Hainanese chicken rice with ginger dip sauce, boneless dark meat, chicken soup (not pictured) on the side

Authentic vietnamese food in a residential area strip mall hidden in North Richland Hills. Attentive service & food flavors on point. My friends enjoyed their stone pot beef pho with ox tail. Along with Spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce included traditional pork slices with shrimp, noodles, chive, lettuce My kids & I devoured the Hainanese chicken rice with chicken soup side. Kids didn't need the sauce (ginger would be too spicy for the kids), but I definitely used the ginger dipping sauce which adds flavor to the flavored rice & steamed chicken meat. Lunch specials & catering advertised Check it out if you have a chicken rice or pho hankering Stone pot pho

Great for one on one meet ups and a very cute space! Food is pretty decent, I would recommend the vermicelli, restaurants usually don't include an egg roll with their vermicelli but this one does! Service is pretty good and fast! I think they just opened so don't be afraid to try them despite the lack of reviews!

We loved the hot stone pho. The rib meat was tender and easily slipped off the bone. Broth is clean tasting (slightly on the sweeter side, imo) but not overwhelmingly sweet. Service was great and they have a nice spa music ambiance. Will be coming back in I'm in the area!

The best pho I've ever had in the Dallas area. I think we literally got served by each member of the restaurant and it felt personal and intimate. The service was absolutely amazing and we never had to chase down anyone. Definitely coming back. P.s. we were not paid to write this review. I genuinely loved it.

Food is always great and fresh. I love the spring rolls and the Specialty pho! I like also trying different dishes and they never fail to amaze our palate. Chili sauce is amazzzinng! Service is also phenomenal! Restaurant is always clean!

UPDATE: Pho Quyen customer service is excellent. They reached out and invited me to experience what I ordered in person. While it was not ideal, as I initially ordered for convenience, I obliged. Their pho is quite flavorful, without being overly salty, offering tendon and tripe varieties as well. My daughter enjoyed the chicken fried rice, and they don't skimp on the size of the pieces. It delivered the perfect balance of oil with the stir fry. Everything was very well done, and I will return in person.

First of all I wish we had taken better pictures! Clearly we were very excited to dig in! This is a perfect hidden gem. It was our first time. It's a very quiet and clean restaurant that's filled with what I'm assuming are regulars. We also had gotten Thai tea with boba and a taro milk tea with boba, both delicious. The wings were crunchy with great flavor. The egg rolls were also crunchy wish a delicious filling and rather large. I got the regular P9 for pho. The broth was rich and flavorful and they did not skimp out on the amount of meat. The service was great as well. I will definitely be back to satisfy my Pho cravings and will recommend to anyone in the area!!

With a fiancé from Vietnam, we've tried many Vietnamese restaurants in the past 5 years. We finally found one that has been her favorite until today...We decided to try Pho Quyen with its 5 stars on 56 reviews. We dined at 2pm on Saturday and it was nearly half full at that hour, with about 3 people coming in for take out orders. Inside is clean and decorative with a nice atmosphere, and soft Vietnamese music playing on the TV with a video of Vietnam. Though pho tastes mostly the same with subtle differences to me, she is quite the critic. Pho Quyen is now her new favorite restaurant for pho, and she noted the noodles in pho are different at various restaurants, and she likes the noodles in Pho Quyen's pho the most, reminders more of home. She had the Combination pho, and I got the filet mignon pho which was excellent! (My fiancé makes a dipping sauce for the pho meat out of hoisin sauce, Sriracha chili sauce, and lime, in a very small bowl which she had to ask for, and adds greatly to my experience) You must try the favorited milk teas! At most Vietnamese & Thai restaurants we always get Thai ice tea, which they have, but they also offer milk tea in other flavors. I got honeydew which was awesome and not too sweet! My fiancé also got mango milk tea and it too was awesome! We will be back to try the many other items in the menu, especially the Shaken Beef for me and the Hainanese Chicken Rice for her which said was very popular in Vietnam and she liked a lot.

It's very clean and the atmosphere is nice. The staff is very nice and patient also. The broth is a bit on the salty side but overall it's good and I would definitely come back.

Just to the right of the sign were two Level 2 chargers. We each ordered two 2 meat plates, which included two sides. When we got home and opened the to-go boxes, we realized we had WAY over-ordered. We had enough for two meals for each of us! We had chicken and pork ribs, mac & cheese and flat green beans. It was very tasty with a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce. I spoke with the owner and thanked him for supporting EVs, to which he replied, "How could I not? It's what's coming. How could I not get on board?" He mentioned that quite a few of his customers found him on Plugshare.com and stop by regularly for a meal and charge. I had to Google "So mote it be."

What happened today was unacceptable from the moment we walked in. The place was visibly dirty and completely unappetizing. The back area was mostly hidden behind what looked like a shower curtain, which did nothing to inspire confidence. There appeared to be only one man working, and he came out only a few times during the entire 45 minutes we waited. Even more concerning, there was a child who looked to be about eight or nine years old wearing latex gloves and repeatedly coming out to the front, apparently helping with restaurant tasks that no child should be doing. Despite having prepaid through Too Good To Go, no one acknowledged us for nearly 10 minutes. We stood in a hot dining room with almost no air conditioning while the child wandered in and out and the adult remained behind the curtain. More people arrived behind us, also with prepaid orders, until there were about 10 people waiting. We watched three other customers receive their food before us. One was a DoorDash driver, which made sense, and one woman had arrived before us. However, another woman with a very small order was served ahead of us even though she arrived after we did. When the man finally came out, we showed him our Too Good To Go order. He swiped the app, marking our order as picked up, then disappeared behind the curtain again and never returned with our food. After waiting 45 minutes in a sweltering dining room on a nearly 100-degree Texas day, we gave up. We left without the food we had already paid for. At that point, losing the cost of the meal was preferable to staying in that environment any longer. This was one of the worst pickup experiences I have ever had. Between the unsanitary conditions, the lack of staff, the presence of a child apparently performing restaurant tasks, the complete absence of customer service, and the fact that we never even received the order we had already paid for, I can say with complete confidence: We will never return.

Our waiter, Chris, smiled, "Well, of course... people do that all the time!" He could not have been nicer. Our meal came out quickly; the food was hot, very, very tasty, and beautifully presented! He had the meal split in halves in the kitchen, so we would not have to do it ourselves at the table. There was absolutely plenty for both of us; neither finished our "half" of what was served! Considering we paid $4 for the fries and drink (a combo) to be added to the gyro, it's like a slap in the face to the customer to get so little for so much.
