I WILL NEVER go back to this Wing Stop--EVER. I ordered almost $200 worth of food for a family birthday party online. The online system wasn't working and kept saying that I should come back later. After 4 attempts it tells me I have 4 orders! I call the store and talk to a manager and tell them my problem. He said he would be there the next day when my order will be prepared and would make sure that only one order goes in. I ordered delivery. My delivery time came and went. I called the store and the first person I spoke with said my order had left, the second person said she had seen my order, the third said I did not have an order, and the the manager told me that the order never came through but he would be happy to take it again and I could come pick it up in an hour. I have 20 people at my house waiting for dinner at this time! I then ask if I can have a discount for my order since they messed it up and was told they did not do things like that. When I went to pick it up an hour later--no apologies were given, no one said a word. And there were about 20 other people waiting for their meals too. I emailed corporate, and waited two weeks for a response and never heard anything. I called corporate and they asked what I wanted them to do. They did nt really see the problem. So many great restaurants are closing due to Covid--and they have great customer service. RIP Wing Stop on Blondo! We will go to Buffalo Wild Wings with our business, and I hope others will too! read more

Service is pretty good here unless you catch them on a busy night. Price isn't bad either. Combo meals are the way to go. Seems like the wings have gotten smaller over the last few month as well. I hope they go back to the bigger wings as this is why I switched to them I'm the first place. read more

I went here for lunch on a friday .it was pretty busy , good service good wings and fries .I ordered bone in wings, sauce very good and ranch was awesome . Took about 20 min to get food but like I said it was busy and alot of takeout orders . They have 2 T.V. but its very small . NOT Bww but not bad . read more

My first visit and it will be my last. I brought my daughter with me to WingStop it was actually her suggestion. We placed our orders and I usually do not drink soda, but I ordered a garlic parm boneless wing combo with fries and a cup for soda. My daughter just ordered garlic boneless wings. She does not drink soda, never has, asks for a cup to get water and the countergirl just states "Our Boss does not let us give out water cups, you can buy her a drink". I was taken aback and thought what a policy and I started getting irritated with this place, never been to this place before in my life and I am getting pissed in the first minute and a half, the funny thing is that I am a pretty easy going person that gives second chances and I am getting pissed. In hindsight I would have asked for my money back and left. While waiting for the food I decided to get on their website and complain. The food finally was up and the boneless wings were way over cooked and very crunchy and hard to eat, there was not much meat at all. Way overpriced for what you get. Usually this is one of my favorite stops when I am in town but this time it was terrible! I was told I couldn't have a beer while I waited for my carry out order because they didn't have a license but then I saw one of the employees walk 2 beers out to a waiting car in the parking lot. a review from one of my eighth grade students... Pros- wings are delicous, the locations are everywhere Variety of sauces, great service, more reliable than buffalo wild wings, best order system. Cons- their fries are soggy Wing Stop is the best place to get wings at. It's so good i give it a hundred percent on everything there. It's so good i can eat it every week. The pros and cons are that they are all pretty much pros. They have the best fries in the world. Their boneless and chicken wings are the best in the world. There is so much different sauces that you can get on it. They have at least 10 different sauces. And if you don't like heat then you still have plenty of choices still. And if you do like the heat then you have come to the right place. Their hottest sauce is the atomic sauce. It's made out of ghost peppers that will make your eyes water. This place is more reliable than buffalo wild wings in my opinion. Because you can order online and they will have the exact amount of wings that you ordered ready for you in like 5 minutes. When you order online you can get more than just 1 type of wings you can get four different types. You could get the hottest wings and the mildest wings in the same order. Don't worry the wings dont touch the other wings. The locations are everywhere so they're easy to find and most likely be close to where you live. read more

Okay so I've been a HUGE fan of Wingstop for like 7 yrs! The original buffalo is terrific but the lemon pepper is a family favorite!! I have told everybody I know that Buffalo Wild Wings is old news and to try Wingstop bc they won't be disappointed. Well what a joke that is I guess! I am hugely disappointed repeatedly over the last 2 yrs and making myself take the time now to write a review!! So we got an email for my husbands bday so we went there. I couldn't print it, even if I had seen in the email that you need to, bc our printer isn't working. So we get there and I open it up on my phone and the gal says it HAS to be printed and brought in. So she asked her manager and he too said no that they are really sticklers about it. My goodness in this day and age and I need to waste paper and ink for a large fry. Good grief! It wasn't sent to me as a hard copy. Shouldn't one be able to redeem a digital coupon via electronic device. Who does that anymore? Oh ya Wingstop does! So I said "I suppose you can't sell beer either?" What Wing place doesn't have beer with wings? It's nice to have a beer or two while dining in and maybe one while waiting for your order when carrying out. I guess I should point out that they have it but they just can't sell it to you! Yep pretty dumb. Ok that was fine the first time we were told this and even the 2nd or 3rd (We used to frequent about once a month or more, sadly) However that was roughly 2 yrs ago and they still continue to have a fully stocked beer cooler right there behind the counter. If you can't get your beer license then get rid of the damn cooler! Such a joke. Is it fun to explain to customers "we can't sell you a beer sorry" and to have people ask ?'s and be disappointed that they have chosen your establishment and ordered food but now can't buy a drink that is right in view.
