Sometimes the chicken is basically naked because there is no seasoning which is unacceptable. Times were the order was missing chicken. They are not the only location many leave you pissed off. The website said 20 minutes, we arrived 30 minutes later. The cashier was arguing with the cook, the cook was cussing/complaining about work, to make matters worse, our food hadn't even been started. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes. I let it go because both the cook and cashier apologized to me for the wait. Last night I placed a to-go order and told the girl very politely like 3 times, extra extra well done on my wings. I know it prints it on the ticket, but can you please tell them I need them very well done. She laughed and said ok. If the last time you've been to this location was at the middle or end of last year, and the quality was at an all-time low, I recommend giving it another shot! They're under new ownership! Not a lot of people have left reviews yet, so the ones that have are saying stuff about their customer service or wait times. Those can be iffy to talk about, however I will say this: their chicken does not compare to the previous owner's! I just ordered some take-out for tonight's dinner, and my boneless wings (btw they're not nuggets lol) are THICCC! On top of that, they were hot, fresh, and juicy! Sure they took longer than expected, but people have to understand that that's the price they pay for receiving fresh, made-to-order piping hot food! This place gets super busy for a reason! This place is a disappointment. I ordered 20 wings and a large order of fries online. The entire order of fries was overcooked and over seasoned. The fries were so sad. They looked like sweet potato fries they were so dark. Some were even stuck together. The entire order of fries looked like garbage fries, the ones you would find in a dumpster because they were so messed up they needed to be disposed of. My order was correct, but the flavor in the wings was either too strong or too weak. The customer service was very poor too. I walked in right behind an employee who had just finished her break and was going in after being outside. The employee went straight to help the others who were cooking and started seasoning and bagging items, without washing her hands first. There was nobody at the registers helping customers. I just stood there waiting for someone to come to the register. Not even the employee who had just walked in acknowledged me even after she helped another customer who asked her a question about his order. The place was busy but how can a business be run this way? This is a Wingstop not a dinky place down an alley somewhere.
