First time here, completely pleased with everything! So good, it appears the wait staff and cashiers are all young people and they are the most polite and respectful! The food is fresh, and tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. I'm not a huge pizza fan but this BBQ Chicken pizza was delicious. Crust for me is always the deal breaker and this one was good. Not wanting to forget to Yelp-doing it while still here. Give them a try.

Friendly service, tasty BBQ, in a very casual atmosphere. Both inside and outside tables, plus table service. Mistakes fixed quickly and the food is worth any wait you may experience. Great iced tea too.

First timer here! My job got food catered to the office (SBC WH). The Tri tip and chicken were delicious! Loved the Mac & cheese and coleslaw. The bread rolls were so soft, some of the best I've tried. I definitely have to check out the restaurant in person. The food is great! Thank you Jeff (@ Zelsuvmi) for bringing us really good bbq.

Yummy food, attentive staff, quick service and cute decor! We had a half tri tip and half pulled pork sandwich, so good and the bbq sauce is delicious! Mac and cheese is good, just needed a little salt/pepper. Orion rings are gigantic!

Wow, I had such a great first experience here! Super welcoming worker right when we entered the restaurant who offered us help right away for any questions or suggestions. The place felt homey & had nice vintage photos up as well. My eyes were set on trying the Pork Ribs & I'm really glad I did! Flavorful & even better with their Bbq sauces. I'm a sucker for variety & appreciated I could try them all varying spices because each table had condiments. I enjoyed switching from the Lightly Spicy to Hot Bbq & vice versa. The sweet potatoes fries were perfectly cooked to a nice crisp. A worker offered me their ranch with it & omg it was a life changer! The flavors meshed really well together, sweetness from the fries, yet tanginess of the ranch, yum! Garlic rolls were delightful & mac salad kept things refreshing. This was really filling and portions are just. Amazing food and spectacular service, keep it up!

I went to Ranch Hand BBQ this weekend and it was great. We were welcomed and all our questions were answered genuinely and by a very friendly and helpful staff member. We ordered brisket, tri-tip and pulled pork sandwiches, potato salad, coleslaw and the ever non-negotiable, corn bread muffins. I had the brisket, it was soft, Smokey and had great flavor. My husband loved the tri-tip, his bbq meat of choice, he said it was excellent. My son had the pulled pork- he said it was great. The original bbq sauce was well balanced- not too sweet or tangy, I really liked it. But let me say a few words of praise for the bread- I often have issues with the bread used on bbq sandwiches, but these lacked all the issues of other bbq spots- the bread was sturdy, never got soggy (even today for the leftover half of my sandwich), but it wasn't dry at all- which is almost always a problem with bread at bbq spots. The bread also had good flavor, its own highlight (rarely ever experienced in these types of casual bbq spots). That was a long description, but hey, it's a personal pet peeve and I couldn't been happier with the sandwich. I liked the potato salad, no big raw chunks of onion, not too saucy/wet, but good flavor and nice big chunks of potato. The coleslaw flavor was good, a little too wet for my personal tastes- but I'd get it again. My family are obsessed with cornbread muffins- it's a whole thing... we loved them! Again, not dry at all, but also not gooey and undercooked, which you sometimes can get at places. They were not overly sweet, they were serve, served with butter and honey, which my kids used their entire honey packets - because, well, kids. We ate there, the restaurant is casual and comfortable enough, decorated kind of cute. We had two staff come over to check on how our meal was. Absolutely planning to go back, and even possibly do catering. I recommend it!

Order meals without the rolls. The BBQ is wonderful, try the beef ribs and steamed veggies as a side. The Tri Tip and hot links are wonderful too.

Unfortunately upon walking in I was informed they ran out of giftcards. Definitely a bummer that at the height of the holiday season they aren't stocked and lost some easy money. Also inconvenient for me as I had to run to another store. Lastly, I appreciate when businesses put a sign on the front door that they are out of something, I understand they don't have to do this, but I've seen other businesses do it and it's really helpful. For example, a sign saying "systems are down cash only" or "out of gift cards", etc. It would've just been nice to know before I went inside and ordered the sandwich because had I known upfront that they didn't have the gift cards I would have waited to ordered food at their other location. Hence docking a star. Otherwise this isn't a bad location and it's definitely clean inside and they serve up a classic tasty sub sandwich. Staff have always been friendly here and nice overall. The gal that made my sandwich today was a good active listener and crafted my sandwich to perfection. Truly jersey mikes are a super solid sub! I love the fresh sliced deli meat and the toppings. Bread is always fresh which is a must. Overall the sandwiches here are 5 stars in my books for a chain sandwich spot. Other comments are just that this location is pretty small. It's a bit cramped inside and when you come during rush hours it can feel a little squished. I keep in mind to come to this location before the rush, otherwise I go closer to home to one of their more spacious properties. If you're not dining in it's not a big deal but just worth noting because even today with myself and another customer inside it feels crowded. Happy to at least have this option when I'm on this side of town. Nice staff, clean facilities and a good bite.

