I sitting here waiting for my daughter to finish her position at wing stop cause she suppose to get off at 10 pm and a ton of people came in swarming the store ordering and she kept going, smiling and being presentable and took the orders like a awesome person. I've watched her before where she works the cashier, phone and the food the back and nails it. Everyone is always friendly with me. The place is always clean. I have always avoided Wing Stop because of the poor customer service I received at other locations. This location however is different, in a good way. I placed my order online and was surprised that the food was ready for pick up at the time it said it would be ready. The employees offered good customer service and the dining room was clean. The wings are fairly big compared to some of the skimpy wings you get at other places. My only complaint is I'm not a huge fan of the sauces - not to say they're not good, I'm just not a fan of them. First time here today the staff was friendly and helpful, food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Really its not that bad of a restaurant but also its not that good of a restaurant either. I got a bone-in combo with their og hot buffalo sauce, ranch, and carrot sticks. The ranch was pretty good and the wings themselves were not bad but I was disappointed in the sauce. I'd give it two and a half stars. My bf made the mistake of ordering a lot of boneless wings. I requested lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. He ordered them, plus teriyaki and Hawaiian. Mine were ok in flavor (kinda salty, but I like salty) but the boneless meat reminded me of chicken nuggets. I much prefer bone-in wings. His flavors were terrible. There was barely any sauce on the wings, but it was ok with me, since I didn't care for either flavor. The fries also weren't very good. Soggy, and did I really taste sugar in the seasoning? Bf ordered $40+ worth of food, and my daughter wouldn't eat more than one of the lemon pepper and one of the Parmesan. The other kid turned his nose up at all of it. 3/4 of it sat in my fridge for three days, before I threw it out. Wing stop was an expensive waste of money, for us. Not going back. read more

We came here on a Saturday night and this place is horrible. Tried to pay with two new gift cards and was told there is no money on one but the other one had $2.38.... so I paid with cash. Called the number on the back and found out both cards had $25, told the manager and went through his system and was told that I was right, offered to cancel my order and pay with the gift cards but told him it was Okay and not a problem. Waited 30 minutes for our food, 3 orders behind us got their food first. During our wait, they were socializing with their friends and one of them left to go to the liquor store next door and buy the friend tobacco. Saw an order on the rack for over 10 minutes and then they called our name for it. Was upset at this point so I asked to get a refund and was given an attitude with the lady at the counter(the same one that told me my gift cards were empty) Completely unprofessional. Normally this Wingstop is very good but recently they have been slacking. On multiple occasions, the food has been cold or the service is plain out bad. Tuesday I placed a pick up order and it was an estimated 30-45 minutes and I was fine with it. I got there and there was still about 10 minutes before it was allegedly supposed to be ready and out of curiosity decided to check on it and of course it had already been sitting there for a while. I didn't say anything that time bc it was still warm enough to eat. Today I placed a pick up order again and set to be picked up at 6:30 knowing that I would take a bit to get there and even still when I got there at 6:37 to pick up and of course yet again the food is cold. I politely ask the kid up front if there was anyway that they could either reheat or remake the order. He let me know that it'd be a little bit of time and I was willing to wait for it but the whole staff looked unhappy to even do that. So I was going to take it and reheat at home bc of their incompetence but even if I was willing to wait they couldn't fix they're own mistakes. I politely I asked for a refund and yet again was disappointed bc the manager wasn't around and I have to come back in 2 days. I don't know who is running this place but believe me it's going downhill real quick. We came in on July 4th for some wings to-go. The two gals behind the counter were nice and we were surprised to find the restaurant completely empty. We got home to eat the wings and immediately felt sick. We assumed it was because we had been in the sun all day. The following week, we all realized we had food poisoning. Fast forward three weeks: I'm in the ER for E coli poisoning (yes, I waited to long to get checked out, that's my fault). So, I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. They weren't there, so I politely let the guy on the phone that we had to got bad food poisoning. Summary of what they said: "that was a long time ago, I'm sure everything is fine now" and hung up. This has been my go to place for awhile. Customer service is always good. They are accurate. The rating is for the quality of the product going down recently. It seems like I am here at least once a week and for a couple weeks now I have noticed something. The quality of the wings/dips/sauces has gone down. The prices have also gone up, at least for classic wings(you can eat these on a low carb diet if you can believe it!!) Tonight I got a blue cheese and a ranch and they were like water. They used to be nice and creamy. The flavor of the Original hot flavor also seemed a bit watered down. The quality used to be top notch and a 5 star rating. They should change their name to "BoneStop". I was shocked to find the smallest and driest wings ever. They must be using Pygmy wings. Typically In restaurants you get an even mixture of wings and drumsticks and the most meat is on the drumsticks. Here, there are micro-sized wings attached to drumsticks half the size as a normal drumstick. It's as if they have a wing shrinking machine in the back that they put normal sized wings and mini-wings come out and are served. It gets worse... most of the bones were black and meat (what little meat there was) was partially black too. After eating 15 mini wings, I was still hungry but luckily the fries filled me up. My suggestion is to just order their fries which were excellent but skip the wings because you will be disappointed. The staff was friendly and I'm sure the staff is not to blame. I expected a place called "WingStop" would have the juiciest and meatiest wings. I think they call themselves wingStop because after trying them once, you'll STOP buying their wings. I may complain to the manager and hopefully they can make things better so I can post an update. Maybe it was just a "bad batch" so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. read more
