Stopped by this location on my way back home to Dallas and I must say it was pretty tasty. I thought it was adorable how the kids meals were served! The French fries come in cute little boxes and they give a dessert with it as well! The chicken reminds me of a mix between Chick-fil-A and raising canes. Which is a really good mixture because I love both lol! I also really liked that they had a variety of different sauces that you can choose from. read more

This was our first time at a Zaxby's so we cam in with an open mind. We ordered the chicken fingers meal. I felt like it was the saltiest fast food meal I have had in a long time. The staff was not overly friendly helpful but did take our order and called out our name when it was ready. The restaurant was fairly clean but the drink station had some spills that needed to be cleaned up around it. I am not sure that Zaxby's is the place for me. read more

Well, my first experience at ZAXBY's and it was not great. Dining room is not open, but there is no signage to that effect until you walk up to the door. We got in long drive thru line and got our food only to find half of it missing. So, we went through drive Thru again just to get our cole slaw. Lesson learned, check order before driving away from window. While we were eating in the parking lot, 4 people came back to get stuff that was left out. The chicken, sauce and cole slaw were very good, fries ok. But customer service needs work. read more

I visited when there were no other customers around dinner time. I ordered 2 things. I waited about 10 minutes before they told me to pull up to continue waiting. Meanwhile, the line continued to build around the building. I waited an additional 20 minutes. During that time only 1 car received their food and drove off. It would be one thing if this was a one-time occurrence but this is at least the 4th time something like this has happened. Stopped here after our baseball game, and it was really good. The restaurant was crowded, and the chicken was salty, but I liked it! I got the Zaxby's Club and ate every single bite. It was really good. Minor annoyance- My son had asked us to get ranch with his order but we forgot. When he went up there to grab one, they asked for .25 more...seriously. We bought 4 combos and had to pay for one sauce? He paid for it no problem but that was odd. Too bad it was a prepackaged ranch and not homemade ranch like at Slim Chickens. This establishment seems to be run by children. Depending on what time you go you may or may not receive service because they claim "the system is down" and the manager says they only have one working system and no employees. After a month or two of shutting down two hours early before the posted closing time, wouldn't you think they would hire more employees and get more registers read more

I have since been able to leave a message for district/regional manager, Alisha Chapman. After several days Chapman has never attempted to make contact with me. Still being owed money for product not received I called my bank to file a charge dispute. I had also sent a message to Zaxby's corporate but never heard anything from them, therefore I will never set foot in another Zaxby's again. I cant believe a company in tough times would lose a customer over a matter of less than $20. read more

If I could leave a 0 I would. I came here at 3:07 PM to get a wings and things. I didn't get my correct order until 4:28 pm. I asked for boneless they gave traditional. I asked for sauce. They gave none. Not to mention the fact that I stayed in line the previous night for 27 minutes only to get to the speaker at exactly 7:57 and they said one second please. I'm visiting in town and I'm a fan of Zaxby's fast food chain. I was a little disappointed with this visit. The food was alright. I ended up giving majority of it to my brother. The only thing I did enjoy were there wings. The customer service was great which is always important to me. I was just disappointed with the tenders and fries. read more

The biggest issue with Zaxby's is lack of drinks on meals. Unless you buy one of their "combos", which are actually smaller meals, you won't get a drink. So you can pay $7-8 for the meal and then have to add a $1.50+ drink. The chicken has improved, but is still pricy. Plus, the sauces are pre-made, unlike other chicken chains. Location isn't the greatest. It's on the service road next to Starbucks. The intersection next to it is notoriously bad. You have traffic going all directions, but also have to deal with the on/off ramps of I-20. The intersection is normally manned by police on Sunday due to the church on the opposite side of the main road. read more

You know what you are getting with Zaxby's. Chicken! They are good chicken fingers. They are a little pricey, but i know that going in. This review is for the Rustin, La location. This was by the far the best meal I have had at any Zaxby's location. They were so fresh and hot. They obviously never made it from the cooker to the heat lamp. I've always wondered why people were so obsessed with chicken fingers. I guess when done the right way, they are very, very tasty. I'm am sure next time I eat at a Zaxby's they won't come close to the product the Rustin location put out on this day. If you are in the area, stop by and enjoy for a quick meal. read more

We stopped by here on our way back home from Texas. I will admit, I do like Zaxby's. Having said that, the food is what you would expect. My kids got their normal Nibblers meals, my wife got a grilled chicken sandwich, and I got the Kickin chicken sandwich. All of it was good. The drink fountains worked, the ketchup dispensers were full, and the parking lot was full as well. (Always a good sign at dinner time.) We were also promptly and courteously greeted when we walked in and the food came out quickly and was hot. So why 3 stars? It was pretty filthy. Several tables had plates and trays left on them. The drink area was in need a major straightening, and the floor needed a good sweeping. Our table had to be cleaned before we sat down. If they would make just a smidge more effort on the cleanliness side of things, this would easily be a 4-5 star review. read more

When I walked in it was apparent that there had just been a large group that had just left because the place was so cluttered and dirty--or so I thought. There were two cashiers there. Nobody was cleaning up. No one was taking care of the restaurant at all. Everyone was standing around talking to the staff in the back. The place was filthy. I walked up to the counter and waited for several minutes before one of the two cashiers acknowledged that I was even there even though one of them looked me in the eye when I walked up to the counter. This one acknowledge me only when the cook that they were talking to reminded her there was a customer waiting. Food was...okay. I guess. Although I didn't know Caesar salads had cucumbers on them. My wife and I both order Caesar salads: one of them had croutons (as is the norm for a Caesar salad). The other had toast (no croutons) and cucumbers (?!?!?!). We live in Ruston. We usually go to Raising Cane's for chicken. We wanted to go to Zaxby's because--although Cane's chicken is MUCH better--Zaxby's has salads which makes them a more healthful choice. We were wrong. We'll stick with Raising Cane's. This was on Friday, 7/26/19 around 7:00--just in case the owner/manager is interested in finding a solution to the problem of lost customers. read more
