This is the worst Wing Stop location by far. Takes at least 30 minutes to get your order. Came in and there was no ice, no ketchup. Out of water cups, so they won't give you a regular cup for water. You can have a regular cup for $2.10 though. Then after 10 minutes in line again (caved and was gonna pay for the water cup) she ends up just giving the regular cup for free anyway. No paper towels. So a patron asked for another roll and the employee had the patron restock it. And by restock it, I mean literally having to unscrew the holder and restock it. Stay away. read more

Wish I could give them ZERO stars. I called in an order @5:25pm of 10 lemon pepper wings which was supposed to take 20 minutes. I get there at 5:45pm & pay for my order. I stand around 10 minutes too long while ppl keep getting food before me. I finally say excuse me, I called my order in over 30 minutes ago where is my food? Ordered food online and went 30 minutes later on my lunch break to pick it up, but they never checked their emails to see if they had any orders. I had to wait 20 extra minutes after walking in and having the cashier tell me "oh I'm sorry I forgot to check the email. Can you just tell me what you want? We'll make them now but it may take a while because we have "more" meat on our wings." The food is great here not a doubt but the service is terrible. Today my daughter placed an order for the mild boneless wings. She eats here on a regular. When I arrived to pick up the order, I was offered 5 free wings by the cashier. When I took the order to my daughter she stated that the 10 piece hardly had any sauce. I called back and spoke to a young lady who immediately inquired if I had an issue with my order. I explained to her what my complaint was and she asked me to hold. She came back shortly and stated that her manager said she was in the back when they prepared the order and stated they put light sauce now because people were making complaints. I told her I could understand but my daughter didn't have any issue with the heavy sauce. Secondly, the free wings had a generous amount. She asked me to hold again, then Desmond got on the phone with an apology. I told him I'd bring the order back if it was an issue. He displayed empathy and professionalism in his demeanor the entire cal. He stated that he wanted to apologize and replace the order, then asked was there anything else he could offer for the inconvenience. I told Desmond just handling this in a professional manner was more than I could ask. Then Desmond responded in a way you rarely hear anymore, he stated "anything for the customer" WOW! I just have to say that this is a 100% turnaround from the former owners. So disappointed. I placed an order online earlier in the day (about 3:30) for a 6pm pick up to take to a small event. I heard this place was slow but didn't have options nearby so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Arrived not too long after my scheduled pick up time to be given ice cold food. Not food that was semi warm but cold. Asked if they could fix the issue and the manager made a sly remark about my order being placed a while ago. I politely told him that just because an order was placed earlier, doesn't mean you make it right then and let it sit for 3 hours. He made the staff drop fresh wings but still. Wing flavor may be good (lemon pepper - the one most people buy) but I've learned the hard way, this restaurant is not customer friendly and not worth the experience...as a customer, the food is expensive for the portion sizes and in comparison to other "wing" restaurants with the same food choices ....if you want wings only they charge you nearly quadruple the price. Wth is that all about?!?!...the wings (wing DINGS btw) are good but not that good AND they're significantly smaller than other restaurants that sell wing dings...not worth the money nor effort you'll go thru to pass up all the other "wing" restaurants just as good, to get to these restaurants. ...when asked about the prices, the cashier said that's the owners way of pushing people into buying the combos vs. just the chicken....bad business! Worst experience ever. Management is nonexistent. They are always out of something. (Wings,Strips,Boneless,Rolls,Beverages) they rarely pick up the phone in less than 6 rings. You order online and they claim they didn't receive the order or worst you arrive to pick up your order and they tell you they don't have what you ordered. how about immediately calling back your customer and informing them you are unable to service them. I am very disappointed with this location. I call my order of 130 wings in at 3pm. The manager told me the order would be ready at 6:05pm. Order was not ready until 6:35pm. I can't understand mismanagement of the work flow. I really find it interesting that when their mismanagement gets me the stink eye from the staff because I have a problem with order not ready. The food here is amazing and the pop machine is fun.You can pick your soda or water, then add flavors to it. I've noticed as time has gone by that they are not as clean as they used to be and they are slllooooowwww. But the food is so good I'm going to go ahead and give it 5 stars. False advertising online says place closes at 12 midnight, I placed my order online at 11:05 pm, arrive to restaurant at 11:37 Pm, to be greeted by a team member outside asking me if im here to order or for pick up, I stated pick up, I get inside to be greeted by a team member behind the counter asking me the name for order, I say my name,team member cant find my ticket, team member tried getting the other three team members who were carrying on a conversation not paying attention just to get no response for help, team member behind counter finds my ticket, just to tell me "Oh Tony,I tried calling you to let you know that we are closed,the boss wanted us to close early" ,I had no missed calls in my call log, I was a general manager at restaurants before, and my maine focus was client satisfaction. I have been to this place multiple times as its right next to my work and I keep forgetting to review it. I am a big fan of wings and I think these are some of the best around. I like the different flavor options so you aren't stuck with just one kind and it keeps things new every time I go. The fries are so-so, they do the job required of them. Plus I can order online, get in and out, and back to my office in about 15 minutes. If you like wings, want to eat them at home, and are tired of Buffalo Wild Wings I recommend giving this place a try. read more

Second, my food didn't get cooking until 15 minutes later when another customer placed an order. Third, THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD. Love this place. The food is always fresh ... never just sitting out under a heat lamp. If you're in a hurry, I recommend ordering in advance, as it takes some time to create perfection. There are a wide variety of sauces and I've liked every one I've tried ... just depends on how adventurous you want to be. The staff busses the tables for you and keeps the place looking great. I will not purchase food at this location anymore. I placed an online order. As I was on my way to pick-up the order, I received a phone call that the store was out of the item that I ordered. I was also told that I need to drive to the location if I wanted my refund processed. I asked if I could get a credit for the inconvenience. They wrote my name in the book. A week later I called and placed an order only to be told they were out of tenders and boneless wings. Two weeks later, I placed another order and to my surprise the item was in stock. When I picked up my order, I was told they wouldn't honor my credit because 3 weeks had passed. When I explained that I called a week later after my original incident but they were out of food, they said it doesn't matter.
