Today I came in to pick up a DoorDash order. When I first walked in, I let the young lady at the front know I was there for DoorDash and gave her the customer's name. She told me the order was almost ready and handed me the cup for the soda. Since I was trying to hurry up and complete the order, I went ahead and made the drink myself. When I brought the drink back to the front, I politely asked if they had a sticker or seal to place over the top of the drink so the customer would know it had not been tampered with. I explained that drivers normally are not supposed to prepare the drinks, but since I already did it, I just wanted the drink properly sealed for the customer's safety and comfort. The employee then responded by asking why I made the soda anyway. I stayed calm because I was simply trying to do my job and keep the order moving. She later told me her name was Nicole and said she was the manager. I again politely asked if she could place the sticker or seal on the drink, but she refused and stated she did not have to do it. She also accused me of being hostile, which I do not feel was true at all. As a manager, I feel customer service and professionalism should be handled better, especially regarding DoorDash orders and food safety. I was not rude or disrespectful. I simply wanted the order properly sealed so the customer would feel comfortable knowing their drink was not tampered with. I believe Nicole could benefit from additional customer service and management training based on this interaction. read more

We ordered food for delivery at 8:25 and it was ready within 10 minutes, our food didn't arrive until an HOUR AFTER being picked up. We were 15 minutes away. As this location is closer to home the service is very unprofessional and food was cold when received. I waited 35-40 minutes and it seems that my order was done way prior to that. As soon as you walked in the ice was overfilled and spilt on the floor as well as sticky syrup on the counters and overall the facility was poorly taken care of by the evening workers. We've been going to this wingstop for a bit over 1 year now. At first, the service was good and as time has progressed it's gotten worse. On New Year's Eve I wanted to order wings for a part that I was having and they disabled their online ordering options(WHY?). So we ended up having to go to the DeSoto location where they had the doors locked during business hours(that's another story for another day). The last few times I was able to order they did just okay. Tonight we went and the fries were almost burnt, I asked for extra fry seasoning not extra char. The lemon pepper strips were hard and over cooked and the original hot strips lacked sauce. Now I know you have to specify extra wet if you want a lot of sauce but can I get enough sauce to cover the strip at least. I have seen nothing but horrible reviews for this place and I just wanted to hop on and say that my boyfriend and I live just up the road and order from here all the time. At most we've had to wait a bit longer than we were told but otherwise the wings we get both boneless and bone in have been amazing. The lemon pepper and garlic parm seasonings are so good we always order to go so we haven't really had much interaction with anyone whose worked inside other than to pick up our food. When placing an order on Wingstop.com it automatically generates an agreement between Wingstop and Doordash for the delivery to be made. The Doordash driver delivered one package and but we were missing the 10 boneless Hickory Smoked BBQ wings. I called Wingstop on Ovilla Road and spoke with 2 different employees about obtaining a refund for the missing items we were charged for on our credit card. They told me the only way to obtain a refund for the missing wings I was charged for was to come into the restaurant. Employee said they can't do refunds over the phone or credit my credit card over the phone. The whole point of delivery is so you don't have to drive to the store. I suggest never using Wingstop.com to order food because even when the store employees screw up an order, you as the customer have to drive to the store to receive a refund for a food item you were charged for but never received. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the entire charge and I will never use Wingstop again, looking forward to BWW and Pluckers next time.
