The food at this Wingstop is great! It's freshly made chicken when you go to this one. But unfortunately you wait a long time. So I totally suggest calling in the order prior. While the staff didn't quit, they definitely were not hustling co widening how backed up they were. We placed an online order to be ready in 25-30 min. We were 25 minutes away. Arrived and walked into a sauna because their ac was out. Yes, that stinks and those are hard conditions, but I didn't get the impression. This was an isolated experience for this staff. After we waited another 35 minutes they finally got our order produced. This was after one Uber eats driver advised they had been there, 30-40 minutes for an order and another family came in 1 hour and 20 min later and it wasn't ready yet. They did manage to hook up their friend who kept complaining so that was nice for him. We finally got our food and left to eat on our tailgate to Ed ape the best in the store. The food was super fresh because we waited so long. The food was excellent and well seasoned and hot. The whole experience of the interaction and delay really put a damper as we were starving when we finally got anything to eat. The night shift on Thursday July 17th at 8:45 pm worst service ever, I had to unfortunately (was hungry) in uniform arrive and once inside there was some issue between an employee and I guess the shift manager back n forth verbally. Finally some one asked me if I was picking up an order or dinning in, I said dining in please. Okay . Well something happened in the kitchen and the young male that was going to get my order was abruptly replaced and put to bagging instead well I'm looking at this younger white female behind the counter because I'm ready to order, waited, nothing, nope she looked past me and a family came in just then and she proceeded to ask them how could she help them and took their order. I glanced at the what I'm assuming was the shift manager and whatever decided to walk out since it seems I wasn't wanted there. Then once inside my patrol car realized, damn I'm in uniform I wonder if that white female cashier clerk simply just hates the uniform and nothing personal but still I have never been treated like garbage in a restaurant ever. In or out of police uniform or back when I was in the military service all the years. Such disdain it's simply disgusting. I'm in my late 40's and ate in so many places all over... never have I ever been so mistreated like this. And as a supervisor I know I would have had corrected the situation then and there if it was one of my subordinates... not this place on this shift. Just left the new wingstop on North Market in Shreveport La. The service was terrible. One of the guys adding food to the sacks was putting food up to his nose sniffing it in front of customers. I guess he was trying to see what flavor it was. Then the same guy went out side to tell his family that his relief was late and came right back in and started back stuffing sacks with food and never washed his hands. Worst experience ever and then forgot our fries in the order and put 2 combos in the same boxed. Separated them with paper. He then was drinking something from a cup, I guess he saw something in his cup and stuck his hand in the cup and got it out and continued putting food in the bags.
