I and my wife had the same kid of treatm also from that store on Wingstop $$ Chicken Wings 5142 Rufe Snow Dr my wife made a order from the store after we got home and started to eat we founf the chicken to be half cooked she called the store and one of the employees rudely said to bring it back so when we got to the store and showed i guess was the manager he started to argue with my wife about the chicken was cooked and said if no blood is running it was cook being my ife has a small biz that she cooks i think she knows when food is cooked or not cooked so i sit there for a minute just listening to this idiot yell at my wife in from of other customers and finally had enough and started yelling back at the idiot for disrespecting my wife in public so he told one of his employees to call the police and the Hispanic yes i said that call the cops knowing they would get a quicker response if they said it was a African American person yelling in the store the jerk asked me to leave his store which i did and was sitting in our car when the police arrived and the police treated us like we were convicted criminals trying to intimidate us into saying something that they could take us to jail on they ran our names to see if we had any arrest warrents and when we had none they kept up their power trip all this because of uncooked chicken he did not refund our money and then kept the uncook chicken and then pressed criminal tresspass chargers to have us banned from the store we filed a complaint to their corp HQ with no response from them so we are now talking to a lawyer to see if we can sue the chain and corp BTW My wife got sick from the food read more

Alright. I'm going to settle the score on this place once and for all. The food is pretty good, just not as good as the old location by McDonald's. The thing that drives me nuts about this place is the employees have no idea what they're doing. They constantly mess up my order, deliver my food late, and always seem to have a question mark above their head. They are absolutely clueless working a job meant for high schoolers. My brother ordered through his phone app. He got there in the amount of time he was told his food would be ready. Not only was his food not ready, but neither were several other customers. As such, he had to wait 30 more minutes. To bide their time, the customers turned up the tv so they could listen to the Cowboys game. A worker came out and asked who had the remote to the tv. He then said the Corporate would not allow the tv's to be turned up. The customers then started to complain about the wait. The employee became defensive and rude. My brother asked him for the manager's name. The employee refused on the grounds that it was posted somewhere. He then asked for the employee's name, the employee refused to give his name because he had rights. Very disappointed! My friend and I visited this location on Superbowl Sunday, Feb. 7. We ordered $40 worth of wings to take home and enjoy while watching the game. We ate less than half our order and both of us ended up getting violently ill. We thought surely if we brought this to the manager's attention, he would apologize and offer to refund our money. Well, didn't happen. We called and were told the manager would call us when he got in an hour later. We waited 2 hours and no call. So we went to talk to the manager in person. We explained what had happened, provided our receipt, and showed him the remaining wings from our order that were untouched. Instead of doing the right thing and refunding our modest purchase with an apology, he basically said we had no proof, he did not believe we got sick from the chicken, refused to return our money, bragged that over $7,000 was made on Superbowl Sunday, and told us to leave the store when we protested. So I'm currently inside of wingstop of NRH on Rufe snow. Clearly I need to not come to Wing Stop no matter what the location. My wings are not tossed and the people said I cannot due to the time of night. Oscar, the guy that asked if they could was told no I should have come earlier if I wanted them tossed. I asked Oscar who said that I need to come in earlier, he said Idk. When I said I heard you and he was talking directly to you he said he didn't hear him he had head phones in at the time. Just not wanting to give up his name. This is the second time this has happened and I'm over it. The door says they close at 11 pm and my receipt says 10:30ish and I ordered online 21 mins before I came. A man tried to enter and none of them opened the door even though they seen him. He had to call the store to get them to finally open it. The guy asked what he needed before letting him in. Wingstop is usually good. This location has terrible service. I called my order in and arrived 15 minutes later. I paid and had a seat to wait. After waiting another 15 minutes I checked on my order with no luck. Finally, after 40 minutes I asked again. The girl at the cash register checks and finds it sitting on the counter, where it had been sitting the entire time. My wings and fries were cold and they did not even offer to replace with hot food. My wife had a craving for wings, so we went to wingstop (first time). We got boneless and they were terrible, hard with mostly breading (wished we would have gotten bone in) it was like little rock nuggets. By far the worst wingstop i've been to. I went over 3 weeks ago and ordered 30 wings to go for me and my family. waited for 30-40 min. i started noticing the people who came in after me where getting they're food before me and i asked what's taking so long. they're response was "we lost your ticket i think somebody took off with your food." already pissed off because i've been waiting forever i asked for a refund. given that i spent about $35. if it where $10 or less i wouldn't be tripping. the guy made it look like he gave me a refund but all he did was void it from the system. i didn't know this until i talked to corporate. they also said they would refund my money and nothing. 2 weeks go by, still no refund. have been trying to get in touch with the manager cause she's apparently the only person who could do refunds but she's never there and i ask the employees when she would be there and they respond with idk it's not my problem. here i am. still no refund. also the employees are very rude. read more

Food is always great. The ranch there is literally the best anywhere. Food is ready quickly but we usually call ahead so we don't have to wait. I would love to give them more stars but the service at this location SUCKS! The people that work there clearly do not care about the customers or their jobs. We called ahead Tuesday night after our sons football game bc wings are his fave-I ordered 40 boneless wings, two large fires, three drinks and large ranch. When we got there they kept trying to ring us up for one of their family pack deals (which also has 40 wings) but only one large fries and no drinks for $40. With the 60 cent special they run on Tuesdays we were getting a WAY better deal ringing it all up separate but they kept telling us that "we have to ring it up this way." Um, no you don't dummy! It is 'Merica and if I want my food rang up separate then ya need to do it! Customer is always right, right?!
