If I could give this wingstop ZERO stars I would! Not only was my food not ready at the time given, they didn't give me my full order. I basically paid them $10 extra to receive a regular 10 piece combo when I should have got 10 extra wings. I also ordered a large Cajun fry and they gave me a regular size regular fry seasoning order. It's even more frustrating when you do their survey and they don't even acknowledge it. SO DISAPPOINTED! An employee called me over to take my order then proceeded to tell me that the cashier next her will take care of it. In all my years, I have never had to write a negative review for any business. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would have. With that being said, this is probably the worst WingStop location ever. I highly recommend that the owner steps in and re-evaluates the employees working here, especially the manager. And quite honestly, after talking with the manager, I believe that she is a direct reflection of the staff: rude, unhappy, and had no urgency to complete orders on such a "busy" day. This place lacks professionalism and overall, customer service. Today, I ordered online to pickup in location. Now, I know they never complete orders in a timely manner, so I always give extra time to them, especially on a Sunday. It was supposed to be quick a pick up because my baby was getting kind of fussy. My dad went into pay for the wings. The cashier took his payment, and then told him they were still working on the wings. He lets me know. Fine. I have no probably waiting on them to finish up the order. How long could it possibly take? So, i come into the location. FILTHY. But again, I give them the benefit of the doubt. They are "busy." I guess. They are passing out people's meal out of order. People were coming in, ordering, and getting their food faster than those already waiting. Also, the girl passing out food, you could use some retraining. She doesn't apologize for the wait, instead she tosses the bag across the counter to the customer, and immediately, walks away without acknowledging the person or anyone else for that matter. Then the manager shows up. She's in no hurry to help. She seems to be taking her sweet time. However, they were having some issue with a customer order - out of cheese or something. They had already charged the customer without even checking their inventory. At this point, the cashier was trying to be a little sympathetic. I'm pretty sure I heard her apologize once. Fast forward to a few more minutes, I finally realize 20 more minutes go by. I don't get what the issue is now. Finally, someone asks my dad what his name is, but the order was for my name. But the employee still says it will be just a moment. And I realize wait the receipt has my name, not his. I will take ownership for that, our mistake, but you are promising him an order that doesn't exist now, and you took his payment without a problem (even after he told them he was picking up for Kaitlyn from the beginning). My dad approaches the counter and tries to tell them it's under, "Kaitlyn." Here's the kicker: Now, they check the rack of online orders and they pull an order that's been sitting there since my dad got there. Approximately, 30 minutes now. The manager is standing in the beverage fridge, watching. The employee hands the cold food to my dad and walks away. Says nothing. At this point, I'm pissed and had more than enough. I walk up to the counter and ask to talk to the manager. She says, "Yes, what's the problem?" Great response, right? That's the type of person you want representing your brand. Anyways, I explain to her that I have watched that bag sit on the shelf the whole time we have been here, blames my dad for the mix up, and she says she doesn't know what I want her to do because it will take a long time to redrop/refry. I don't want to wait anymore. I don't have the time for that. The wings are going to be bad regardless. I let her know it's not my dads fault, the employees had my name on the receipt, but they still knew how to take my dad's money for the order. Plus, I am not waiting, but she needed to know that all the employees in there are unprofessional and their customer service SUCKS. We walk away. As we walk away, she says, "I apologize ma'am, but I was on lunch when it got busy." I don't need the excuses. They should know how to function effectively with or without you. Then again, if you are the poor "leader" you showed me to be, I can see where your team is disadvantaged. Get a handle on yourself. You are failing your team. Finally, I checked my wings in the car. I ordered the 25 Boneless Wings for $15: Hawaiian, Garlic Parmesan, and Hickory BBQ. They were obviously cold, hard, and had hardly any sauce on them. They just looked like plain chicken nuggets with a single PACKET of sauce poured on them. If we hadn't paid and I wasn't so hungry. I would have tossed this meal. All-in-all, I won't be back to this location. Honestly, the wings will always sell themselves, but that doesn't mean settle on a unsatisfactory staff. They won't get the job done. Bad customer service will kill a business and I'm disappointed that all these reviews, don't encourage you guys to take better control of your business. I love wingstop. Their food is 5 stars but the service, ehh not so much. Called in a phone order at 7 pm. My bf and I ordered 2 of the 6 boneless combo that comes with fries and a drink. Left the house at 7:20, got there around 7:30. Turned out our order wasn't even ready yet. Asked the girl at the register if wings were 60 cents a piece since it was their Monday special and her reply was "I'm not sure, it should be" ummm how do you not know, you work there! -_- After paying for our take out order, we waited awhile. Everyone was getting their order so we come up and ask where our food was. Turns out they had it sitting in the back that whole time. The fries were cold by the time we got our food so my bf asked them to make us new ones. Left that place past 8pm. It literally took us over an hour to get such a simple take out order and they weren't even busy. Waited 30 extra minutes because no one called our name for our food. Also the most confusing part, if it was 60 cent special day why was our total almost 20 bucks for 2 of the 6 piece combo?? We were seriously so pissed. Tell me why that every time I come to this store specifically, I am greeted with attitude. My food, yet again, was not ready on time and of course had to wait that infamous ten minutes that I am always told. During this pandemic, one of the employees was not wearing her mask even while talking to two other customers, of which was causing other customers to have to wait outside while they already had their food. Your customer service is horrible and your organization definitely needs some work. Used to come here all the time, always place my order online. It's never done on time, they always forget the ranches that I pay for, they also forget to give you your drinks. Last time my boyfriend went in and they had no fries, no big deal, but they gave us lemon pepper instead of mild. It said on the receipt it was supposed to be mild. And when we called the store to complain, no one answered. We called three times. So we went back and instead of them making fresh wings, they refried the ones with the lemon pepper until the seasonings fell off and they tossed them in some mild sauce. On top of that, the lady at the counter was rude and didn't want to get her manager. This place keeps getting worse and worse. Update Went back to give another chance, we waited in line for 20 minutes just for them to tell us we would have to wait another half hour for the food to be ready, while waiting in line we could see into the kitchen and there was a guy making wings with NO gloves on, he was handling raw chicken without his gloves and when he was finished he only ran his hand under the water, no soap or washing for 20 seconds, and didn't put any gloves on afterwards. But they have a box of potatoes but they need to be cut and we'd have to wait an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes for the French fries...GTFOH are you crazy?! I have them reimburse me for the fries and got the cold chicken and left the nasty restaurant. I'm over this damn wing stop and I will NEVER go there again and I'll make sure that I tell EVERYONE I know in the city of Moreno Valley ( that I grew up in) to NOT GO HERE EVER. I finally decided to try Wingstop and was very disappointed. The flavors were good but I have to say that I couldn't tell that the wings were from chickens! They were so tiny that an entire wing fits on a spoon. I would have to assume from the appearance of these wings that they were either from cornish game hens or maybe some poor dwarfed starving little chickens. I don't know why anyone would come here. You can see bigger wings on flies. They charge $7.69 for 10 wings. At 77 cents for half a wing, it ought to be bigger than a teaspoon. read more
