My first time ever going to a Buffalo Wild Wings and it was a horrible experience. I went on Sunday 7/19 and granted it was the finals for World Cup so the place was busy but it took an hour to get my food. This is technically a sports bar so they should have been prepared that it would be busy so there's no excuse for the horrible wait time for the food. To top it all off, when the food did arrive it took another 15 min for the server to give it to me. I was sitting at the bar and I was literally staring at my food just sitting there as the server kept ignoring it. Needless to say I will not go back. There are other places I could've gone but I chose to give Buffalo Wild Wings a shot and you know what they say about first impressions. Severely disappointed! read more

Late-Night Wings Hit Perfectly After the Kanye Concert Buffalo Wild Wings after a 2-hour drive back from the Kanye concert was exactly what I needed at midnight. I didn't even realize they stayed open until 2am -- huge plus! I skipped the usual In-N-Out run and went for wings instead, and they were spot on. Ordered the Habanero Mango wings and they delivered real heat -- spicy enough to actually wake you up, not that fake "epic" spice some places try. The flavor was on point too. Service was surprisingly great for that late at night, and the place wasn't packed at all, which made it even better. Parking is easy since it's in a shopping plaza. Besides the cost I did not see this place as scoring too low. I was alone so I sat at the bar. The service was very good. I was waited on right away and they answered my questions about the menu. The place was very clean and well decorated. I ordered 10 bone in wings, original buffalo, fries and a soft drink. They were generous with ranch dressing. The wings drummets were a little dry and did not have much sauce on them . They were good tasting and the other half of the wings were very good and covered in sauce. The fries were very tasty, cooked and seasoned well. They were a little skimpy for the price. The bartender was very good about keeping my coke filled. But the cost of the coke is about $4.50. I was told the kitchen was still working on the order, which wasn't a problem--I wasn't in a rush and was happy to wait. When the food was finally brought out, around 20 minutes after I arrived, the staff member apologized a couple of times for the delay. I told him it was fine and wished him a good night. However, when I got home and opened the order, I was really disappointed. I had ordered three different types of wings with different sauces, but they were all lumped together in one container, completely mixed. I was understanding about the wait, so it's frustrating that the extra minute it would have taken to separate the sauces--as is usually done--was skipped. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night (Sunday) and honestly, it was a huge letdown. I ordered 6 bone-in original buffalo wings, my go-to, but what I got was sad. The wings were tiny, dry, and barely had any meat. The sauce was so thin it barely coated the wings, and the overall presentation looked like they were scraping the bottom of the pan at the end of the night. Not sure if they ran out of good wings, but these looked old and unappetizing. My wife ordered the sampler, and that wasn't any better. The presentation looked rushed and unappealing, like no one cared what left the kitchen. What makes it worse is that I actually used to love this place. The last time I came to BWW was about three years ago, on a Monday before a work trip to Arizona, and the wings were amazing back then: big, juicy, and full of flavor. Whatever happened since then, the quality has gone way downhill. Honestly, places like The Draft or Wing Stop blow this location out of the water now. After last night, I won't be going back. TBH, they could improve by ensuring their wings are fresh, well-sauced, and consistently cooked to the juicy, flavorful standard they were known for in the past. Just ate after a long day at legoland and the service was horrible. . Was told the wait was 15-20 min. And after 45-50 min we finally got sat down at a table that was covered in water. We asked the server for a rag to dry it and she handed us 2 napkins and walked away. Leaving us to dry the table. Got our food and only 2 drinks out of the 4 we ordered. Didn't come to check on us the whole time we dined. And when we got up to ask for the bill the server was rude, even tho we waited a while after we got done to finally get up and ask since we were being ignored. I never leave bad reviews but this is one of the worst dining out experiences I've had. We got there at noon on a Sunday. Almost no one in the restaurant except from 3 waiters and a bartender. I order a strawberry lemonade and a water. It took 23 minutes for the strawberry lemonade to come and for our order to be taken. While the food tasted fine, the service was horrible. We were checked on once and ignored even asking for our check. Also they have the never-ending appetizer deal right now and the waiter declined our request to purchase those. The waitress was polite, kind, knowledgeable on the menu, friendly, and patient. This made for a very natural interaction and pleasant experience. The family and I went out on a Tuesday night, so it was pretty quiet and pretty relaxed. My wings were perfectly crisp and flavorful. The bathrooms were utterly disgusting, you couldn't use the bathroom without standing in water. was not busy when i went and waited 40 minutes for my food just to get the wrong order. service was horrible i saw my waitress once every 15-20 minutes so i couldn't even get my order corrected. do not ever go here i don't even know how the place passes a health inspection.
