Yes, a place that's open after 9pm. We got into Walnut Creek around 9pm and I was craving a snack. I was thinking Mexican, but our local taco shop was closed so here we are. We're going to the SF Giants game and going to pig out on junk food so I was looking for something healthy. I first saw the chicken sandwich grilled, but that looked like too much. Then I looked at salads. What could be more healthy than a salad. The Spicy Southwest salad looked good. Then I spied their chicken wrap. I was hoping my husband would share so I asked him what I should get. He said if I got some fries he'd have some. But it was between the salad or wrap. He chose the wrap. It was $10.91 with tax and they don't suggest a tip which is good. And there is no tip jar or box. Very professional. They asked what dressing I wanted, which I thought was off, maybe they put it on the wrap. I had her list the dressings and I chose avocado ranch A minute after we sat down it was brought to us. What service. They didn't even call our name. I was impressed. My guess it was premade. Which turned out fine. It was still fresh and not soggy. The dressing came in a packed on the side. I put a dab before I took each bite and it was very tasty. My husband only had a bite . He was disappointed I did t get the meal with the waffle fries. He loves waffle fries. If he said he'd eat all the fries is one thing g, but he said he wanted a fry so that's different. I didn't want the soda or fries as I'll get Gilroy garlic fries tomorrow and I'm also not a big soda drinker. The wrap was fresh, tasty, and filled me up. At 9pm on a Tuesday in June I was surprised to see so many people in line. We were the 6th line, but it moved quickly so it was t an issue. The people kept coming in. Even when we left there was a line. I'm so thankful they have long hours. I don't know what I'd do if they were t open or in business yet. They opened really recently. We were here Mother's Day and they were still building it. On the receipt they have a survey. If you complete it in 2 days you get a free sandwich. Great promo. Sadly we'll be gone by then. So, I gave it to my Mom. There is a 50/50 chance she'll forget too bad as it's down the street, if they were motivated they could walk. read more

The tortillas at this location on the breakfast burrito seem to always be stale compared to the Walnut Creek location on North Main and the Willows location. In addition, this location has made a decision not to use trade liners, which I do not like. The fries spill out onto the tray, which I do not like. I'd rather spill out onto a clean brand new tray liner. read more

This was my first time ever trying Chick-Fil-A and oh man was the food amazing. The chicken was crispy and the sauce helps the burger so much, it kind of has a mustard like taste but also very sweet and it's amazing. The waffle fries were also great as well! Def gotta try more often read more

What can I say, it's Chick Fil A so you either like the food or not. We came late at night after the gym so no wait. This one has no drive thru but the parking lot is a decent size. They have a separate little area and entrance for mobile pickup and delivery apps which is convenient. Service was friendly and quick. The place is new so everything is modern and clean. Seems easier and more convenient than tge other Walnut Creek location. read more

My 1st in the newly opened Chick Filet. No drive thru at this location but seating indoor and outdoor. I had used my trustee Chick Filet app and pre ordered my pick prior to arriving. I even received a bonus come float on the app. I had waited by the counter by the register, but did not realize that they had another area exclusively for pu orders. It is a little misleading because it's the 1st door you go into. The next door is the one you order up at the counter. The food is consistent with other Chick Filets and it was ready really quick per ordering through the Mobile app. Definitely more convenient location and not too crazy getting parking as it has plenty of parking spots and accessibility. read more

This just opened up down the street from us and I'm very impressed by how much parking it has they EV chargers they also have a mobile order window area only where you can go inside and wait and not have to sit with the other people eating inside so it makes it more efficient. They did forget my mayonnaise, but that's OK because the chicken sandwich was very delicious and the nuggets were amazing. read more

