Employees are friendly and attentive. I saw my order was next up and being made. Got my sealed order and it was nice and hot when I got home. Chicken was crispy and the fries were hot. Bonus was the order was correct unlike other Wingstops. All in all, we'll make this our go-to spot in the future. read more

Instantaneous service! I placed my order for pick up and it was readily made and on time. I came to this location as it was the closest to work and it was perfect because there were no lines, it was practically empty, and the environment was very clean and peaceful. Coming here at lunchtime, in particular 12 noon exact, had no issues. The parking lot is overly packed, but that shouldn't need to anybody who is hoping to eat in or do take out. My order was perfectly cooked. I hadn't ordered no eaten out of Wingstop before so this was my first time and I was very pleased with the service and quality of food that I purchased. The value was there, the quality is there. I say the only thing I wished was different is that the food in my opinion is overhyped. It's above average quality fast food but given how many people I know praise it like it's one of the best things ever, I wasn't let down by my meal, but I felt like OK it's good. This was the cleanest, quietest, and most professional location I've ever been to. I had actually stopped patronizing Wingstop. I can't remember her name, but the hostess was amazing. The chicken was flavorful (mojo something). It was so good, I went to another Wingstop a week later and got the same thing. It was terrible at the 2nd location. Literally the BEST Wingstop I've ever had. I ordered delivery tonight (8/9/25, Friday night) through Uber Eats. My order was CORRECT (first shock!), wings were perfectly cooked & seasoned(second shock!) with super juicy, thick drumsticks (team all drums!) It was a welcome change from the usual wrinkly & dry pieces, and my sides of sauces were filled to the brim (not half full like most places). Last week I had ordered from another location (Doordash gives you no options- one location only...cough cough McArthur) and it was horrible as always with any Wingstop and I told myself never ever again Wingstop! But then came WC Wingstop.... Looking at the reviews from this new location, I decided to give my stomach and wallet one last try and I'm SO GLAD I did. II'm writing regarding my experience I had on January 27, 2025, when I picked up my online order at Walnutcreek,Ca .While picking up my order, I was asked by the staff to show the credit card I used for the purchase. When I inquired about the reason, I was told it was due to concerns about scams. However, I noticed that other customers and my other co workers , some of whom I know had also placed online orders, were not asked to present their cards. This difference in treatment left me feeling uncomfortable, especially since I was the only customer of African American descent, and the others were not. We feel so lucky to have come across her. When we walked in the store, she greeted us and made us feel so welcomed. She even went out of her way to wipe our table clean when we were about to eat.
