wing stop is such a classic when you want late night delicious tenders! i am not a huge fan of their wings unless i can get them all flats, but the tenders are incredible! my choice is the mango habenero. i like the tenders dry and then dip them in the wing sauce. follow up with their signature ranch. make sure you get extra! the service is fast, and the inside is always clean and well kept. read more

Such a shame - when right the wings are excellent. They never (8x) have gotten my order right. Either no sauce or no veggies or no corn or wrong amounts. You can not get a call in I sent an email never heard back. I finally went in to pick up (forgoing delivery) ordered online. got a text that order is ready- went in waited 15 mins. This time the chicken was awful like scrawny burnt just off. And the wrong flavors- a small veggie not large. I've been driving past here for awhile and decided to order ahead and pick up. The app was easy to use. Once I got inside I knew I made the wrong decision the inside was so dirty. The wings were good but we didn't get what we ordered. We ordered a mixed 15 piece and got mixed but not the flavors we asked for. Half the order was just plain wings, disappointing! There were many more drums than flats and we were expecting half and half. The side fries were mushy with minimal seasonings. Went inside to order because ordering on the website was confusing. The person who took the order seemed like they were brand new and they were confused too. I want to order one more time because I'd like to try the flavors we didn't get and the wings were actually crispy and done well. We recently started ordering here after trying it so it's been about 4x now , one time had to go back 3 times because our order was wrong. How hard is it to get a two people meal right? (I work in the service industry it's not hard). All of the workers are miserable, if you don't like your job quit. I ordered yesterday and whoever took my order was rude , didn't speak just stared at me waiting to take the order so when I started giving it to them they cut me off and said "well I need your name" they read back the order , it was wrong so I corrected them , checked the bag while in the restaurant and it was STILL wrong the person aggressively threw the wrong item behind him and handed my the correct item. Ate here twice, both times were just terrible. If something is missing from your order the manager rips through another to go order to throw random containers in it to offset what's missing. The game of Russian roulette starts, could get containers of wings, fries or even veggies. If it's still wrong it's some how your fault. Was blamed for that. The food is pretty good here, but i have a problem with this place. I have been here several times, and every time i order i feel like i'm bothering the staff. They ask you "can I help you" - then i start to place my order and they interrupt me and say "can i have a name for the order, then i have to start over. Its sooooo annoying. Then they rush you through the order. Its like they are not even listening. They just want to get your order so fast and they mess it ip all the time. And why don't they have garbage cans? Wings are messy to eat. My table is covered with dirty napkins and i have no where to throw them away. One last thing - soggy fries. I cant imagine anyone likes soggy fries. Their fries are always a little soggy. Why cant they leave them in the fryer until they are done? Strike 1...first time ever eating their food...downloaded the app to order...surprised I did not receive a discount in my welcome email...app was super easy to use...picked up the food, and my fries were not in a to go container and placed right on top of the boxes of wings...the regular seasoned fries were too soggy and salty for my liking...ordered blue cheese dressing and got ranch. The boneless wings WERE tasty, got lemon pepper for one order and mild for order #2. They are tastier than Buffalo Wild Wings. I will give them another shot to try the regular wings. read more

Had the absolute worst experience ever the other day. The place is disgusting. Floors, Tables, bathroom. No ice was in the soda machine. There was a 45 minute wait even if you were dining in which makes no sense. Figure out a system to separate the doordash orders and the people that come in to eat lol it's not rocket science. But I could see why such a long wait when the young staff is sitting there running around dancing with there friends not doing there job when one person is in the back (manager) who clearly can't manage. Writing my review as we are waiting for our food for about 40 mins now. They did tell me when I first ordered it would be about a 20 minute wait but it is now double that. I'm not sure I understand why a "fast food" wing joint takes so long to fry up 26 wings and 3 orders of fries (3 orders) This is the second time I've been here and it's the same crap experience. I got there at 6:05 ) I told her my name and told her I ordered online. She said it's probably not ready. she went to talk to someone. I figured it was to check on my order but she was worried about leaving at 6. And said she had to go. She come back and I asked if she could check on my order . She tells me it's not my time. So I came back in at 6:15 they said it's still not ready. Who I would assume is the manager said it would be ready when it's done. Just want to start this off by saying that I really do like Wingstop. It's a place me and my friends love to go almost every Friday night. Lol. Our experience tonight, however changed our opinions forever. I ordered online and got a simple 20 piece combo, 10 Louisiana rub, 10 Lemon Pepper Knicks, all boneless. A large Cajun Corn and a soft drink(remember this its important) accompanied our wings, nothing out of the usual as we order the same thing each week. As we arent saucy wing enjoyers, our faces were gobsmacked to see that the dry rub wings we ordered were soaking in oil, moist to the touch, we gagged as the ranch couldn't even stick to the less than room temp chicken. Instantly, we looked towards the corn for some hope, met with icy cold corn our hopes were once again crushed. This experience was awful, not to mention the soft drink we PAYED FOR online could not even be filled because the machine was out of order. Safe to say I wont be coming back anytime soon. read more

i am a huge fan of wingstop, when i first tried it i lived in texas and i was in love! it became my favorite fast food spot as they have a variety of flavors & so many other options! i was so disappointed when i moved here and there wasn't any wingstop around :( when they opened up about a year ago i was so excited to try there food again. i quickly remembered how much i loved wingstop the minute i had my food. the fries were fresh, tasty, and when i tasted the wings they were crispy, juicy, & delicious!!!!! i ended up coming in today 7/29 because they had a promo where you would get free wings. long story short when i came in and checked my meal i realized that i had accidentally ordered a regular fries instead of a large and i was so disappointed. i asked the girl behind the counter if she could just charge me the difference and get me a large if that was okay and she told me not to worry about it and gave me a new order. her customer service was amazing! the store was very busy with a whole lot of orders and she would call out the names of the pick up orders to make sure it was a quick experience for everyone. i didn't get her name but she made sure this was one of my best experiences at this specific wingstop. thank you again for all the wonderful service! read more
