I give this place five stars because I've been to other Wingstop and it seems like their footage is not the same. The Customer Service here is excellent. The manager Adela runs her crew right everybody's always friendly. Great customer service. The food is always A1. This was New Year's Eve so I expected busy. I ordered at 330pm to pick up at 8:15. THIS IS AMPLE TIME! lol. I get there to a very covid unfriendly waiting area. Packed with no lines. Just a random mob. Essentially you kind of had to grab someone and ask if your order was done. Mine wasn't ready for 45 min after I asked. Mind you when I asked they said they would look and ignored me after they realized it wasn't done. Next. They called your name once, quietly,and then ran to the back before you could even pick it up. This happened with my order. It was annoying because I was paying attention but anyone towards the back wouldn't know their order was ready. Lastly like someone else said they were barely seasoned. I may as well have ordered plain wings. They were not very good. Avoid this location. I was so excited to have one really close by but I'm fine driving to the one off riverside or picking them up in highland off San Bernardino ave. Those places are great.
