Previously, we waited for 20 min over in tukwila. Online ordering was easy and you can see their specials, and customize it (more/less seasoning). Site said it would be ready in 16-20 minutes. Got there right about when it's supposed to be ready and it was. The guy at the counter asked the name it was under and even asked for the last name just to be sure. I read in other reviews that they gave away someone's. Glad they checked. The wings were great. I popped it in the air fryer just a few more minutes just to make it hotter. The wings were seasoned well. I think the Louisiana rub one was slightly on the salty side. The lemon pepper one is always good. This was my first time having boneless and now I see why they were cheaper than the classic. The size is smaller and I feel like it has more breading too. We opted for no fries and more veggies. The sauce selection seems limited. One thing I like about BWW is their flavor selection. We got 3 sauces for 30 wings. The total was about $53. I didn't notice any hairs for the wings. My fav is still the lemon pepper classic. The lemon pepper boneless wasn't as good, I thought. The kids loved it and asked why we don't go here that often. I have tried other Wing Stop locations and this was my first time coming to the store at the landing. I was a walk in customer and placed an order to go. My order: 6 wing combo, requested all flats, with an order of seasoned fries. What I got: 6 chicken tenders, no wings, a side of sliced vegetables instead of the fries I ordered. I only noticed the missing fries, so went back to replace the veggies with them. Unfortunately, the fries tasted as though they dumped a pound of salt on them. It wasn't until I made it back home that I opened the chicken order and saw zero wings, but a few boneless tenders. My husband's been wanting to try this place so we decided to finally check it out after running some errands at the Landing. I guess biggest con would be the wait. It was dinner time around 6ish PM on a Friday. We were told our food would take 15-25 min.. but it actually turned out to be closer to 40 min? So definitely call ahead to avoid just waiting around for too long! Or just plan ahead and order first before shopping around the area, lol. Food wise, it was okay/ average. The seasoned fries were not bad - kind of sweet though actually and the soft kind of fries, don't expect crispy. I couldn't decide if I liked them or not, but did keep eating them. As for the wings, we got the Louisiana Rub and the Garlic Parmesan. They were both just okay - a little dry, and not super flavorful. We both agreed we wouldn't get them again but would be up for trying other flavors and on their deals days (I think I saw it's Mondays and Tuesdays?) so it's not as pricey, lol. Assuming this was a sign from above to satisfy my cravings, I went inside and got in line without reading their Yelp reviews first. The first thing I noticed about the restaurant was how dirty it was. There was garbage on the floor, and several tables sat uncleared (and did so for the entirety of my visit). I chalked this up to the fact they seemed pretty busy, so I got in line and perused the menu. I just wanted some wings, and - oddly enough - did not see an option on their menu for "just wings" unless I wanted to get a ginormous bucket of them. Since it was just me, and the thought of consuming dozens of wings alone was not appealing, I read and re-read the menu to make sure I wasn't missing something. Nope, there was no option for just a small portion of wings with no sides/drinks. Eventually I ended up at the counter and the nice gentleman informed me their only "just wings" option was a 10-piece side. So that's what I ordered, and chose 2 sauces off of their list of varying-degrees-of-heat options. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. It took 20 minutes to get my little dish o' boneless wings. And when I finally got them, there was no dipping sauce. I guess you have to order that extra - it doesn't come with the wings as it does in PRETTY MUCH EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT ON THE PLANET. Here, it's an additional 99-cents for something to dip your wings in. Since I was clearly a Wingstop newb, the friendly cashier took pity on me and gave me a free blue cheese dip - THANK YOU. Since there were even more dirty tables by now, I took my wings outside to one of the picnic tables that adorn the building. I first bit into a BBQ wing, and was instantly overwhelmed by the chewiness and saltiness of it. The breading was so thick there was barely any chicken in my bite. I then moved on to the "Classic Hot" and these were pretty much the same, just spicier. I ended up eating two of each wing, 'cuz I was hungry, and threw the rest away. They were honestly almost inedible due to the saltiness. Two stars because wings are wings. But honestly, this is the first time in a while that Ive felt like an inconvenience coming into an establishment. Alina the cashier wasn't knowledgeable of the menu, which was okay, but she was upset at me for asking questions about the new offering and it's spice level. Eventually when I ordered, I had to ask for my cup, again no big deal but the ice tea dispenser was only dispensing sweet tea. I waved down Alina to ask for more unsweetened tea, she said it was broken. I asked if they had more unsweetened tea and thought