This Kiki's location is just down the street from my doctor's office, so, I've been wanting to try them out for a long time. Thankfully, I recently got the chance. For starters, the customer service was fantastic. The girl who helped me was peppy and perky. I noticed her working hard, fervently wiping things down as I was waiting for my food. I meant to order Kiki's tots with chicken, but accidentally ordered fries instead. It was still pretty good, although I definitely would have preferred the tots. In my opinion, the fries weren't special, but they were good, and they were absolutely loaded with chicken. My to go box definitely seemed to have more chicken in it than fries. It's all about the chicken. There aren't many items on the menu, but, it doesn't matter, because everyone comes for the chicken, anyway. The taste, texture, temperature, breading, etc. are all just perfect. I ordered the medium size box, which was way too much for me. I ended up getting three meals out of it, although, of course, it wasn't as good reheated as it was fresh. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As I filled up my drink, I noticed that the tables and floors were definitely on the dirtier side. Everything just seemed kind of greasy, but, I guess maybe that's to be expected when the entire menu is fried.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, I love Kiki's. It's one of those local places that you just have to try at least once, and then have to go back to at least every once in a while.

This place is one of my favorite late-night bites. I rarely get to go since I don't live in the area anymore. I always end up getting the Kiki fries each time I visit. The chicken with the cheese and the sauce has so much flavor. It's easily the crowd favorite on the menu. The service is usually fast & efficient.

I had to pick up a quick dinner for my boys. Found this Kiki's on my route home located on J St. between 19th & 20th. We had Kiki's many times. Usually the Elk Grove location or food trucks. My first time at this location. It was a quiet Sunday night. Everyone is probably at home or at a bar watching the superbowl. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I kind of mixed up on the orders and she noticed that I wanted to add the chicken to the Kiki's tater tots. The orders were ready within 10 minutes. I'll have to remember to come to this location. It's somewhat more convenient than the EG location. My boys were happy and full. They enjoyed the Kiki's Tater Tots with Chicken and BBQ sauce.

I stopped by this Kiki's location for the first time today for lunch. I was really craving the Kiki's fries!! This Kiki's is located in Midtown off of 19th Street and J. It has typical parking like Midtown, with there's curbside parking (which there were none available when I arrived). There's a very small parking lot in the back that is shared with the Starbucks right next door. The woman that helped me up the register was very sweet and very patient taking my order. I ordered six boneless wings, half with honey barbecue sauce, the other half with their signaturesKiki sauce( sweet and spicy!). I alsoordered the Kiki fries and a soda. I was so excited to eat my meal especially the fries. I took my meal to go enjoy at home. The boneless chicken was kind of tough to chew into and hard. I didn't get to finish it all...I took a few bites and threw it away. But, the Kiki fries were on point!! I would have given this location five stars if the chicken wasn't so hard to eat. But, definitely would stop by again for the friendly service when I'm in the area. Thank you Kiki's!!

I've heard a lot of praise for Kiki's so I was excited to try it, but I was a bit disappointed. I got takeout and it smelled fantastic in the box. The chicken strips were perfectly crispy on the outside, but the meat was dry and tough. So it wasn't that enjoyable, even though their sauces (kiki sauce and bold BBQ) tasted fantastic. Garlic fries were bland and had no salt, not enough garlic.

I fully expected Kiki's to be a place that is only good for late night food after libations. Boy, was I wrong. I've now ordered from this location twice for delivery in the last month, both times at about 8:30 pm & have been pleasantly surprised. The chicken tenders are crispy as are the fries and they always get my crazy order of 6 different sauces into the bag. If you order other "fast" food on the grid you know this isn't normal & you will not get your sauce. I'm a Kiki's fan.

Was told to try this place out if we came to Sacramento. And it did not disappoint! The tenders were extra juicy and their Kiki's sauce was the bomb! I would recommend getting it on top of the chicken. The fries were fresh and went great with their ranch. Definitely want to go back and try the Kiki fries and try their wings with the same sauce on it next time. Service was fast as well we didn't wait long and they brought the food to our table.

Stopped this place for a snack after checking out the Farmer's Market. Got a 3 Tender (Lemon Pepper) and a 3 Wing (Kiki's Sauce) Combo with shoestring fries to share. The lemon pepper was amazing and the Kiki's sauce was decent (sweet chili variant). Cashier was really nice.

