I called this location (mind you I came allll the way from Rialto off the 210 and sierra) I called and Nyah answered the phone. Put me on hold and right when it passed 3 min , I knew something was up. Seeing its a Monday afternoon, I knew they weren't busy. (I order allot) so I decided let's just see how long I'm on hold and I'm going to drive to the location. Well look at my phone .Not only was this store empty but no orders were taken or ready (I wonder why with Nyah there) the employees were inside hanging out . So I'm looking to see and find Nyah and behold, she's clocking out, apron off and heading towards the door. So when I address her in a professional way telling her it's unprofessional leaving customers on hold with the phone off the hook (yes look at the picture!) and then i show her my phone as I'm still on hold, did she apologize ? No, did they discount my order for the inconvenience? No! But what did she do or say ? Well she was unbothered and said "well thank you for telling me how to do my job. " And walks out the establishment. " UNBELIEVABLE! And they wonder why they have the rating that they have here. I'm already contacting corporate and what she doesn't know is I know who the franchise owner is and will be addressing this along with the photos as well. This type of behaviour especially towards paying customers is what can make a business go from bad to worse and not only that take our business elsewhere. Today is the fourth time I get my order wrong. Either the employees don't know how to read or just do care about the customer. I order 3 different orders and they mix them all. They assume that because it was 30 wings, even though they were ordered separately they could mix them. I order one all flats and they give me mix, and another one the amount was short. This location sucks so bad. Probably the worst experience I've ever had at any Wingstop. The employees will literally ignore you while you're standing at the front as if they don't see you. So awkward, one employee was at the front register counting the drawer and didn't look up at all as if I wasn't 2 feet away from them and they couldn't see me. This location will also keep the lights off and turn chairs upside down on the tables before closing time to make it seem as if they are already closed as to keep customers from coming inside. I'm serious, I went by around 9 pm and it was completely dark inside (even though they closed at midnight) the doors were unlocked and was able to walk inside. We ordered two wing bundle deals via the website. Our food was available in 15 - 20 minutes, just like the email said it would be, which I really appreciated. The food came out exactly as expected, we have 0 complaints. For the price we paid, we got a lot of food. It seems that they may weigh the food and not give you a 6 wing per piece but by per weight which is great. They didn't skimp out on the amount of fries. Worst customer service from a manager I've ever received. I placed an order and made a mistake. I tried to call the store to make a modification as requested from the website immediately after. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I decided to disconnect and try again. As soon as I called back someone answered the phone and asked if I needed to place an order. I explained that I was trying to modify or even cancel an order due to a mistake I made. I was told that my order was already in the process of being sent out. I asked to speak to a manager and when she got on the line she was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I requested to speak to the owner since she stated business is a franchise.
