This is a newer location in the San Tan Valley, Arizona area. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They helped with orders, and they're very fast and efficient. The food is fresh, hot and accurate to order specifications. The restaurant is very clean, great lighting, clean restrooms, and good smelling hand soap. On busy nights, especially Fridays and weekends, the store can't quite keep up with the influx of orders. Expect around a 30-40 minute wait during peak hours. Absolutely the worst wings I've had in the valley. Atlanta wings are miles better, and honestly, even Buffalo Wild Wings beats this place. The wings were salty beyond belief, and the ranch was ridiculously runny--practically water. But the real kicker? They forgot two orders of fries. Not a big deal, I thought, so I called back, hoping they'd just refund or let me pick them up. Instead, the lady on the phone apologized about ten times, then told me the manager claimed she packed the bag herself and basically called me a liar, refusing to give me the fries. Really? Gave this place a try, never had Wingstop before. Had it delivered by DoorDash reluctantly. Had we known they use DoorDash we would have ordered elsewhere. Our order was missing pieces. We ordered 20 wings, we got 17. We ordered 7 chicken strips, we got 6. Check your orders. The food was tasty but for the most part, dry, and tasted like bar food. Maybe that is how Wingstop is suppose to taste, I don't know. I ordered delivery on the app today because it was free and I didn't want to leave my house and when I got my order it was missing both the fries and the ranch I paid extra for. The only thing delivered was the wings. I called the store to see if they could have the fries and ranch delivered and they said no but I could come in and get it but that defeats the purpose of the delivery and tipping a driver. When I asked for a refund they only wanted to refund the fries and ranch which I get but without those I didn't want the wings so I asked if I could get a full refund and they said I would have to bring the wings back! So whatever I did it so I could get my full refund but jokes on me because they refunded everything except the tax so now I'm paying taxes on food I never received and I had to use my gas to go drop the wings back off which they are just going to throw out and waste anyway. I normally love Wingstop but I think after this I'll be trying other wing places from now on. Really disappointed! read more

The food was good, exactly what I expected plus they usually load our fries up better than any other location. We walked in a bit early for our pickup order and Liberty immediately greeted us and asked about our order, I added a voodoo fry which she added with no issues and told us our order would be ready in about 5 minutes, around 3 mins we got all of our order and were out of there. Not much of an ambiance but they have nice tables and quiet music playing which makes for a nice place to sit and eat alone or with others. While the food is great they are very untimely. Placed an order online with a window of food being ready 12:36-12:41. Came in at 12:40 and was told it would be about 6-7 minutes longer. Ok fine I'll wait, but was annoyed that the other food in my car gets cold because I planned my food pickups according to the time I was given online. Well it did not take 6-7 minutes I had to check in 10 minutes later asking for an update on my food. Apparently having to wait for my fries....now I was watching the kitchen it was everything still being needed. Watched as they put together the wings followed by fries. So finally got my order at 12:54. So 12 minutes after my window for pickup. Absolutely do not visit this location. No apologies, no updates, nothing. For about 5 minutes they all together ignored the front counter while other people kept coming in waiting to place an order or even get helped. While waiting there were a couple people that also had issues with their order and missing items, or given the wrong order. Went to this location on the way home the other night and picked up food for me and my husband. Got home 20 minutes later (yes it's the closest location to my home) and my sandwich was not in the bag! I called the store and they said I could come back up to get it. After making it clear that I was not driving that distance that night, she told me to come back in when I could and they would replace the sandwich. The manager, Stacey, called my husband a few days later and said to come in and she would provide a full combo meal. When we went later the same day, I was given just the sandwich, which was fine- I really just wanted what I had paid for. I had to wait 20 minutes for it the sandwich. I thought it would have been a nice gesture to offer a drink while I waited or for my trouble in having to come back again. Two stars because the customer at front counter was great. Wings were very underdone, squiggly skin that was sauced well but just made it worse. Hot buffalo had a good flavor but the mango habanero had a weird chemical taste so I did not eat. We also ordered buffalo fries. They were not good. They had something sweet on them and then overly covered with salt to cover it and then covered with buffalo sauce but hardly any ranch. Saturday night and we decided to order dinner instead of cooking. We knew there was a new Wingstop right up the road, on Combs and gantzel. Instead of giving doordash our extra money we decided to order right from their website and pick up our order. So we ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and on 3 of them we selected "no pickles". When you order online there's only two choices you make, you pick your flavoring for your chicken and then you select pickles or no pickles. We drove to the store and got our order and when we got home we found pickles on every single sandwich. If you are person that likes pickles it might be hard to understand what a huge deal this was. But my family literally hates pickles and the flavor they leave (I don't get it because I like pickles, but I know my husband and kids, and pickles are a deal breaker). So now my Saturday night is pretty messed up, I'm out the money I spent on 3 sandwiches and now I have to figure out another dinner plan for my husband and kids. While doing so, I decided to notify Wingstop via the website what had happened. At 8:55 pm my phone rang, so my daughter answered it. It turns out it was the "manager" of that location and she was pissed at me. She told me once of her employees admitted they messed up and didn't see the "no pickles" specification. She continued on and said that she wished I had called her instead of reporting the issue online because now her boss called her and she got in trouble. She said she knew she was "being petty" (literally her words) but next time I should come to her directly instead of giving feedback online, which is how I placed the order originally.... So I guess now I'll just post reviews and we will not go to or order from that location until they are under new management. read more
