I stopped by this Wingstop location today to take advantage of the 20 wings for 20. I got 10 classic lemon pepper and 10 classic mild. I placed my online order through the Wingstop app and chose a pickup time a little after they open so it would be ready on time. Finding parking here will be the biggest challenge unless you come early. When I arrived to the store 10 minutes early, I checked in but they didn't find my order until I showed my receipt. So I waiting inside while they were making my order. I had to wait like another 10 minutes after my pickup time for it to come out. The wings were delicious though since I live near this store so it was still hot when I got home. This location also open later than other Wingstop store around me so I would go to those one instead of this one especially due to the parking. read more

My experience at Wingstop in Panorama City on Nordhoff was unacceptable. The employee at the front counter clearly lacked basic training. When I asked simple questions about the menu and whether in-store prices match the app deals, he had no answers and seemed completely unprepared to assist customers. On top of that, he repeatedly addressed me incorrectly. I was standing right in front of him there was no reason for that mistake. It was careless and unprofessional. I chose not to make a scene and simply walked out, but this reflects poorly on the business. Front counter staff are the first impression, and this location is failing at the most basic level of customer service. Do better with training and accountability. To be honest, I feel like it was intentional and that's not OK. Oh, and the AI response that they sent via just yelp now was within five minutes of me posting my review is not taking accountability. My order was not delivered two hours later I call the driver and he said there was a mistake on the order and a previous client stayed with the order. Josue, the shift leader, tried to assist, but Amber, the general manager, showed zero concern for customer satisfaction. All she was willing to do for the inconvenience was offer a side of ranch--after going back and forth, she refused to take any further action beyond providing a refund. Writing this review makes me SO upset to my stomach knowing i had such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. tonight around 8/8:30pm i came in to eat with my friends. we all ordered our food at the SAME TIME. I never been inside but, I don't suggest ordering through a food delivery service (more specifically Uber eats and their ridiculous cancellation policy) it takes more than 1 hour and 1/2 to receive your order and the delivery service sends it to a 2 city over location so the driver takes longer to get to you and does other orders too so my advice is save your time. I keep forgetting to leave a review. But this place has now gotten me and son sick with undercooked chicken. I am pissed. We've only just gotten better. If you continue to come here make sure all ur food is in the bag even if they say it is. Thank me later This is the closest one to my home so I've continued to get my wings from here. Previously they've given me the wrong order and after waiting 45 mins I was not going to make a fuss. Paid for fries and extra ranch I never received after them insisting everything was inside. Another time the workers in the back were being so loud that my cashier kept needing to ask me to speak louder instead of telling them to shut it so business can be ran. Before that, I was given another 45min wait. It's cool I expect it on busy days. We waited outside for an hour and 15 mins just for them to barely realize that they give our food to someone else. Then because it was an online order, it was already paid, so they then had me wait another 15-20mins for my food. I hate feeling like I've wasted money here. Please who ever is the area manager here needs to definitely oversee this location more closely. For my son and I to have gotten sick to the point of throwing up, I draw the F*ckn line. They're nothing like I thought unless this is a franchised business. The other location in North Hollywood was so terrible two years ago that I never came back. The wings were nice and jumbo. They weren't salty at all. The Lemon Pepper wings were delicious. Nice and lemony. It's the weekend and I'm thinking about them. Everything was fine except for the attitudes the staff displayed. Jasmine was super nice but doesn't realize that certain faces she makes when she is not pleased about something just shows how she feels on her face. Most of the whole staff has a nasty attitude which I believe comes from management. The next time we visited, we decided to call our order in and pick-up instead so we really don't have to deal with anyone. This visit was ten times better. Other than that, love the wings! This is why I gave them three stars. They are a good size. The ratio of wings to drums was great. They came out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside - never overcooked both times we visited. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Can't ask for more! They're a little pricey but I think it's worth it because you're not going to bite into a tiny, overcooked, overpriced wing! Definitely excellent wings! They would've had four stars but their staff can't get their attitudes straight. Plus their tables were filthy on the second visit. If this doesn't improve, I will drop them because if they can't even clean up the dining room, who's to say what their cleaning practices are while they're cooking.