she was going to look, but she didn't come back. I had asked for my order for here but it was to go, I asked for a plate or tray and the blonde girl on the fryer said she didn't know what I was talking about. I said again, a plate or tray for the food, and she said, just use the bag you should have asked for it for here, and walked away. Alina was able to get me a tray and a small container for the wings, but was very embarrassed from the blonde girl as she was very rude and demeaning. Now I see why everything is to go when you have someone who's very snippy. The couple that ordered before me got their food after me and was treated the same way by the blonde girl. On an afternoon on a Sunday the place was popular, and there were people eating out on the patio, with a steady stream of people coming in and out. Service was good, for the most part. There were two ladies at the register who were super friendly and quickly greeted everyone who came in. The only hiccup was that I ordered the 30-wing combination, so was confused as to why I only got two hot original wings versus it being evenly split with the three flavors, with 10 wings each. It seemed that they gave me more of the other wing flavors than evenly splitting it, and I had asked them about how the distribution of the flavors worked when I was first ordering. They seemed to have gotten the order wrong, but no biggie. Because the wings were good! I've had the boneless wings from Wingstop before, and can say that the bone-in is ALWAYS better. You can taste the flavors a lot more with the traditional wings, and the wings themselves are meaty and juicy. It may be cheaper to get the boneless wings, but the taste of the bone-in wings are better by a long shot. My favorite flavors are the Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub! The combination also came with fries and veggie sticks and your choice of three sides/dips. The fries had a nice seasoning to them, and seemed to be hand-cut. They have bottled beer in the fridge, but have two, local brews on tap - Mac and Jack's and Manny's. Overall, the wings were solid, and we enjoyed our lunch. Zero stars if possible. We came in for wings and fries to go. No safety inspection grade like "Good" or "Excellent" on the window. It was dirty, hot, crap all over the floor and smelled like old grease. They probably took the "Unacceptable " sign off the window. We ordered two small wing orders from the employee who looked like she would rather not be there. At least 30 minutes later the employee grabbed a bag that had been sitting on a rack for a while, handed it to us and turned around toward the back door. Last night my girlfriend & I went to Wing Stop for dinner. We got the "meal for 2" combo which gave us a choice of 2 sauces, which we chose korean BBQ & cajun. Debating on what to go to first, I picked up a fork and went straight to the buffalo french fries. Taking one bite into it & getting hit with all of the flavors from the sauce drizzled onto it, it felt as if it took control over me & made me eat all of the fries as fast as I could. In less than a few minutes, the fries was already nearly gone, yet I hardly touched anything else. Forcing myself to stop eating all of the fries so I can try the rest of our meal, I went for the chicken wings next. Taking a bite into the cajun wings, I was a little bit disappointed with how spicy it was. Being "high up" on the spice meter on the menu, I was expecting it to be more hotter. Unfortunately, I could not feel the simple burn in my throat or tongue from this. However, my girlfriend could barely handle one so it can be all due to spice tolerance. Nonetheless, the cajun & Korean BBQ chicken wings had great taste & was cooked into perfection. To top it all off, I had to take a bite into the cajun fried corn. I dont have anything negative to say. The wings were so good, I could not think of anything else except how amazing the crispy crunch of the dry rub was on those wings. This place is disgusting. Not really sure what I was expecting, but I think at the very least that there'd be napkins of some sort at every table. I mean, we're talking wings here, people. Their version of napkins? Those cardboard-like brown, rolls of school paper towels. Need some? You gotta go up to the counter, where you will share one roll with the rest of the restaurant. Need a box? You have to go to the counter. Need ketchup? A glass of water perhaps? Go to the counter...oh and wade through the group of people waiting for their pick up order on your way there. You walk in, order and stand off to the side. We went at about 1pm on a Saturday and it was pretty busy. Less than 10 tables, so either get wings to go or be ready to hover until someone leaves. Expensive. A "meal for two" which included 15 wings, a side of fries and two drinks was almost $30. One set of wings came w/ all drumsticks and the other was a mix. The parm/garlic are dry and super duper mild and honestly just taste like old frying oil. The mild sauce is nice. Unfortunately I couldn't go spicy because I was with my kiddo...but our friends went Korean which had a nice flavor. So you've finished your deep-fried feast. What do you do next? THERE ARE NO GARBAGE CANS ANYWHERE. There are no servers either. And there are always people waiting for tables. You just up and leave your pile of bones and cheap paper towels and go.
