I was wrong. This place gives you big tender pieces for a fair price and they also often offer deals like adding 5 bone in wings to any meal for 5 bucks. I enjoyed their tender meal the best. Service was awesome when we arrived we were greeted and placing our orders was very simple. The inside is quiet and small but very clean and nice and cool since it was pretty hot outside. The food itself is probably the best tenders I've ever had. The honey bbq is sticky and sweet but so much flavor, the lemon pepper is equally as good and all the chicken was extremely fresh and juicy! The frys are good but they do loose temperature kinda quick but definitely worth getting. The breadsticks are awesome as well and extremely hot. There are a lot of other restaurants/shops in this Riverside Plaza such as Pickup Stix or stop at Chase bank or CVS drugstore/pharmacy or Cold Stone ice cream or See's chocolates. I enjoy coming here and especially when you can visit more than just one place. Price: A little pricey but also a bit similar to other chicken wings/tenders restaurants. I recommend calling ahead to order if you know what you want so it could even be ready when you get there. I also like that they text you when your food is ready in case you need to run to Vons for quick groceries trip or the restroom (Epic's restroom is closed to the public during this Covid time.) Service: 5 stars. The girls ringing me up or answering the call ahead orders are super nice! Taste: The kids lovvvve the Garlic Parmesan bone-in wings, boneless wings, and tenderloin strips. We've tried the different hot spicy flavors too. Very good. Meals come with blue cheese or ranch, bread sticks, and side of carrot/celery sticks. The Epic Cinnabites are so good. If you love cinnamon rolls, churros, donut holes, these cinnamon balls are like all these items in 1. Sweet, soft, and a little chewy. So glad we tried now my whole family is hooked. Worst customer service ever! I place an online order and they sent an order that wasn't even mine. I called to see what was going on, and they pretty much told that they messed up and I can go pick up the order if I wanted to. I asked for a refund and the person on the phone told me that he couldn't do refunds because the manager wasn't there then I need to talk to the manager. When I asked for the manager, he said that the manager wasn't there that I need to call back the next day. I was very aggravated at this point since they were not trying to help me after I had paid for the order and I didn't get what I ordered. I called back the next day as he said that the manager would be there and he told me that they couldn't help me at the moment because they're very busy and I need to call back at a different time. He did ask me for my phone number which I gave but this has been a horrible experience with epic wings. I will never do business with them again. read more

There was a guy with the disability in the back only one cook it was him and only one cashier, the girl was cocky, had an AirPod in her ear, and not even listening to the orders or Sending them out and deleting off the screen.
