My 11-year-old son begged to go probably because his friends love it. We stopped in right after the local high school let out, and the place was swamped with kids in pajamas. Once the crowd cleared, it was just me and my two boys. Right off the bat zero acknowledgment. We stood at the register for over three minutes before anyone looked our way. The staff seemed overwhelmed with online orders, but that's no excuse for ignoring customers standing right in front of you. The setup? A mess. There's no trash can inside, but the main one is outside the restaurant, unsanitary and just lazy. The bathroom was disgusting and clearly neglected. The whole shopping center had run-down, uncomfortable vibes, with loitering and a heavy homeless presence. The food? Disappointing. * Bone-in wings: overcooked and dry * Boneless strips: rubbery and flavorless * Fries: cold, soggy, and bland The meal felt rushed and low-effort. And watching employees eat better food on break in the dining area than what they're serving customers? That's just insulting. Clearly, there's no pride in running this place right. I have come to this location twice now, first time my order took 45 minutes to make so this time I decided to order it ahead of time & pick it up... I've been here for 20 minutes AFTER the original pick up time that was quoted. Still not ready. There is 3 people working, the orders say they've been filled but nothing is being bagged--in fact I'm watching them bag 3 bags for the last 15 minutes. When I finally just received my food there was no "so sorry for the wait" or anything you'd expect. Parking can be a pain in the backside. We ordered online and drove over to pick it up. We arrived when they said it would be done and we were informed it would take them another 20 minutes. We finally get wings and get them home to enjoy. We order 10 Buffalo, 10 Lemon Pepper, 10 mild and 10 Louisiana dry rub. None of the wings were crispy and all had that flimsy texture to them. Most all were flavorless and the Louisiana dry rub looked and tasted like they forgot the rub. This is the worst order of wings we have gotten from any Wingstop. A little more effort and they might raise their horrible 1.5 star rating. Might need to recruit some talent or a better manager. This store has a lot of room to improve. read more

So I wanted to give one star only because the food is always so late. Order online reads 20 mins. I show up 40 mins later. Don't get my food for another 20 which is an hour for wings. This is everytime and either the app needs to be fixed or they need to get more workers or fryers. The wings were bomb though and the guy at the store (philipino dude with earing in nose) was real patient and attentive. Even with the angry crowd (due to same issue as me) I would come here again because I like the mango habanero...please fix the ordering process. read more

Hands down, the worst Wingstop I have ever gotten wings from. I ordered mild and Korean with fries. I showed up 5 minutes after I was told it would be ready and had to wait another 5. I live a mile from the store so it's not like I live a long way away. Fries are descent because they are hot and I had them put extra seasoning on them. The wings. Both the mild and the Korean had a soggy outside with an overcooked, dry, flavorless chicken. I was able to choke down 2 of each hoping the first was an anomaly. Soooo, I went back I have spent about $1000 at Wingstop over the years and will never spend another dime there again. I let corporate know about all of this and their first response was to shine me on. After I got a little more upset they sent me a $10 gift card to make up for the $30 worth of inedible food. When they screw up your meal, and they will, they won't make it right. Save your money and buy from BWW or the like because at least they care about your business. read more

My son had placed an order ahead of our arrival, and when we got to the store, my wife suggested I place an additional order for more wings. When I approached the counter to do so, I was quoted a 45-minute wait time, despite there being only 3-4 dine-in customers in the store. To compare, I placed the exact same order through the Wingstop app, and was given a 16-20 minute estimated wait time--less than half of what I was told in person. After completing the order via the app, I returned to the counter and clearly displayed my order number and name on my phone, but was met with confusion from the employee. There was no clear acknowledgment or urgency in helping me locate or confirm the order. Because of this lack of attention, my food sat at the pickup station for an additional 15 minutes, unnoticed, while I was waiting right there. This was frustrating and showed a clear lack of coordination and customer care. To make matters worse, the store had no trash receptacles available for customer use, and the ice machine was out of ice--both basic standards of store maintenance that should be met in any food service location. Overall, this experience felt disorganized, inconsiderate, and lacking in the attention to detail I've come to expect from Wingstop. I'm sharing this feedback in the hope that it will help drive improvements in both customer service and facility upkeep at this location. I placed my carryout order 1.5 hours early and showed up on time. I was then told it would take another 20 minutes for my order, no apology or excuse was given either. I know they didn't even start my order before i arrived because I saw them acknowledge my order on their screens after I inquired about it. Mind you, I pre-paid for this food/service. As a self proclaimed wingstop connoisseur I would like to say this spot was pretty average, slightly leaning to the bad side depending on how you like your wings. I'm currently visiting Oceanside and I was cravings wings and I always know I can rely on wingstop to satisfy me. This time however I was slightly disappointed, dont get me wrong tho the wings are good and I would go back however I've had better experiences before at different wingstop locations. I ordered bone in wings in hot honey and buffalo, if you like ur wings extra crispy this is definitely the place to go, however they were too crispy for me personally and felt like there wasn't a lot of meat on the bone. I decided to try the fiery lime tenders for the first time and those did not disappoint. We also asked for a large ranch and instead they gave us about 5 mini ranches which my boyfriend did not like. Apart from the food the general ambiance of the location was okay. The staff was helpful but not necessarily friendly, I asked the employee a few questions and he didn't really respond to me and was a bit awkward but I didn't think too much of it besides a tired employee trying to close up. The bathroom honestly disgusted me a bit, I went into the first bathroom and it was smelly and the toilet was wobbly, it also just wouldn't flush. I was standing there for 5 mins trying to flush it and thank god it eventually did. The Coca Cola machine was also low on ice but overall this wingstop was average in my opinion. read more

Despite all the bad reviews, the food was great. After viewing multiple bad reviews it took me a while to go to this location because of the poor rating. Took the chance and was not disappointed. One thing I've noticed while sitting in there, a lot of pick up orders sitting there for a long time. So if you see people complain about their food being cold by the time they pick up it was because they were too lazy to go pick up their food until after an hour of ordering. I ate in the store, the food was fresh out of the fryer. They did forget my ranch but were quick to get me some ranch after I asked. The fries were lightly seasoned, I'm used to having them heavily seasoned so that actually had a nicer taste. The store was overall clean, like every wingstop I've been to even in Wisconsin they don't have a trash can inside but they do have one right outside the door. For the people that do take out, go at your scheduled time or even 15 minutes early because your food probably got done early. The store is not busy during the afternoon or well wasn't busy today, just a lot of take out orders. Also, if you're going to drive all your way to wingstop it would make sense to double check your bags. Like a lot of places for example Mc Donald's, they will most likely forgot your sauce or if you have a big order double check that you have everything before you dip. Other than that my first time being here and at this wingstop the food was great, hot and fresh. They do add a lot of sauce to your wings which is great unlike Buffalo Wild Wings where they forget your sauce on your wings. This place did not disappoint, I went around 3:00 to 4:00PM. They were cleaning their fryers and had a lot of door dash orders, which is understandable. My husband asked "even just for fries?"