Price range: low and affordable for midtown. To consider: scarce parking spots if you're trying to dine in. Gets surprisingly busy at night. Wait time: -10 minutes at any given moment. Food & drinks details: the food is AMAZING (even more so after a long night of partying). They don't serve alcohol. Shoutout(s): to the short wait time! The short wait is a lifesaver. If you're trying to sober up a bit, this place has all that greasy chicken to even out your system. Location review: moot the best spot to drive to. If you're looking for a chicken place and you're not super close by I would go somewhere else, so you're not stressing about parking. Service: it's amazing. They are always chill. The menu is usually tricky for me (since I'm visual) but the employees are always happy to help. Employees some times bring me my food without warning. That's always a kind gesture. Improvements: none other than to put a few logos lower to the windows, so drivers and pedestrians can spot the business better. I order a small Kiki fries without chicken. but I wish they would put more sauce that look more in their adverise picture. So maybe definitely ask for extra cheese and sauce. (Not sure if they charge extra for cheese) It's a cool kind of sma joint to hangout and grab a bite. It's kind get very pack during rush hour lunch.

Wife went and found a deal on door dash bye one get one for free so she got 2 of the chicken fries with buffalo and ranch sauce, and this was the medium size, I'm not really into buffalo and and ranch mixed BUT it was pretty good, worth what you pay for-sure read more

We Have Indulged In The Chicken And Waffles Faithfully! Perfect Waffles With Crispy Chicken Tenders And To Top It Off You Add Handmade Flavored Butter! Kiki's Fries Are A Sea Of Beauty And Flavorful Goodness. The Fries Topped With Cut Tenders, Cheese, And 2 Kinds Of Their Red And White Sauces To Pull It All Together! I'm greeted by the same staff the past few times I've gone in, so it's nice to see familiar faces. They're all nice and accommodating in there. I usually order a medium to share with my boyfriend. The foods always hot and i enjoy my fry order, I always come back to get it every few weeks maybe once a month. This place is great, their chicken is bomb! All the people that work there are enjoyable, except for one younger girl that works the counter. She's very unperson and very rude. We go in there about once a week, and she still has a tendency to be rude and wanted to debate and argue about things that they do and don't do. Before this one was Put downtown. We went to the Northgate one. They have specials also. Try it, i'm sure you'll enjoy it....... read more

Love this place. 10/10. Their Kiki's fries is sooooo good! Whenever I'm in town I always order Kiki's fries, whether it's to eat right away or for takeout later. Their fries have a mixture of blue cheese, mozzarella, buffalo sauce & their chicken. Their chicken is so delicious and creamy but crispy. It almost reminds me of Raising Canes! They have outdoor dining since inside looks pretty small so i'm glad they're doing that to keep others and employees safe. They have numbers placed on the floor for lining up & they're extremely welcoming! Overall this was a great way to start off my weekend and I'm always so excited to stop by this place whenever I'm in the area. read more

This was my first time going to the famous Kiki's in Sac. This place was a as recommend by a few people and then the pandemic happened BUT!!! Today was the day! The ambiance was super dope, the service was great. It didn't take long at all to get our food, and our food was fresh and hot! GET THE KIKIS FRIES (or tots, whichever you prefer), cuz it's BOMB! You can even have them with your wing meal, which is what we did. Definitely coming back out here, even if it's just for Kiki's. Amazing first time! read more

