Something's changed. We love HCK, and have visited this place many, many times. But we visited this place last night and the food wasn't the same. We ordered our usual house wing sauce and mango habanero, and right off the bat, it didn't look the same and this only confirmed it when I ate it. The sauces are different. Flavor profile on both sauces were completely different, not to mention the crispiness of the batter was off. I've never had a soggy wing here and all of my wings were soggy last night. Out of the two kids meals I ordered, only one child was able to eat her chicken. They called it brick chicken bc it was it was so hard and dry.
