The past 2 times I have come here I've ordered takeout, I walk in and place my order to go and wait inside. Both times I have waited over 30 min as they call names, they call everyone's names but always forget to somehow shout out my order but repeat other peoples names over and over but never mine not even once. It was my first time there. Ordered some food and took it home. When I first got there I told him it was my first time. He showed me the options and I chose my flavors. I got home and noticed the fries to be burmt....I thought maybe it was heavy seasoning, nope! Lost 2 stars because I ordered (and paid extra) for "all flats", but received a mixed bag of drumsticks and flats. Not a big deal, but when it comes to extra money it is frustrating. The wingstop app doesn't allow for reports on orders which is inconvenient. I was so excited when this location opened but it's been downhill since. I was a returning customer but not anymore. Every time I order there is always a mistake. It's not that hard to pack food neatly and get it out to customers. Bunch of idiots who works there. I ordered my food tonight on march 17th,2024. The cheese sauce spilled out (like they threw it in there) all over my food; made a mess. Forgot my side of carrots. They have one job and one job only. This location either needs smarter people who work there or get rid of them. I will not be coming here anymore. Been wanting to try Wingstop for a while. We finally went in last night and was greeted by ridiculously loud, blaring "music". Literally had to yell to communicate with the employee. As for the food, it was edible, but everything was overly sweet. Just because something is labeled handmade, or homemade, doesn't mean it is good. Even the french fries, didn't taste like french fries, they were like some weird sugar snack. This place is named wrong, it should be SUGARstop. Yuck. We wanted thighs, but they were "sold out." So we tried two different flavors of wings (they don't offer any other "food") both ridiculously sweet. We got a huge bag, because inside, everything was packed in folding styrofoam with lots of air space. Definitely a zero or one star location, but added an extra star because as an emergency, the chicken was (barely) edible. So we ate the chicken, finished the rolls (because we could dip into an other sauce) but had to throw out the fries. WAY too sweet. It was a unanimous decision, to never eat here again. If you want sugar go to Wingstop - I mean SUGARStop. Otherwise, go to Chick-fil-A or even McDonald's and get something WAY better better. read more

This has to be the worst Wingstop in America. Zero customer service in any way, the employees were wandering around talking to each other while no one is at the register. I checked in for an online order that they said wasn't ready, so I waited.. after almost ten minutes I got up for an update and the food had been bagged the entire time. Fries were cold and barely edible, the wings are undersauced every time and were also stone cold. The owner of this store should realize owning a franchise requires more than buying a successful brand. You have to do the things that made Wingstop successful in the first place. We won't be back, which is super disappointing because I literally petitioned corporate to build a Thousand Oaks location for years.. my disappointment is immeasurable, and my Friday night was ruined. read more

I used to come here a 2-3x a week but I'm coming less and less lately since the quality of the chicken wings (classic) is NOT the same as it used to be. The wings used to be meaty and fresh tasting and now I can barely get one bite of chicken per wing that is edible. Maybe they recently changed vendors? Takeout order Fries Wings Cajun, Louisiana Rub Very neatly packaged in bag. I appreciate the little slits on the box containing the wings, it prevents the wings from becoming too soggy. Fries were seasoned well but nothing too special. Because the size of the wings are large, I should have ordered well done. More tender IMO. The large size of the wings makes me think they use Randall Farms. I was a little disappointed with the Louisiana Rub because I was under the assumption they were a dry rub. These are tossed in a red sauce then dry rubbed. The description of dry rubs on their website is misleading. Same goes for their popular Lemon Pepper as well, it is actually tossed in a butter sauce before being dry rubbed. Sorry for the rant but that's not a dry rub in my opinion. I am also curious if this location will be serving thighs, which is a new Wingstop item. Lastly, this location is open late which is a plus. read more

My wife had a royal case of the munchies and was craving wings. Our normal place is up in Simi Valley and to far to make the drive worth while. I opted to give Wing Stop a try. They just opened a few weeks ago and are still working out the kinks / training, but overall I felt the food and prices make them a worthwhile option in the future. Compared to Wild Wings, the chicken pieces were much larger and appeared to be all white meat (we had boneless). The only knock is the flavors. I like blazingly hot/spicy wings. Their hottest wing, the atomic, would barely satisfy someone with a desire for that burn. Also, many of the flavors are a dry rub (vs a wet sauce), which was a bit of a let down. Give them a try. Note: they are following all expected covid protocols and I was impressed to see someone cleaning the lobby area the entire time I was there. read more
