I had lemon pepper and Louisiana rub for the nuggets. it was very tasty and very seasoned. I would recommend getting more ranch. The cups are very small. The fries are great with the Cajun seasoning. Ok get this! Charley's is represented as a true Philly Cheese Steak and wing operation located on the ground floor of: 7956 Van Nuys Blvd. mall. It is next door to Blaze Pizza. I can't begin to explain just how disappointed and displeased I was with the food overall. I ordered the Cheese Steak sandwich and found it cold and without very much meat Or other toppings. The cheese was not even melted. What they are doing is trying to do dress up a time honored favorite and turn it into something that doesn't even resemble a true Classic cheese steak sandwich. I additionally, ordered their French fries and wouldn't you know it they were undercooked and cold. I can't stress enough about how you should NOT waste your time or money. The only good thing going for them is that the staff are very friendly. The overall ambiance was cold and nothing to write home about. They were closed before 11, even though their hours for Saturday are listed to Midnight! Their hours were updated in the last 2 months according to Google, so there's no excuse for this. I ordered on their website for pickup at 10:45. Went there and they were CLOSED. And had probably been closed since 10. Mysteriously, my order went from Received, to In Progress, to Done. Which shouldn't be possible unless someone is actually there to confirm the order. It ALSO means I couldn't cancel the order to be refunded because the system thinks the order is done! I'm owed close to $50, not to mention my time and frustration over this ridiculously unprofessional experience. Of course, the answering machine was FULL.