This location is great. It is never overcrowded and the service is always friendly and fast. We had spicy chicken sandwiches, a large box of nuggies waffle fries and cokes. If I could give this location 10 stars, I would. The food is always great and fast, the staff are top-tier, and you can really tell they work hard to build a sense of community. I selfishly don't want to write this review because I don't want it to get more crowded, but they truly deserve the recognition. Their events are so much fun, and I can't wait for the next one. Was in the area and stopped for take out earlier this week. Ordered via the app and food was ready quickly and tasted as good as expected. We had 2 spicy sandwiches, waffle fries, frosted lemonade and frosted orange soda. The frosted soda is a great menu addition. Since this location doesn't have a drive thru, they have a separate entrance for mobile orders and delivery pickup, which I think is a great idea. Everyone was so worked up about traffic when this location opened and I found it to be no where near as bad as anticipated. This location has a very different vibe than any of the other ones I've been to. It does not really feel like a Chick-fil-A. Customer service was not the happy helpful that you usually get. Multiple people, including the manager, said someone would be with me shortly, but there was almost nobody in the store, it was almost empty. For the most part, I cannot complain. Food is almost always on point and if it isn't for whatever reason, the staff just remakes it. Staff is mostly very happy and polite. Grand Opening day. Lunch time. Busy, but not over crowded right now. Clean as you would expect it. Friendly staff, but a few still being trained. Food is as good as you expect with any of the other Chick-fil-A, service was quick. Many seniors here eating. The staff was out and around helping and asking if the customers need any thing. I expect the High School kids will becoming after 3pm. My friend who lives in the neighborhood was very against putting this here. She was fearful that the traffic would lock down the area. This new location is running smoothly already. The training that Chick-Fil-A provides its staff members is quite impressive. I witnessed a young man come out of the food prep area with a trash bin. He went around to a back door and returned. First thing he did was go straight to the handwash station and thoroughly washed his hands with soap and water, followed by a thorough drying of the hands. You don't see that happening at a lot of other fast food places (I'm looking at you "Mc-you-know-who". I am not crazy about chicken sandwiches anywhere, but I am coming to this Chick-fil-A for their inexpensive Icedream cones. Their soft serve machines are always in service, unlike the aforementioned Mc-you-know-who. read more

Today was my first time at any Chick-fil-A restaurant. I ordered the original chicken sandwich that came on a bun with two pickles. It was the best-tasting chicken sandwich I've ever had....crispy, tender, and delicious. A most congenial gentleman waited on me, and I tried to tip but learned they don't accept tips. The food at this location is great. Never really had issues. My main concern with this location is service. I come here very often as it's next to my gym and also close to my kids school. However they always seem to get something wrong with my order. Whether the food or drink is missing or just my request for sauces or utensils. And for some odd reason they don't seem to acknowledge you at the pick up counter. I needed to get a bag to take my leftovers and 3 employees walked past me without any acknowledgment. You have to stand in the cashier line just to get a to go bag. I have never had any issues at the North Main or Willows location. Visited the new Walnut Creek Chick-fil-A with my children. One child accidentally dropped his chicken immediately after it was delivered. I politely asked if it could be replaced. Rather than assistance, I received uncomfortable stares. A manager started as well and never returned. No explanation. This level of indifference is disappointing and far below the customer service standards Chick-fil-A is known for. Combined with the lack of any kid-friendly accommodations, this location does not feel welcoming to families. I will continue going to the Pleasant Hill location instead. Went to the new Chick-fil-A on Oak Grove for lunch. Placed the order online before arrival. Parked in an "Order Waiting" spot (on of about 6). Waited for about 10 minutes after web site said order was ready. I then walked in to pick up order. Went to car, then noticed bag was missing items. Went back in and they gave me missing items. They should have a way for drive up customers to indicate which spot they are parked at (like McDonalds). Overall, food was very good and I will be going there again. I went back to front desk to get it corrected, after a debate, they gave me a new salad, there was no bacon this time but there was no chicken either. I went back to the front desk to get it fixed again, after a debate, they gave me another new salad, this time meat was OK, but the lettuce looked so old, pinkish and stale.
