of ease not being pushed here, she allowed me to take my time . I would love to thank her for that . I ordered a spicy deluxe meal , chicken deluxe meal, grilled chicken club meal with our fries. All delicious! Their food portions are spot on & so is their prices of the meals. My review actually concerns a specific employee, Jackie. She is always so friendly and helpful. Today she went completely out of her way to help my 5 year old granddaughter who wanted to retrieve a small toy that had fallen behind the playground area. Jackie used a key to gain access to the area and literally crawled on her hands and knees to reach the toy. I placed my order, order a thing of creamy salsa, and a thing of tried peppers on the side. I double checked with the girl that took my order. I was a fool for having faith in the people inside though. They forget both items. Sadly I ordered my sandwich dry because I add the creamy salsa to it. So now I'm stuck with a dry sandwich. Chick-fil-A always delivers good service, but this location goes above and beyond. On a previous visit, my husband and son mentioned how welcomed they felt by the personable and friendly staff. My husband almost never comments on places we go, so for him to point that out really shows how exceptional the service was. When I stopped in for an in-store pickup, I noticed they had a fun spin-the-wheel game for prizes. I even overheard another customer say, "I've never seen a Chick-fil-A do this!" It immediately stood out as something special. I also watched a staff member make a child's birthday extra memorable by surprising them with a free sundae topped with sprinkles. Those small but thoughtful gestures show how much this team truly cares about their customers. Even though our food took a little longer than expected, it was still hot, fresh, and delicious. Overall, I wasn't in the store very long, but it was easy to see the genuine kindness and effort that makes this location shine. OK, where to begin. I have now been to this location two times. I have never been to another location. On my first trip here, I did inform the person who took my order that I had never been here before. I did say I was tired of all of the other places, loading the chicken up with a breaded crust. It's just more fried, overcooked meat. I was so pleased when I saw multiple options for a regular grilled chicken sandwich. I was also overwhelmed by the fact that when I reached the window, my meal was comped. And that just blew me away. What an awesome first impression this company gave me. About three weeks went by and I decided to indulge with another chicken sandwich this evening. I did share information with the gentleman that took my order about the last time I came through. I was so thrilled about my order being comped.. When I pulled up to the window to pay for my food, the girl who was helping me told me ...no charge! I am still trying to figure this out. what makes me so special that the only two times I've been to this location. My meal has been comped.. I can say with absolute certainty, that no other company I have ever bought lunch or dinner from has treated me in such a manner that Chick-fil-A has. I am over the moon. There was an unprofessional manager, I believe her name was Alison, who was holding a meeting with a male staff member outside on the patio. She was speaking very loudly and came across as if she was trying to show her authority, correcting the employee in a way that felt demeaning. The sandwich and fries were hot, there were plenty of extra pickles, and the soda was crispy. That's all great, but what I'm really here to do is tell you how amazing Jackie is. I like this place but it doesn't like me so I don't go there as much as I'd like. I enjoy their spicy chicken sandwich combo because I love those potatoes they use! I'm not sure if their sauce is what upsets my stomach but it never fails! I get the worse stomach pains after I eat the food. I like the Mac and cheese, their lemonade and OMG their brownies are like "crack" to me, I'm not a sweet tooth but their brownies are so good! I'm not a big fries fan & even when I tried to order just the nuggets with no fries, I ended up getting & paying for the fries anyways. It's frustrating. So I tried getting a salad instead of the fries. That didn't work either. Ended up with fries & a salad. No matter how clear I try to be that I don't want the fries, I get them. After waiting in a line of cars, by the time I'm with food, I just want to get out of there, not have to park my car & walk up with a problem.
