I've only been here in person a few times, but I placed my first delivery order yesterday. My husband, however, has been coming here for years and has ordered lunch to his job many times, where I've often joined him. First and foremost, this place is perfect for just about anything you're craving. The customer service is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it truly feels like a hidden gem. They offer a huge variety of food, and the prices are hard to beat. For example, the chili cheese fries are only about $6 and the soup is around $5 both portions are generous, filling, and well worth the price. We've tried several items over the years, including sandwiches, burritos, and salads, but the tuna melt is by far my favorite. They also have an amazing selection of desserts and snacks, so there's always something new to try. I also want to mention the delivery service. When I ordered to my office for the first time yesterday, it arrived incredibly fast and was still hot literally steaming when I opened it. That level of quality and care really stands out. Who would have thought a little cafe would exist in the middle of an industrial park that offers inside dining, outside patio dining and take out? This is such a place. Stopped by just before lunch hour and there was no wait. Literally , we were the only ones there at the time. Folks working behind the counter were courteous, taking the time to answer our questions. My friend ordered the bbq chicken salad, which she said was delicious and quite large. I I ordered the veggie burrito which came with a side, so I chose coleslaw. Food was ready before we could blink. Yes, just that fast! Next time, I would request a little less dressing in my wrap as I prefer it on the dryer side. Ample parking in the industrial complex with two spaces specifically out front for the Cafe. I went a little off menu when I went here. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros in breakfast burrito form with added bacon, and it might just be the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. The crispy bacon was perfectly chopped, the eggs were fried to perfection, just like traditional Huevos Rancheros. The burrito was packed with creamy avocado, tangy sour cream, melted cheese, salsa ranchera, and hearty beans. It's an easy 10/10--I'll definitely be getting this again! I have frequented this establishment twice now for breakfast once happened to be today and I took my daughter with me. Now I have not experienced much on the menu both times I went. I had the same thing breakfast burrito with bacon, eggs, potatoes, and cheese side of salsa and pico de gallo. The coffee was good and I noticed it was peerless which is a brand I often buy from Smart And Final and I find it to be of good quality , and I like it, my daughter got the same thing today only she opted for a soda to go with her burrito. We both enjoyed this immensely it was, and they made it in a very expedient manner, what I like about this place there were just a few of us inside. It's a no nonsense establishment Clean, organized and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The salsa and pico de gallo were fresh and tasty. It happens to be five minutes from my house and the menu is fair and affordable. It is now my go to my plan is to venture out and try the lunch menu next.. Completely disappointed by today's order at Justine's Cafe. I ordered a Santa Fe omelette and wanted to add another "custom" omelette with just ham, mushrooms, and cheese. When I picked up my order, I was charged for another Santa Fe omelette with additional charges for ham and mushrooms for the second omelette. In the end, I ended up paying for a $13 omelette that I didn't want. If you are getting work done at Caliber Motors , West Coast Auto repair, this place is right across the street. A wide variety of tast food. The vegetale wrap was made with fresh ingredients. I like Justine's for breakfast. I always order the same thing. Egg white veggie omelette. It's so delicious. They fill it with lots of veggies. The broccoli is crisp and the veggies seem fresh. I like to call in my order and pick it up on my way to work. On the occasion when I don't have time to stop I will have my order delivered. My food is always hot and delicious. The delivery is always prompt. The prices here are great. My omelette is under $7. They have breakfast and lunch and are open Monday -Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm only. Delivery hours are 8-3 only. There is a $10 minimum order for delivery. Delivery is only within 2 miles to business locations only. The location is hidden in a business center on Thousand Oaks Blvd and Via Colinas. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for you sit and enjoy your breakfast or lunch. Not good! Worse that than, when we called to tell them, they offered no compensation or replacement! What horrible customer service! Probably won't go back. They should know better than that. Justine's burritos are huge ! I usually get (already ordered for me) a sausage and bacon burrito. They have egg potatoes and cheese. They are so filling that with half I am fully satisfied. Their prices are phenomenal for the food you get ! Recently I got an order of French toast with scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. (Keep in mind I didn't order). Daily specials are posted on Twitter and their website. A friend and I split a TUNA MELT (tuna, swiss cheese, sourdough) and a GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST MELT (grilled chicken breast, swiss cheese, sourdough and added avocado). $5 for a massive burrito loaded with yummy stuffs made me a happy girl today. It wasn't anything trendy or exotic, just pure comfort wrapped in a warm, soft, flour tortilla. Inside was a hearty portion eggs, melty cheddar, griddled potatoes (think O'Briens minus the peppers & onions), meat of choice (ham, bacon, sausage or chorizo) and a side of homemade pico de gallo. I opted for sausage & it didn't disappoint! For some people it might be somewhat lacking in the sausage department but for me, the ratio of ingredients was perfect. Next time I'll try the chorizo breakfast burrito. Today's lunch special was nachos (ground beef, refried beans, nacho cheese, sour cream & some other ingredients I'm spacing out on at the moment) served over homemade tortilla chips. I almost went back for lunch but the 3/4 of the burrito I had for breakfast kept me full most of the day. A couple weeks ago I went to their website & was happy to see that this little local spot posts updates of their specials & they also provided holiday hours. I thought it was a nice touch. The staff was friendly & efficient - timing to get three breakfast burritos was about 5-7 minutes. They also have a good selection of chips, drinks, etc... Oh and they have packets of Tapatio...love that! My employer just moved into an office nearby so I'll be back to try more things. I'm especially looking forward to the chili burger combo, the tuna melt lunch special and the nacho lunch special.
