I have given this particular Wingstop location several trys before rating them. From the service to the food-- it has declined over the years. The food is cold and hard when received and the wait is very long. Considering waiting for the long period of time, at least have the food hot/warm when the customer is to receive it. The employees always seem like they have an attitude as well, so I say sarcastically, "Please don't have an issue with your order." I definitely won't be a returning customer. read more

Waited upwards of 40 minutes after my online order was supposed to be ready, just to be told that they did not have boneless wings and told I would have to cancel the order myself. I get it is busy and you are understaffed, but when I first mentioned the order it would've been nice to have been told there were no boneless wings. I ordered Wingstop through the online system directly at wingstop.com. I ordered wings, lemon pepper/garlic parmesan with ranch dip, regular fries, cajun corn. I was being very lazy today and I wanted some wings but was kind of nervous that with it being delivered, (I usually pick up at the restaurant) that it would arrive luke warm but it was what it was, I should have got up and picked it up myself. My order was delivered fast! Thank you to my driver Will I. To my delight everything was hot and my order was correct. The chicken was nice and crispy and seasoned well. The fries were still hot. I love their ranch dip, I dip my fries and chicken in it. I love it so much I ordered extra! I never tried the cajun corn before so I thought I would give them a try. I expected the corn to be dry, because of the how they looked in the picture, but again thought I'd say that I try them. Again to my delight the corn was moist and the seasoning was about right. If I order them again I might ask for a little bit more cajun seasoning but I am not complaining. All in all I am very happy and full! read more

Service is slow. When I got my food my fries were cold and UNSEASONED. This place has gone downhill.

Ordered online and arrived once it said my order was completed. I walked in and they told me it would be "a few more minutes" until it was ready. Well I guess "a few more minutes" means 20. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting. After I was sitting there for about 10 minutes, I went up and asked for them to check on my order. The girl looked at me with an attitude and said "it's obviously not ready." After I got my food & drove back home (it's a 5 minute drive). We opened our bag to find everything in there cold. I was there yesterday!! This was the worst Wingstop I've ever been to! I placed my order online! I arrived at the time the app advised my order was completed! Only to wait an additional 30 minutes on my food! My order was wrong and once I realized I called the restaurant back! Kenyatta working the counter continue to pick up the phone and hang up 26 times! Spoke with the manager Devonte who told me it was my fault that my order was wrong! And basically said good luck getting your money back! This was a horrible experience!! This experience was definitely not a good one. They had a deal going for 25 wings for $20. This deal included 3 flavors, 2 sauces, and 2 drinks. I added on an order of their fries that I'd heard so much about. The person behind the counter was so concerned with getting her paycheck from the manager that I had to repeat the order 3 times.... as well as my name... It's about 12:45, probably right after a lunch rush and great. They're out of ice. It took a while for the wings to be prepared which gave me plenty of time to view their boring aviation decor and survey the dust on the plane wing that hangs above the dining area. The food arrives and the fries are cold. They might have had a nice taste if it wasn't so ruined with salt. The teriyaki wings reek of soy sauce and the garlic Parmesan are way too salty as well... notice I only talked about 2 of them. Best. Frenchfries. Ever. I do not eat wings. But a friend of mine continuously brings these fries to all social events and they are so damn good. So recently another friend of mine and I got late-night munchies and decided to go here for none other than their fries. We got one order, scarfed them down (with ranch), and went back and ordered another large, to soon be scarfed down. These fries don't mess around. Sugary sweet with tangy salt, how do they do that? Absolutely TERRIBLE Customer service... I placed a delivery order, didn't get my 32 oz. Ice Tea or 52 oz. Lemonade... Was told by the MANAGER it wasn't their problem... it was DoorDash... the drive called me back after going back to the restaurant, and was told they wouldn't give her the items, because the person that filled the order was no longer there, even though the MANAGER said the items were put back in the fridge after the driver left with my food. I called Doordash, and they are refunding the restaurant, who are suppose to then credit my card in 5-7 days... 45 minutes, and 6 people later.. Will see if I get the refund!! read more

I've ordered from this Wingstop multiple times. On average if you place your order online it will be ready a little bit later then the website says. That isn't this Wingstop's fault as the website doesn't account for the current customers at the restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I've only ever had my order messed up once and it wasn't even truly messed up. I'm not sure how other Wingstop's match up but that staff at this one are what truly make it. read more

First, let me say a lot of frustration goes into this review. I live in a large city in Texas where ordering your wings all drums costs extra, but ordering all flats does not. I realize that might be the franchisee. Anyway, let me tell you about our experience. I'm originally from a North Louisiana town close to Ruston. On the way from a family trip (a 12-hour drive), my sister and I decided to order Wingstop and pick it up as we passed through Ruston. I like to order online, but she's old school, plus she likes to order extra wing sauce, so she wanted me to call. I called and was put on hold for 4 minutes and 50 seconds. I gave up and decided to order online. One of our requests was all flat wings. We paid $2 each for that. Got allllllll the way to our hometown, 22 miles from Ruston and discovered we both had a mix of wings, primarily drums. Now, what were we supposed to do? Not turn around and go back 22 miles. And y'all know they are not going to replace our order or refund our $4. So, that's money that we worked hard for (yes, I work for EACH of my dollars) just gone. The food is usually above average and consistent. Online ordering leaves a lot to be desired. On multiple occasions I have arrived to pick up online orders and it is not ready on time or the order has been mishandled and not started. A recent problem when you order online and opt to pay at the restaurant the total on your bill does not match the total quoted in the email confirmation. When you inquire the response is that's what happens if you don't pay online. Very poor customer service. Cashiers and staff are very friendly just not empowered to help. read more

Wings are Fantastic. But the fries need work... If I order fries "well done" they shouldn't be so soggy I can't stomach them. Also the lower ranking cashier employees need to pay attention when an order is ready. You could sit there for 45 mins waiting if you don't go remind them you placed an order. read more