When I'm downtown I definitely got to stop by there so nice spot. Everybody in here is super super friendly. Some mm mm good fried chicken! Got the opportunity to check out Kiki's midtown location and they're still delivering that bomb flavor chicken in a prime area of Sacramento. I was craving and was happy to hear during these troubling times that Kiki's is still offering some fried favorites to-go! During this trip I got their Combo plate that came with 5 bone-in wings and 5 boneless wings and a side of fries. I went with 2 flavors, Kiki's sauce and Garlic Parmesan. This order was a pretty good size, enough to share (which I did, I swear!!). I have to say that Kiki's sauce is pretty good. semi spicy and packed with flavor. I would buy a gallon of it and eat it with other things lol. Due to COVID, Everyones working hard to ensure that its safe to get a bite to eat and Kiki's is definitely doing their part. I really enjoy Kikis chicken place. I've been a fan ever since the fries. I have noticed that if I get your fries and order buffalo sauce on the side that it just taste more cheesy and creamier so that is my little hack for them. Today, I got to try the famous Kiki's fries and they did not disappoint! When I heard Kiki's opened in downtown, I knew I wanted stop in and give them a try. I stopped by once on the weekend, but they just happened to be closed. I came again on a weekday for lunch and they were in full swing. I only tried Kiki's fries with chicken and they were awesome! The fries were great, but of course, the crowning jewels were the toppings of cut up crispy fried chicken drizzled with buffalo sauce, ranch, blue cheese dressing, and cheese. They made this dish so delish! Every bite was a guilty pleasure. You can customize your fries anyway you like, but I definitely recommend with chicken and all the sauces. It's $10.99 for a large order, which comes with 12oz. of chicken. Also, you can get a drink for only $1 more and they offer a variety of iced teas, which is self serve. Kiki's Place Downtown is a great new addition to the downtown/midtown casual eats. Their chicken is always fresh, not frozen, and very tasty! They took over the location of former Dickey's BBQ. There is a small parking lot in the back of the restaurant, but it is shared with other restaurants. FABULOUS chicken tenders! Second time at the chain, first time at this location. Both times a good experience. Ordered 4 tenders with garlic fries. That is a lot of food so be aware you might wants to dial it back or better (as I did) take home part for later. It warms up in the oven well. The tenders are not mashed up meat but in tact boneless chicken. Fresh, juicy, and good food. Sitting next to the garIic fries, the flavor of slight garlic on the tenders was perfect. I have been wanting to check out Kiki's for a while now! I finally tired their wings this past weekend that were brought over to someone's house and they were BOMB so when my boss asked if I wanted to walk 8 blocks (one way) to check out their new location on 19th and J St, I said YUP. It's next door to a Pizza Hut or Domino's on the left side of J St and there are no visible signs that can be seen from the street view. We probably would have missed it if we weren't paying attention. We walked in and there were a couple of people ahead of us and a few people already sitting down and enjoying their meals. This place is pretty small! There is only about 6 or 7 tables - they are big enough to join parties, but there aren't any tables for 1 or 2 people. It's more family style. We got in line and I ordered the Boneless Waffles while she ordered the Chicken Salad with grilled chicken and 5 Wings. My food came out before the table before ours which was weird and we even waited a little while for my boss' to come out - what takes so long to make a salad? I'm not sure. I was disappointed at first when I tried smearing the butter on my waffle to find that it was just a cold ball and could barely smear it, but then I picked up the syrup and realized it was nice and warm and it melted the butter as soon as it made contact. Oops. The waffle was okay, nothing special and the chicken was tasty, but wasn't very juicy. My boss said she liked her salad and said it looked better in person than it did in the pictures online. I had 1 of her wings and even though I didn't dip it in the sauce, it was still nice and crunchy - nothing worse than a soggy wing. Am I right? Overall, I thought it was okay. I saw some confusion a couple of times with orders and they definitely need to figure out the timing of getting their food out better, but their staff was friendly and did a good job of checking on us and letting us know when our food would be out. I want to come back and try their Chicken Sandwich for sure or I'll just stick to their wings next time and order some for Sunday football! Can't forget about Kiki's Fries or Tots either! We've ordered take out from Postmates/Doordash from this location and every order they would get something wrong, so we decided to start going in to order and just get it to go. This location has messed up our order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We will not be support this location anymore sadly. We ask for extra ranch and they add none. The flavor was okay (for the wings) -- it tasted similar to a sweet and savory soy sauce flavor. Super good, would not get them again--I'm sure there are better flavors on the menu! When we walked up to the counter we were greeted by the cashier and we were asked if we had any questions. We did not and so we placed our order and paid and was given a number for our table. The fries came out first and we were looking forward to them but sadly they were lukewarm and soft. I wished they were hotter and more crunchy. I had the Blackened Salmon Cobb salad and it was so refreshing and delicious. You cant tell from the photo but the salad did have avocado, blue cheese, tomato, egg, grilled corn, pickled radish, green onion, and lemon-herb vinaigrette. It was at the bottom of the bowl which kind of made it hard to mix. I wish it was on top of the romaine. My husband said the tri tip was good. I recently visited Kiki's Chicken, and while I had high hopes, my experience was disappointing. I ordered the tater tots as a side, and unfortunately, they were hard and overcooked, making them almost inedible. When I brought this up to the staff, I was disappointed to learn that they refused to exchange them for something else. Customer service could definitely be improved. It's frustrating when you're not able to enjoy a meal due to issues like this, especially when you're not given the opportunity to resolve it. The Staff was rude when they got my order wrong. I came in to get a replacement and they asked me if I called in advanced and I said no because they were closed. And they just started a whole argument with me on whether or not I got the correct food or not. It was ridiculous actually. The owner was rude also. I spoke to him, and told him that I would never return to this establishment ever. Food was decent, but the rude staff along with the rude owner makes me NEVER wanna dine here again. read more

Tastes really bland and is so greasy it's absolutely disgusting. I never knew chicken could be so greasy yet so unbearably dry in the middle at the same time, but Kiki's has accomplished this amazing feat. I have from 4 chicken strips a stack of napkins about 7-8 inches high completely soaked through with grease & still blotting, with grease pooled at the bottom of the container. read more

Ngl it's very mid. The tenders do not have flavor at all so you depend on small sauce cups that are mid as well Macaroni salad is mid as well just drenched in mayo. The workers are nice and fast. Wouldn't recommend tho read more
