Rude staff. Long wait. Missing stuff from my order. The guy cleaning is spraying walls above the food. I called ahead because it's been a very long day at work and I have to be back early in the morning... instead of calling me back to tell me they can't make what I want they wait for me to get there to see what else I'd like... they "cannot make garlic hot anymore" why? Terrible terrible. Ordered dinner online for delivery during these hard times. We received a text that it was out for delivery, then a text that it had been delivered. We never received anything. Waited half an hour to finally speak to somebody who switched the blame to Door Dash. Door dash is supposedly taking the food and then not delivering it. Be careful when dealing with door dash. Wingstop is like the dmv. At least this one is. Waiting in line to grab your food is like watching the time on a clock. They are either fully staffed with people doing nothing for their minimum wage or under staffed to the point where there's no hope in getting warm food. The food is good enough, nothing to write home about, but good. However, the service gets consistently worse, especially when it comes to answering the phone. I try to call my orders in, because the kitchen is pretty slow. Only problem is, if they do answer the phone you will get put on hold and probably hung up on. Or, they will simply leave you hanging in telephone limbo, never to be answered again. I've been a fairly consistent customer but I'm going to give this place a break from my money until it can change it's attitude. read more

Waited 30 min for food that was FORGOTTEN about. Today I went into Wingstop with my roommate for lunch. We had arrived 10min at least before the high school crowd got out for lunch as that was our plan. At first after ordering it was ok just started to wait, then Online order after online order at (least 12) came in and left with full orders within a span of 15 min or so all kids from the high school ordered who after us in mobile order were getting their orders. Im 7 months pregnant ,literally only wanted wings and nothing else had to wait over 30 min before my TOGO order was fulfilled And that's AFTER I had to hand over MY COPY of the receipt because the staff had "misplaced" mine. No apology, but staff passing the blame from one to the next in front of me while now re waiting for my food to be given to me. Which took all of 4 minutes. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Been here one other time and didnt enjoy it, but my son wanted wings from here. The guy at register was really nice and patient. Tried the full flavor fix, and it took about 20 min for them to "fully" kill the chicken wings. They came out all sucked up by overcooking that they looked as if they had been re fried from a previous day. They tried the boneless ones I ordered and said ...."so they are chicken nuggets with sauce?" At least they're real meat chunks. It would be nice for a trash, even though they come out, sometimes trash sits there for a while and putting used trash across same counter as fresh food. Hope for a better experience. As soon as you walk into the restaurant you can feel the tension! The customer service of Rosemary is absolutely horrible! Not only was rosemary's attitude horrible but also the other cashiers. There was tons of eye rolling. The food was okay but you lose your appetite after all the attitude you are given by the workers. On another note the workers are on their phones which is absolutely disgusting since they're carrying our trays of foods. Would NOT recommend this place.
