Came here for a fundraiser for the SB Sheriffs Academy C/O 244. They appear very pro first responder which is always a win to me! The owner, or what I presume was the owner, was hustling and seemed Super cool. The place was a packed! Super busy to the point there was a line outside. I got the spicy rigatoni with sausage and my husband got the buffalo Stromboli. Both were really good. The service was fast. The food was piping hot! The beer was Ice cold! Bonus points for carrying Cali squeeze. They also played good music. Only con is we did get offered free breadsticks but we never actually got them. . I really wanted to try them too. This is a locals treasure. The food is amazing, the waitstaff was friendly, I didn't feel invisible, which sometimes happens always crowded, a great place for teams after a game. If you don't want to sit in the restaurant you can call ahead to order and pick up. We had one mishap with this option, we got home without a large salad, when I called, no offer to replace the missing food. I was told a manager would follow up. Three days later I did receive a call, read my receipt to him, his response was well it's something you should have checked before leaving, or returned immediately. We do not live close to this restaurant, so we were very unsatisfied with the result, our bill was almost $75.00, but.. lesson learned. WOW!!! This place knows what they're doing on so many levels it's got my head spinning. Let's start with the employees--they're killing it from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out. Our family loves Tuscano's and we've been there a hand full of times now. We love the pizzas, calzones, strombolis, salads, wings, and most of all... their breadsticks! It's also a great spot to watch a game while you enjoy your food. I do wish they had a more clear list of their beers on tap, when you ask about them they reply with a vague answer like "that one is more dark." The only reason why this isn't a five star review is that you can often times feel like a bother when ordering or asking for something like more plates. This has happened multiple times, and every time it feels odd. The food and environment brings us back, but I hope they can find a way to at the very least pretend to be happy to help. read more

Driving around Yucaipa last night, we were on the hunt for something good to eat when we stumbled upon this Italian spot. The packed parking lot was a good sign, so we decided to give it a shot--and I'm glad we did! We grabbed seats at the bar, and right away, the bartender made sure we were taken care of. The service was friendly and efficient, and our food came out in good time. But before we even got into our order, they surprised us with three fresh-out-the-oven breadsticks--absolutely drenched in butter and completely amazing. Seriously, they were the perfect start to the meal and set the bar high. First up was the wedge salad, and I have to admit, we were a little skeptical at first. It was covered in what looked like a ton of pico de gallo, but surprisingly, the flavors actually worked together. Definitely a pleasant surprise! The buffalo wings, on the other hand, were just okay. They were a little overcooked for my taste, and when I ran out of blue cheese (which they forgot to bring more of), I lost interest in finishing them. I had high hopes for the chile verde fries--I mean, cheesy, smothered fries? What's not to love? While they weren't bad, they just didn't hit the spot the way I expected. They could've used a little more meat, and something about the spice didn't quite do it for me. If I came back with a craving for them, I wouldn't say no, but I think I'll stick to the Italian side of the menu next time. The highlight of the night was definitely the spinach calzone. We went for the 14-inch, and let me tell you, that thing was HUGE. Stuffed with fresh ingredients and baked to perfection, it was easily the best thing we ordered. The flavors were on point, and while I personally don't love a ton of ricotta, that's just my preference--otherwise, it was fantastic. Overall, this place was a solid find. While some things were just okay, nothing was outright bad, and I'll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu. The service was great, the atmosphere was welcoming, and between those buttery breadsticks and that calzone, I know there's more good stuff to try. I placed my order and they told me it was gonna to be an hour which was okay considering it being a Saturday night. I went there and first off there was no parking which is the one down side to the business. It was super crowded because there was cars parked along the curb. When i walked in the line was short. The ladies who were working were super nice and took my name and said my food would be right out. It was super noisy which was okay because of how crowded it was. We have been here twice. We like that there is plenty of parking and a bar. Service is good. Ordered the Caesar salad, which was had lots of flavor despite dressing that had a watery consistency. All four pizzas ordered were a disappointment. The ingredients were fresh and they don't skimp, but the overall pizza is heavy. The BBQ Chicken pizza had so much cheese on it that you could hardly eat it. My teens did not want to eat any leftovers the next day, which has never happed. Thick crust pizza is my favorite but I didn't love this pizza. Seems like a popular place, especially with families. We interact with the hospitality business a lot and are probably a little pickier as a result. Although this place wasn't a hit with us, it might be just the thing for someone else. read more

You walk in and order at the counteand seat yourself BUT a waitress/waiter does deliver your food to your table. There's a full bar on the inside with some inside dining but most of the seating is on the large covered patio, equipped with long, large tables/padded chairs. Definitely a place you can grab pizza and beer and watch the games on the tv's or vibe out to the music. Food: Food was hot & tasted good. I frequent this place often, can't say that I don't love it! Definitely good food and the girls are always lovely and inviting :) I am disappointed to say that my recent experience here was terrible. I called ahead of time, placed my order, and was given a wait time of 30 minutes. for pickup. As soon as I arrive to pick my order, I was told it was still not prepared even though I had even arrived 10 minutes later than the estimated time I was given so I was confused why it was prepared in time because the restaurant was not busy, there were families that had arrived after me were seated as soon as they walked in. Once I received my food, I touched my pizza and it was lukewarm like it had been sitting...Very disappointed. I work in food service so I understood that maybe they were understaffed which is unfortunate and understandable but what upset me about the experience was the employee who attended me. His name was Anthony and when I asked him for my order and if it had been completed, his attitude was very passive aggressive. I had gone up to another employee and explained I had now waited past 30 minutes and it's been an hour since I placed my order and received no apology or even a response. I have loved coming to this place with friends and family, can't say I won't go back either but customers should not be made to feel like they're bothering employees asking simple questions especially when the service has been disappointing towards the customer. Every time I come in here with my grandparents and we walk over to the bar side, the bartender gets an attitude and pretty much starts telling us off. We cane for lunch on Sunday October 19. Approx 230 pm. The food was Great. The atmosphere was fun. The young lady that took our order was friendly and courteous. The young blond that brought us our food had a bad attitude, we let it go because we all have a bad day once and a while, but when I went to the counter to get foil wraps for 2 sandwich half, she gave me 1 piece of foil I said I have 2 sandwiches, she looks at me and gave a heavy Huff then handed me another foil. As I get back to the table I was told we needed 1 more foil for a 3rd sandwich. My wife went up to ask for another foil and the blond told her " I already gave him 2 " my wife held back took the foil and walked back to our table. Its so sad that was our first time there and the food was great, but customer service is key qith me. And because of her we will never be back. If you enjoy spending half of the night in the bathroom then this is your place to go. They refused to give us a refund when we called them the day after. Interesting the person whom I spoke to said that the health department was just there, I wonder why? Maybe the health department needs to come out again. Had to add that all four of us got food poisoning from this restaurant. And instead of apologizing the so-called manager who took my call, got an attitude and said they don't refund money. I also read someone else got food poisoning at this restaurant too so apparently that seems to be a problem.
