They had a couple people waiting for food, a few in line to order and about 10 to-go orders ready for pickup. Door dash was offering 10 free wings with a purchase of $25 so we got 30 wings for $28 which I thought was a good deal. We got Garlic Parmesan, Louisiana Rub, Mango Habanero, Hot Honey Rub, and Spicy Korean Q. We enjoyed all of them but our favorites were Hot Honey Rub and the Louisiana Rub. It was a busy night so they were behind on orders. The waiting area was packed with people waiting for orders, with some waiting at tables. They do have some seating but it is not a large area. The fries were good and a nice pair to the wings. For wing flavors, we got their Limited Time Lemon Herb Remix, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Spicy Korean Q, Cajun, and Lousiana Rub. I really enjoyed them all and the Ranch is a must! We ordered extra and had plenty as they are large cups. We ordered food online for pickup at the Roseville location. This Wingstop is located in Har Mar Mall on the County Road B side. There is plenty of parking even on a busy Saturday like when we went. It's a busy place but not very clean upon first glance. It appeared to have plenty of staff - two in the front and several in the back. Our food was ready for pick up immediately. I don't think I would sit in the restaurant due to a bunch of loud wild teens and what looks like a possible homeless person who was talking very loud to themselves as well. We went home and after unpacking everything we found that Wingstop forgot our veggies (carrots and celery) which is so annoying since we paid for it. We ordered the garlic parm wings (they were okay), the lemon pepper wings (these were tasty), and the Louisiana wings (these were the best IMO). The fries came out in a big clump where the middles were limp and undercooked. The chicken sandwich was overcooked and the bone in wings came out with non-crispy skin. The soda fountain was out of 4/6 flavors and there was no ice. Staff were hard to engage and responded with an annoyed tone. I used to love wing stop, but the quality and service has gone down. I LOVE Wingstop! First things first, this restaurant is not fast. So what you're going to want to do is plan ahead: figure out what time you want to go, and order online. You might still wait when you get there (we waited an extra 15 minutes), but it's worth it. Now, the food. I always get all flats, extra well done, half Louisiana dry rub, half Korean bbq. The fries are awesome, get extra seasoning. I'm a dunker, not a dipper, so I always have to get extra blue cheese sauce. This time, I also got the Cajun corn with garlic Parmesan and fry seasoning. UNREAL. Getting them every time from now on. Be forewarned that there's no bathroom available for guests, but if you ask employees nicely, they might let you use the one available to employees to wash your hands. You're going to need it. Also, no napkins, just paper towels, and honestly, that's the better choice. Seating and parking is plentiful. My first time at Wingstop in Roseville was good, but not as good as I expected from what I have heard. The parking lot situation was good and found a spot right away. We waited for about 10-15 minutes to get food and the lobby for tables/chairs was pretty small. It was fun to see the cooks in action through the window and it's a great place to try multiple flavors. I tried the hot original and the Louisiana dry rub. The dry rub were only seasoned on top and the buffalo tasted very Tabasco flavored only. I also received 9 dummies and only 1 wing. That was a little disappointing as I like them both and would like a 50/50 ratio or close to it. I also had a chance to try the lemon pepper flavor and those were pretty tasty. The fries with cheese sauce were good, but way too much cheese in my opinion and very hard to eat. I'd rather be able to dunk them in cheese sauce vs being completely covered. This has got to be the worst WingSTOP experience I've had. I was visiting from out of town and staying downtown and Arik call Lynn multiple times and put in an order but Wingstop never picked up. I decided to drive there because I really wanted wings because there's none from where I live. Anyway, I got there and put in an order. The cashier kept having challenges comprehending my order. Then I ended up calling the same Wingstop and saw the phone light up. He asked why I'm doing that And then I asked him why is the volume so low and he told me that the manager who takes the orders is hearing-impaired. Which did not make sense to me to have take call in orders. As I waited for my order, I tried to use the bathroom, but they told me that the bathroom is not available and that I need a key. Cleaner started putting chairs up.Closed inside early at 11:15, not allowed to eat in. Also, used bathroom and locked out but lady worker made husband walk around instead of opening the door. Service was horrible, treated like we were a chore and unwanted. before we went to wingstop we looked at the website to see the menu and we wanted the 20 piece combo boneless wings that they said they had on their website, the website said we could pick 4 flavors/spices but when we got there they said they don't do that combo and made us get a 30 piece combo boneless with only 3 options for flavors. I have always wanted to give Wingstop a try so I decided to stop on by to pick up an order. Anyways I ordered 20 wings, half Origional Hot and other half Mango Habenero. The service was really fast which kind of didn't suprise me considering they must have tons of orders and they do specialize in wings. When I got home and opened the box I was pleased with how the wings looked. They weren't big but neither were they tiny. I think they were just the right for what I paid for. In terms of flavor I really enjoyed the Origional Hot Wings. Sure they were just average Buffalo wings but they hit the spot. As for the Mango Habenero I was super disappointed. They were way too sweet, no Habenero kick at all. I felt deceived, I was hoping for some heat but I was seriously let down. Overall this place isn't that bad. For the price of what I paid for I was satisfied with what I got. This would be a great spot for when I just want to down a bunch of wings without much care of anything. Went in there since 11:02 and at about 11:10 we had gotten our receipt stating that our food was on its way to being prepared. The cashier said that it would take 14 minutes to be prepared. There was another guy behind us who ordered and he had gotten his order before us. I don't usually write reviews for more fast food style chain joints just because typically if you want to go, you're gonna go regardless of a review on Yelp. BUT I feel like this particular Wing Stop deserves a little more love. I do think they may have had a change in management recently? Not sure, see below. We stopped in this afternoon and it was fairly busy, but we were helped promptly. The cashier was no nonsense and prompt, which could be perceived by some as bad service or rude - but hey I worked in food service too so I know how it can be and appreciate this style of service just as well. She told us it would be 15 minutes for two combos, no problem! This place was for the most part, spotless. In previous visits there were some pretty notable gross messes (under the soda machine, on the walls in the kitchen), but they've really done a lot of work in this area. It looked great! The food came out way quicker than expected and was hot and fresh. The fries were perfectly done and seasoned, and the garlic Parmesan wings were swimming in Parmesan cheese - YUM. The wings were good, the sodas were slurped. The BEST part of our experience though was the manager (I assume). He asked us how our food was, thanked us for coming, and was genuinely nice. I also observed him working with a new employee and offering some tips to another employee that made me confident that he was running the joint smoothly!
