I had a really positive experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Moreno Valley. Even though I didn't catch our server's name, she was very attentive and made sure to go over all of the Deals for Two with us, which I really appreciated. It felt like she was genuinely trying to help us save money, and that kind of service goes a long way. The food was good, and the wait time was completely understandable given that it was a football Sunday. The only small downside was that while we were waiting, no one asked for a phone number, so it was a bit hard to hear when our table was ready. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Overall, I'd much rather come to this Buffalo Wild Wings than the Riverside location -- and I'm from Riverside. This location definitely left a better impression, and I'd return again. read more

I think my first mistake was coming here for anything other than their wings. I tried the Triple Bacon Burger, and MY GOD it was terrible. I don't know if I just got a really overcooked piece of meat, but the meat tasted and felt like that Jack Links Beef Steak beef jerky. I am not even joking, this is the exact flavor it tasted like. I had to add a ton of ketchup, and that still didn't hide the terrible taste and texture of the burger. The fries were palatable. The service was whatever, nothing special. Went in when it was fairly slow, but still had to wait 20 minutes for 2 seats. They took my order and brought me my food without any issues. My review is based solely on the food I just tried. I had no issues with the workers or location. It was just a TERRIBLE burger. Literally one of the worst I've tasted and it was such a disappointment. Was supposedly a smash burger, but it definitely was not. There was no crust and the shape of the patties were normal (you can tell they weren't smashed and they looked nothing like the picture). I am usually not picky and will typically eat anything without complaining to you restaurant, but I was close to complaining with how terrible the burger was. Thankfully, the burger was a lot smaller than the picture they show on their menu, so I didn't have too eat too much of it (I still didnt finish it). Food was disappointing. I had such a yummy food experience the last time, and this time was just not good. We sat at the bar to celebrate the end of our college classes. On the bright side, the drinks were good. I got the strawberry mango margarita and that was nice. My bf got a tall glass of Stella, but how can you really mess that up? We both got the bacon patty melt sandwich and right away I could tell it was not even toasted. It was slightly yellow and borderline soggy. I asked to get it re-toasted so it would be like a grilled sandwich should kind of be. It came back a little toasted, but the sandwich was not good overall. The bottom bun was soggy and the fries were cold at this point. I decided to take it to go because if I took it home and put it in the air fryer, maybe this meal could be better and bearable. I ended up getting another drink and not eating anything at all. Mhhm the food was good the first time. This place has potential, but unfortunately there is no consistency. Beware of the hostile and unprofessional staff at this location. During our visit, two employees skylar & ariel while still on the clock initiated a confrontation with someone in my group inside the restroom. What should have been a private and neutral space turned into an inappropriate and escalating situation. Instead of de-escalating, they made verbal threats and even suggested taking it to the parking lot. This kind of behavior is extremely concerning and reflects poorly on management and workplace standards. Customers should feel safe and respected at all times especially by staff. I really hope ownership takes this seriously and enforces better accountability. No one should have to deal with staff instigated conflict, let alone something that could escalate beyond the premises. read more

Service here is pretty slow, but friendly at least. I've always ordered the sampler platter and it kinda sucks now. They use chicken instead of beef, and are always a little stingy with the cheese. If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I absolutely would. I came to this location to enjoy a day off with friends and this quickly escalated into a serious issue. A member of my group was verbally harassed inside the restroom by two employees Skylar and Ariel. Blocked into the restroom these girls disrespected and cussed my friend out. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability from management is a serious safety concern. Skylar and Ariel threatened to escalate it further outside. Hello, I am writing to report an extremely unprofessional experience I had when calling one of your Buffalo Wild Wings locations on 11/23/2025. At approximately 11:14 PM, I called to place a to-go order. I am a Blazin' Rewards member and frequently order from Buffalo Wild Wings. During this first call, the employee who answered hung up on me without explanation. I called back at approximately 11:15 PM, and the employee who answered said to me, "get the f*** off my phone, bitch," and then immediately hung up. I called back once more only to see if the same person would answer so I could identify who had spoken to me that way, but a different employee answered. I did not continue the call, as I had no reason to involve that individual. Because of this experience, I chose not to place an order with Buffalo Wild Wings that night and instead went to Wingstop, where I received polite and professional service. I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but being spoken to in this manner is completely unacceptable. I love the wings here. They definitely need to educate their waitstaff on what beers they carry. Although Dogfish Head Grateful Dead Juicy Ale is clearly on the menu and on tap, the waitress repeatedly stated they did not carry a Grateful Dead Ale. I told her to just tell the bartender to pour a 22oz Grateful Dead... and it actually worked! She went on break and I ordered another from a waiter. Same thing. I waited 40 minutes before I was seated, there's was at least 3 free tables available and no one came to check up on me since I came in. If the staff isn't trained or doesn't want to work, just get better staff and this wouldn't happen. The waitress was good she was courteous and tried to rush the order. Awful service. Was in town for work and was hoping to find a sports bar to watch the NFL draft. They kept letting music play on the touch tunes even though the place was crowded with NFL fans trying to watch and hear the draft. The manager told me he had to let the songs play. The GM came out for 30 seconds and said he was going to play music, and if I didn't like it I could go home. Why they allowed people paying $1 per song to control the sound when a major sports event was on is beyond me. This is supposed to be a sports bar, but I can see why they have 1.8 stars. Such horrible experiences every time we go. We use to go often but started noticing the service just got worse and worse. For starters, when we went the waitress took so long with our drinks and blamed the bartender we waited so long I asked her and she said "it's because the bartender doesn't know anything he's slow" first off super unprofessional and an unkind thing to say to a team member. I then went to the bartender my self turns out this whole time the drinks were ready.... She passes by and says oh he finally got them? No they were already ready. To top it off from this past weekend when we went we waited so long for a table and for a waitress just for the waitress to finally say "just so you guys are aware we do not have strawberries, fries, potato wedges, pretzel app, cookies, and a bunch of other stuff ?! Someone could have made us "aware" 1 hr before sitting us and having us wait for a waitress to remember they sat us down. I use to love buffalo but the service is always the worst here. I came here for my sister's birthday and although she couldn't get her free wings due to the app being complicated, our server, Daniel, was extremely understanding and friendly. He recommended we try their deal they had going on and hands down was the best suggestion. The environment was real friendly and well straightened up. There is no consistency. There are times we get good service and food and times where we get crappy service and sucked up wings. It is always a hit or miss and every time they are out of something (beer or apps). Pro Tip: The bar is open seating, which comes in handy when there's a line out of the door. They offer mainly high top tables. They did upgrade and update their tables and chairs. Don't move the tables because they are on top of levels LOL. we learned the hard way. 6:36pm, Got off a long flight just wanted a drink and some wings. I asked if I could sit at the bar. I was told I could by the hostess. I then asked the bartender with the rappers gold chain hanging around his neck for a green tea drink. He asked for my id. Unfortunately I left it behind in the hotel. I totally understand policy.
