This is the worst place I've ever been for wings. They tell you they make the wings fresh and after I received my order after 3 minutes when I was told it would be 15 and my food was hard and cold, they did nothing to fix the problem. Also I ordered mango haberero and asked if they had given me the wrong order because they weren't hot at all and his response was sometimes the flavor doesn't stick with the wings. Try this place last night for the first time had the hot spicy wings woke up this morning sicker than crap

They are getting 1 star because yelp makes you give them a star. This the only Wingstop in the city & they can not handle it. The wait time no matter when you order is always 1 hour. You show up on time , or when you get the message it is ready & you food will be lukewarm & light on the sauce and or seasoning. I have come to expect that is how the do business, but my kids like it. But the incompetence is too much I place an order using the app, after I paid it advised it would over 1 hour before it would be ready. You can't cancel on the app you have to call the store, I did within seconds of placing it. Employee says they don't know how to cancel orders only managers can & there isn't one there, but she will leave a note, give it 3 days to post. nothing call back day 4, no manager again. Please give more time, call 3 we will have the manager call you, nothing. . Call again , get the manager, who says only district managers can give a refund. One more week, call back manager says she will call the district manager again. I get an email saying my account would be credited. They Fuqing CHARGED me!!!!! Guess what no manager available & they can not give out the district managers information. And the corporation does not offer customer service. AVOID this location at all cost!!! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Placed my order online only to get there when it said it would be ready and it wasn't. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes on top of that. Then I see an employee that chatting to a friend that came into work to talk to her as others were actually working. And as I'm waiting she continues to talk to her and finish her conversation and then get back to the order. When she handed me my food, I mentioned that in no way was what she handed me a large fries with my combo order. She then gave me an attitude and smirked at me for saying that. I've been Wingstops before and the large fries is much more than what she claimed was a large. Her name was Destiny and she needs a serious check in about proper customer service and remembering, "the customer is always right". I had to wait awhile but that doesn't bother me. It's not fast food. It's a restaurant. I would rather wait awhile for good quality food than it coming out 5 minutes later tasting like crap. Fresh food is better. You get what you pay for. It's a new restaurant in the Vancouver area. It's new, it will take time.. you guys can't really expect a new place and it be up to par as well as other food places. The food was excellent. All fresh. Just as I wanted. For starters the wait was 35 minutes. I asked for no breading since I'm on the keto diet. Sure they say. I get home and the wings are covered in breading! I peel the breading off and find a square chicken nugget. Will I go back? No. Do I recommend it to others..sure if your into chicken nuggets. read more

My vast yearning for wings was wide awake when I saw the sign. Which I thought was simply wings. It is probably a good thing for my pocket book and what is left of my waist that I wasn't wowed by these wings. I would think there could be a way to speed the cooking process and still be safe to eat. Several people came back with orders that weren't filled correctly and they left satisfied. I got just wings, no sides, and a tub of very mild blue cheese for 99 cents additional. Wings with bone-in were good sized and fully done, just a little tougher than I like. The buffalo sauce was generic and if I return I will try another flavor. I was warned that sugar as well as salt is sprinkled on the fries, information that kept me from trying those. Celery and carrots sticks, potato salad, and rolls are available. They need to consider a specialty sauce of the week to attract those of us who like to try new flavors. read more
