Ordered online my order was not correct so I called the store and they said that they put pepperoni but there was no pepperoni and to make it worse the other two toppings were so scarce that I thought they gave me a cheese pizza. I see that these problems happen at this location so stay away. This should be a ZERO star review. First, I placed and paid for an order online on 11/4. I found out my husband already had other dinner plans so called the store to cancel. Was told she couldn't refund my payment, but she would cancel the order and I had to go through the online process for refund. I immediately tried to reach out through their "customer contact" portal, requesting refund. No response. About a week later, I reached out again through their portal. Nothing. I have tried again today, at about 4:30 this morning. It's now almost noon and I STILL have not gotten any response to any of the three messages I've sent. I ordered 2 of the mostest pepperoni pizza. As you can see with my pictures I placed on their site, the pizza's were not the mostest. Photos under Joan Griffith. One photo was 2 pieces on a paper plate. Not enough pepperoni on that picture and a picture I posted of a full pizza shows low amounts of pepperoni in the center. I am totally disappointed with the making of the pizza. I have bought pizzas from them numerous times that were great but now I am thinking of going elsewhere for my pizza cravings. My family and I usually order from this location. We ordered this evening at around 4:20 pm on 10/2/2021, it was horrible. The pizza was hard, with barely any cheese or sauce and the whole thing was so greasy. There is no customer service and it seemed to get worse over time. I would say maybe a couple of employees are polite. If they don't care about customers I can only imagine what they do to the food. We pretty much have given up on eating out, it's 98% of the time a bad experience. So much for supporting local businesses. We will never return. read more

Store hours online and on the actual business are posted that they are open at 9:30 pm on Monday. It should actually be changed to 9:25pm since we walked with another customer being served and we were told they were closed. When we said the sign said 9:30 the employee said it was after 9:30 and we said no it's not we still have 4 minutes till 9:30 which then they decided to keep denying us service. read more

First review! Little Caesars is bomb! $8 for a large pizza that's ready the moment you walk through the door? Win. This place is always frantically busy. Works to my benefit, though. The manager usually gives free stuff to people who get stuck waiting for their custom pizza order. The last time I was there, I walked out with 4 free sauces, breadsticks, and a soda. The pizza is affordable and I think it's really delicious. It's certainly not gourmet, but I grew up on this stuff so it's nostalgic for me. read more

Do you know what pizza is supposed to taste like? Little Caesars doesn't. This pizza (I don't know how they can get away with calling it pizza) is great for children. Its very affordable. So if taste is not a concern, then save yourself some cash. Buy it for the kids, then get something else for the adults. read more

The employee told me my pizza would be ready in 5 minutes and I was in a hurry so this was great. 20 minutes later I still don't have my pizza and once I get it i asked the employees why it took so long and they were very rude. They told me they can't control how fast the oven bakes it but they told me it would be ready in 5 min. I then tried it once more a few months later and the pizza was barely cooked and not even cut how it should be and when I grabbed a piece out of the box it fell apart. You know what you're going to get here food wise, so my review is on the service. Every time I visit, there are a few employees (a girl and a couple guys) that have been there a fairly long time who are always so nice. Even when they are busy they are kind and do their best to get orders out quick and keep wait times as low as possible. read more

This has been my go-to pizza place forever, and I've had years of experience through this particular location. Every single time I come in, I am greeted cheerfully by the staff no matter the time of day, and helped immediately. Lines are never long, service is quick and accurate, and prices are amazing (not like their pizza competitors). The new pretzel pizza is my ABSOLUTE favorite pizza now, and I'm always craving that cheesy, salty goodness. The only complaint I have for the resraurant is their hours-- only because I often dream about this pizza later than 9 and 10 pm. When you enter you can smell pizza cooking and feel air conditioning if the weather is warm outside. I ordered a pizza to eat. There is a pinball game you can play while you wait. If you win you get two bouncy balls. Some of the balls have the little Caesars logo on them. Others have various colors. The floor is vinyl tile. You can see into the kitchen in the back. There's a big picture of pizza with pale pepperoni to the left when you walk in. The tomatoes in the picture have droplets of water on them. There are bottles of soda for sale in a refrigerated case. Second once I placed my order I had to wait over 30 minutes for 2 pepperoni pizzas and a crazy bread after the employee told me it would be a 10 minute wait. While waiting I seen the employee making pizzas with no gloves. I only put one star because no stars were not an option.... I just had the most ridiculous experience at this location and it's not the first time ! The manager is completely rude and disrespectful! I ordered 3 pizzas over the phone and the person on the phone was horrible at taking my oreder but I ordered and she said only 5 min, but I knew that would be impossible on this night so we waited 10 min to leave . Got there asked for our call in ordered paid and then just waited 15 more min and still had nothing , finally we asked what was going with our pizza and the manger yelled at me and told me I'm yelling when really we were not, I WA s actually born deaf and no body was hearing me or would stop and answer my question ! Ok, I get it! It's cheap Pizza! It is very good pizza. However I've been here twice now (as I am new to the area) and both times there were no hot and ready pizzas. I had a 15-20 min wait each time. Staff was friendly. These places are typically small so to have aom many people waiting is not very easy. I would recommend Friday and Saturday nights between 5pm and 7pm you have some pizzas ready. This place would have received 4 stars but I just couldn't do it do to lack of being prepared. Good staff otherwise. read more
