They should change their name to "BoneStop". I was shocked to find the smallest and driest wings ever. They must be using Pygmy wings. Typically In restaurants you get an even mixture of wings and drumsticks and the most meat is on the drumsticks. Here, there are micro-sized wings attached to drumsticks half the size as a normal drumstick. It's as if they have a wing shrinking machine in the back that they put normal sized wings and mini-wings come out and are served. It gets worse... most of the bones were black and meat (what little meat there was) was partially black too. After eating 15 mini wings, I was still hungry but luckily the fries filled me up. My suggestion is to just order their fries which were excellent but skip the wings because you will be disappointed. The staff was friendly and I'm sure the staff is not to blame. I expected a place called "WingStop" would have the juiciest and meatiest wings. I think they call themselves wingStop because after trying them once, you'll STOP buying their wings. I may complain to the manager and hopefully they can make things better so I can post an update. Maybe it was just a "bad batch" so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. read more

Nothing worse than ordering almost $30 worth of wings and they only give you 1 ranch. Lol. When you ask for 2 more ranches, they want to charge you for them. Not only that but when I order fries I always order them well done. Because I like my fries crunchy. When I ordered them there tonight, they weren't even fully cooked. I ordered the wings well done so they said it would be approximately a 25 min wait- nope, they had them done faster despite being busy. The wings were perfect!l and beyond delicious! However, the cherry on top were the two employees working. They were super friendly! I dined in so I saw several customers come in and they were the same with each and every customer. When I walked in the door, the employee was cleaning what I assume is the grease trap in the fryer, it was really grimy and she was disassembling it on the floor. She then took our order and began making the food without washing her hands. I did not want to be "that customer" so I took my food and left but I will not be eating it. I also work with food and I know that our hand washing policy is to wash your hands between every task, even if you wore gloves. I will never be eating here again and I really hope you will retrain your employees on safe food handling because someone could get really sick. read more

so i order my food online like i normally would. i get in & the girl asked if i was coming in for a pick up order as i stated "yes" she asked for my name and hand me my bag and said here everything is there and walked away. usually the workers take everything out and make sure its the correct order but this one didnt. so i took it out the bag and the wrong chicken was made. i order a classic lemon pepper chicken i was given garlic parmesan. instead of replacing it she threw it back in the deep fryer and put the stuff on it for the lemon pepper and handed back to me. she then offer me a free drink or ranch which i dont see whats the point of that as i had those two in my meal so why would i need that again? read more

This location is ridiculous. I placed an online order, which was paid. Then when we went to get it, they didn't give us a receipt, drinks, or ranch. All which were extras and paid for. I call to tell them and get a refund for what they forgot and she told me I needed the receipt for any refund or to come back in, then says have a good night bye. This wing stop sucks the employees are horrible young kids that need to understand they are at work and there customer service needs to better... the young man is overly loud and inappropriate telling the girl at the register to answer and put them on hold till they hang up also walked out to go 711 ... one of the lady's is singing out loud talking about buttholes and her nose ring feeling like a booger... These were the worst wings I've ever ate. Tossed them in the trash. Garlic parm, completely flavorless, no garlic whatsoever and the parm didn't even have the normal salt that parm always has. Below is a review left a week before but recently we had a terrible experience. We love coming here after working and always leave good tips and joke around with the staff who is always friendly. We can be a little over the top at times and distracting but we all have a great time. Today there was a white girl with blond hair up in a bun who we haven't been around much. One of our favorite employees was working with her and we were excited. We had walked in and chatted with him for a while while he was taking our order. The girl had an attitude since we didn't call in but came 30 minutes before they closed they usually let us stay after close which is really nice but she had an attitude and was annoyed the entire time. We bought a pack with fries wings and drinks it was around $40 dollars and our friend payed CASH. We didn't get a reciept weren't asked and didn't think much of it. As we were almost getting ready to leave she comes over and claims we didn't pay and wants to call the manger to check the cameras but the cashier already confirmed we payed and I know damn well we all witnessed her pay and counted her money. She calls manager who looks at cameras but how can you watch cameras and know right away that we didn't pay you would have to look through it she said she only saw tip jar but we had spend some time chatting with the cashier before paying. Before starting drama and Bs she payed 2 times I was furious and tried to stop her but she didn't want to start drama. The service is very slow here. You could almost go to the grocery store, bring it home, and make it yourself. And BEWARE if you order bone in it will be an additional 20 minutes. I've been there twice because it is local and I like to support local business. It was even slower the second time and this was the middle of the day during the week. There were actually an accumulation of seven to ten customers and no completed orders. If you got a good hour for lunch and are not too far away, great. This is our favorite Wingstop to visit! The fries and wings are always cooked fresh and a healthy size (we've gone to a Wingstop that had wings with hardly any meat on it before) Lemon pepper is my favorite and my husbands is mango habanero. Try them out The staff is also extremely kind and willing to help customers. Wingstop is our favorite place to eat, and we will continue coming to this location. only downside is there is one bathroom and it is not baby friendly. :( read more

Went to this wing stop for the first time, the staff was great.The wings were not properly covered in the normal amount of sauces and spices. My husband went up to counter asked why they weren't covered properly and the respond from a female employee was," the owner does not want us to use a lot of sauce". Our response was, we don't want extra; we just want the intended amount. We have been going to wing stop for the past 5 years and we love it, but I think we will stick to the best wing stop we found; which is in riverside off river walk. Very slow and rude service but wings are good which is why I give them some stars. Decided to try them instead of pizzahut last night and was told it would only be about a 10 minute to go wait. The lady that took my order was nice but she kept turning around laughing and talking to the employees that were cooking. We sat down to wait for our food and I noticed she only charged me for a small fry and I had ordered a large. I didn't think it was too big of a deal so I didn't say anything. 25 minutes later a lady from the back sat out a to go bag and walked away. Just then a large group of people walked in being tired of waiting for my order I decided to open the bag since we were the only people there and there was no employee available to ask. I was happy to see my correct sauces and my large fry I took out the box and my wings were correct but not the amount. I let the cashier know and she asked the back cook to correct our order. I explained the problem and the lady grabbed the bag from me and told me it's wrong because it's not yours! I asked her whos is it because we are the only people in here? Pretty bummed out with with food and the service tonight. I've been to this location three times before. Service has always been descent nothing amazing but wings have been good and flavorful. Tonight I decided to order a 40 piece meal online for pick up time at 6:12pm. I arrived at 6:13pm to find that they made my order completely wrong with the wrong favors. I was told sorry we'll make you a new order... In my wait (that I thought I was avoiding by doing an online order) a man walks in with his cell phone on speaker and says "I believe you have me on hold still"... They check their phone sure enough he was, "18minutes" he said. The response from the girl at register was "what do you want to order?" No apology. Nothing. Then another girl comes back in from her pick up order and says they forgot her fries... Geez, so many mistakes in such a short amount of time. So my order was complete @6:40pm after waiting an additional 30minutes, no free drink while I wait, no free extra fries for the inconvenience, nothing.
