I immediately called the store and was told I could return after work to receive the five missing wings as flats. When I returned, staff initially refused to provide the missing wings or a refund, stating that I had "accepted" the incorrect order. I was later told they could give me five wings, but not flats, despite the fact that I paid for them. The interaction then became unprofessional. The employee was dismissive, rolled her eyes, and denied prior statements until another customer intervened and confirmed what was said. I was told, "It is what it is," which is unacceptable customer service. I was inconvenienced multiple times due to an error that was not mine. As someone who works in customer service leadership, I found the lack of accountability and professionalism extremely disappointing. I hope this location receives proper training and oversight.
