I've never been a big fan of Papa John's pizza but I actually really like the 3rd Way location. Staff are incredibly welcoming and my order is always hot and fresh. When I came to the counter no one was there. I couldn't see any employees anywhere. Finally, a man came from the back of the store and said are you here for pick up. I told him yes and told him my name. He said OK we haven't even made those yet. I said why not. And he said oh, we just didn't hear the order come through. Well, the music was playing so loud that makes plenty of sense. It was blaring rap music- I could barely understand what he was saying. Yesterday, we spent over 80 dollars on three gross pizzas ! in past the Pizza at this location was good but now its at the bottom of the pizza chain scale. The sausage was at best, a low grade breakfast sausage and glob of cheese tasted old. It looked someone had thrown the toppings into a pile without even trying cutting the crust after being cooked. I don't usually give bad reviews in fact I don't remember the last time I left a bad review. I felt I needed to in this situation though. The other day I ordered two pizzas to be delivered contactless online. The order included 6 and change delivery fee and a 5 dollar tip. When the pizza was delivered the driver came to the door and rang the bell and had my daughter sign the receipt which did not include the tip on it and had a message that the drivers work for tips please tip, so she tipped 5 on there resulting in a $10 tip. That 5 was added to the other 5 when the transaction was finished. I called to get that 5 taken off and they claimed to not to be able to take it off but that I could come in and get it. If I wanted to go in would I have paid over $11 to have it delivered? This is fraud. Long story short check your receipts and bank statements if you order from these people. read more

Just tossed most of a medium pizza in the trash. While the delivery was on time and the delivery kid was nice, that was the only good part of this order. Pizza was cold, the only toppings I could identify were the roma tomatoes and the onions. Canadian bacon and sausage were supposed be there. No sausage at all and very little bacon. Cold, overcooked crust. Also the small wing order was cold and tasteless. Will never try them again. read more

We come here at least 3 times a month, everything is good about this place! Customer service is always good (well, except for the older man, sometimes he's not in a good mood) but everyone else is very nice. The offers they send via email or text are always great, great prices, plus you get a free pizza for every 25 points. Pizza is good, and the kids love it! read more

I have been going to this Papa John's (on 3rd Way) for years, that is until my last experience. I got really bad food poisoning from their sausage pizza. When I called the next day to speak to the owner/manager, he said remarked to me "How do I know you are not making it up?" Seriously?!!! I told him I do not need to stoop that low for a free pizza (replacement). I was not asking for my money back. I only asked if they would be more careful in making sure their employees wash their hands and wear gloves! When I went their, none of the employees making pizza were wearing gloves! Needless to say, "The Jerk", as I now call that manager of this location, would not even replace it for me, even though I told him I had been ordering from them for years. I ended our conversation with letting him know that I would never order from this location again, as well make sure to let everyone I know the bad experience I had. Apparently, each location is its own franchise, but who cares? This is just down right RUDE and horrible customer service!!! This was several years ago and looking by the low reviews, apparently the owner and/or business manager hasn't changed. I like many of the people on here have delt with the owner Jim. Do NOT go to this location! I have been a faithful customer and order from here roughly once a week. Never issues or problems. Tonight we ordered 3 pizzas and an order of bread sticks. One of the pizzas was still very doughy through out the pizza. My husband called and was told he was lying and the franchise manager (Jim) didn't believe him and wouldn't do anything about it. I then took the pizza physically over to the location and he still told me he didn't believe me (with the pizza in his face). I then proceeded to show him that it was doughy and he still told me "I don't believe you and i'm not doing anything for you." He also told me he didn't want my businessd. I am rating this location a 1 star rating because on New Years day we placed an order for two pizzas for delivery and had horrible customer service. We placed our order, gave them our address and the order was good to go. 20 minutes after we placed our order they called us and said they couldn't deliver to our address. We live close! Instead of having good customer service or even telling us we can pick up, they cancelled our order and told us to call 4th plain. An hour and a half later we received our pizza. We're located in the middle of both locations. What a horrible experience. We move their pizza, and usually pick up. But we had guests at our house for the Rose Bowl and didn't want to drive and pick up. Don't count on their delivery service. read more

I only use pizza chains for deals, so when they don't have them (their specials are also atrocious compared to neighboring locations), there's no point in going to them. This place is the only place that will deliver to my new house. I never knew that literally moving .3 miles away would change anything, but nobody will deliver to old evergreen hwy. I could see if i was a long way off of ellsworth or 164th to access my house, but im literally 100 ft off of one of these roads. Papa johns behavior this eve, has now left me with zero options for delivery of pizza. I ordered my pizza at 710, with an expected delivery time of 35-40 mins...at 823 i called to see what was up. They messed up and put my order in carry out. Also my price for the pizza went up by 4 bucks. No were sorry..no let me give you a discount..no free food (as now they are delivering my 1.5 hr old pizza, or im waiting over 2 hrs for them to make a new one.) What ever happened to customer service?! What happened to good management? These people should be kissing our asses, when the pizza is basically average to begin with. Until this purchase, March 21, I was happy with this place. On this occasion I paid for extra sauce for the 50 chicken wings. When my order arrived I asked if the sauce was in the bag and was told they were in there. After the driver left and I looked they had not included the extras I had paid for. I understand mistakes happen and it really wasn't a big deal to me UNTIL I Called. The gentleman did not want to bring the rest of the sauce. When I insisted they deliver what I had paid for he said the driver would be right back with it. I waited 25 minutes and he didn't return. I Called again and the young lady said he had left 15 min ago. It was another 15 min, so 40 min later, and the driver shows up. First he said he had just left to come back. When I told him his work had said he left long ago he changed to say he had other deliveries. I have spent a lot of money with them over the last several years and then they treated me like this. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Mistakes happen but it's how we handle them that we are judged by. This place treated me as if they could have cared less they made me wait 40 extra minutes to get the rest of my order and they flat out lied to me. I'm tired of businesses who act like they are some how doing me a favor by taking my hard earned Money. At least pretend you appreciate I had chosen to spend my money with you. read more

I do not reccommended this place to anyone that lives west of Super-Walmart on Mill Plain Blvd. Apparently they do not deliver on that side of the free-way even though its less than 2 miles away... As this the first experience of mine with this particular Papa John's, I will not go there from here on. It seems ridiculous to me that 1.7 miles for a delivery order cannot be done.