Lol (Dad Jokes FTW) Now, let's all 'relish' in this moment ;) Well thankfully for you, all further Dad jokes shall cease immediately. Ok, just one more.... Let's get into the 'bread and butter' of this review. --------Dad jokes shall not pass this line-------- Speaking of being in a Pickle.... I seem to find myself at Pickles Deli & Restaurant in Newbury Park every time someone in our household is under the weather. Sure, DayQuil & Nyquil are great. And a nap in a dark room does wonders. But who feels like going to the kitchen when you feel like you've been run over by a bus to make yourself or someone in your family food when you just want to lay down and sleep. *Pickles Deli to-go counter has entered the chat* Yes! There is just something about Pickles house made chicken noodle soup that will make everything better! Pro Tip: Squeeze some from fresh lemon to give it a zing all while adding a little boost of Vitamin C. This along with their complimentary bagel Crisps and a big cup of their fountain sprite/7up and you will get you back to your old self in no time! Of course, Pickles Deli and restaurant is more than just their delicious chicken noodle soup from their to-go counter when you are not at your best. They also serve up Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner daily where you can get your expected Deli specialties such as lox and latkes for breakfast or their corned beef, pastrami, and beef brisket sandwich's for lunch and/or dinner just like at a true New York delicatessen. Yes, they've also got house made matzo ball soup! Of course, these are just the specialities, so be prepared as their menu has a wide range of items that will make everyone in your parties belly smile. And after you are all done stuffing your face with all of the savory stuff, be sure to stop at their glass case line to grab a sweet treat for the way out. So......... The next time you are in a Pickle... You can always go to your Dad and pray that he gives you some sound advice (or maybe just a Dad joke to at least make you smile)... But after that, bring him or whoever is willing to join, to Pickles Deli and enjoy a good, hearty meal that will be sure to temporarily help you forget about that pickle you're in. ***Dedicated to my late Father whose witty humor always made me laugh. Love ya Dad!***

Service is prompted with water as well as an explanation of some of the items on the menu, which is great if you're new to the menu items. I ordered the spring rolls and the pho special which were promptly served with very clean plates and bowls. Moreover, the utensils are also ultra clean with the chop sticks which are sealed in a paper packet. I found the food very easy on the eye and tasty, with extra veggies added if you need it, such as mint etc. Seating arrangements is also very good with a nice mix of seats and table sets. Overall I think Viet Kitchen Saigon seems very comfortable and clean and the food is very good. The restaurant is very conveniently located just off the freeway with ample parking in a large strip mall with a gas station nearby so it's a perfect (safe) place to rest up if you're commuting or on a day trip. Prices are also very reasonable so I'm sure you'll be happy with the value for money.

The food coming out of the kitchen is still fresh, hot, and well-prepared, which is the most important thing, and still five-star in their category of dining places. However, during our last two visits, despite not being crowded at all (we tend to arrive just before 5 PM after medical appointments in the area), the dining room isn't being kept "sparklingly clean" as I've noted in previous reviews. Am not sure if the manager has changed, but I would like to recommend that they revisit the policy of sending someone around in the dining room to clean the tabletops after guests leave. There are always going to be random crumbs, and possibly sticky areas left after people finish eating. Spraying down and wiping those tabletops keeps up a fresher appearance for the restaurant. I've also noticed that in the bench seating that stray items like straw wrappers have been left behind and not thrown away by either a previous guest, or by an employee. These are small things in the big picture, but if you want to achieve high marks from customers, you pay attention to to those small things. Farmer Boys' motto is "Farm Food Ain't Fast Food". It's also not inexpensive food. Making a meal a combo definitely adds to the price. In these days of higher prices for everything, a saving grace is to have / use their app. We achieve discounts or free food on almost every visit, and that helps us keep coming back. Please keep a better eye on cleaning up tables, and we'll start ringing the customer satisfaction bell again.
