Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a Wingstop. My fiancé just got out the military and we had one in our previous duty stations town (fort stewart). Upon arriving at 8:54 I was rushed to order although there was no one even in the establishment. I asked for a combo of boneless with my sauce on the side, in which the rude cashier replies "so you want plain wings?" Sure as long as the sauce is on the side. Very rude attitude from start to finish. Then I'm told it will be a 15 min wait (which is fine, fresh food) but as I'm waiting I'm am forced to listen to super trashy music blaring from the kitchen area OVER the dining establishment music. At this point, I'm scared to even eat my food from how the employees are acting. What really topped it off though???? Ordered ahead once, and never again. When I got there to pick up, nothing had been started. The people behind the counter behave like immature teenagers. There is clearly a trust issue in this place with their customers. That's no reason to be rude and not properly attempt to give what customers do patronize the place decent customer service. The wings were not all that good, average quality and size. Flavors were nothing special. I get much better wings elsewhere over towards Tucker and that place has a great selection of good sauces and much better service. +1 star for meh wings and sauce, at least they were properly cooked. Ordered 30 wings and some veggie sticks online for carryout. Order was ready when I got there. Staff were prompt and polite -- I was in and out in under 90 seconds. Got the wings home, and they were amazingly good, better than I've had from other WingStop locations in the past, and definitely in the top among the best wings I've ever had. Very crispy skin, juicy and perfectly cooked on the inside, seasoning was on point. We had leftovers, so I nuked some for brunch the next morning and they were still really really good after sitting in the fridge overnight. I've got literally nothing bad to say here. read more

The Wingstop was very clean. The girl at the counter was polite and my order was ready right when I walked in. The crispy thighs with Louisiana rub were the best chicken I've ever had. The meat was so juicy and succulent that I would believe if they said they kill the chickens 5 minutes before frying. It was that fresh and delicious. The voodoo fries has the perfect amount of seasoning on and the cheese was melted and plentiful. Perfect amount of topping to fries. Will defiantly be a regular chicken place from now on. read more

Let me tell you. it was like an hour before they closed and there was 2 girls working the closing shift. The cook was doing ALL THE orders right, the other girl in front was so rude! Not by words, but with actions. There was a guy in line (he was the only one wanting to place an order) and the girl in FOH saw him and totally ignored him for 10 mins while she was putting up the chairs in front. She didn't tell him anything and let him feel uncomfortable as there was others waiting for their orders, like 5 different people inside watching the scene. Then the cook saw and she helped him out. The other girl kept quiet as she kept seeing people walk in. She had attitude and everything. She didn't even help out the other girl for nothing, the whole time! My first and last visit. Ordered on line at 7pm. Confirmation said my order would be ready at 7:25p. Got there at 7:27p and after 10 minutes was told I would have to wait another 15 minutes. Not bad like the reviews lead you to believe. This location was clean, service was ideal but I had a feeling Ali was the manager or owner so I can't speak to the other reviews about the employees. I've been eating Wing Stop for 3 years now. It's a good location and I haven't had any problems but I did notice a customer becoming irritated because she told one of the employees that the sweet tea was empty and it took them like 20 minutes to get the tea refilled. Also, I noticed that one of the employees had her family behind the counter around the food and register and I didn't like that. Other than that, my visit was okay. read more

OMG...wont be going there anymore. That was my first and last. The place was nasty! Trash all over the place, chicken bones and fries all over the floor. Tables look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks, same goes for the bathroom. I told the little lady who removed a tray from one of the tables but didn't bother removing any of the others how bad the appearance was, she looked at me like whatever.
